idk for the 2500 i think myth said another bottle of rpm but im not totally sure and then there will be one more contest for who knows wat..
 
holy cow i hate being internet-less for the weekends! it sucks ass! can anyone fill me in or do i have to go through 50 pages of people whoreing their asses off?

last i check i was ~19%/196lbs a few months ago
i'll get my % checked today hopefully, i'm near 191lbs now

I thought I was 11% but I think it was a bad measurement. So I think I am around 15 or so :rant:

I will be redoing my 7 site test though.

rite now im 5'8" and around 170-175...my bf is prob close to 12% but ive never done ne tests but i just figure that based on how i look(still got pretty visible abs)

yea new pants adds up $$$$ esp in my field, dang biz casual crap!!
i wear 34 khakis w/ belt, 33 jeans now...
now back in my young days, i was a ripped 28, once i started IT work, i went up to 32 very quickly :(


im a 34" waist right now..im really hoping to keep that hah

I'm at a 32 in shorts/relaxed fit pants, 33 or 34 in dress pants still. Thats down from 38s getting too tight to fit right in January :) i've spent well over $1000 this year in clothes
