didnt jet li say he was done not too long ago....im jw cuz thats wat i thought and was real suprised wen i saw the poster for war
 
I go out and order a couple of bottles of RPM and this contest starts the next day......GREAT.
Maybe I should buy some more TEST and See if we have that in a contest.

Well it says his final "Martial Arts Epic"? At first I thought the same as you, but I am thinking that is his last Martial Movie. Because I don't consider "War", "The One", etc as martial art movies, but more action????

haha. i dont! im 18 and enjoying my summer before school starts. i could go and work for my parents right now tho o.o!
 
aite well im off to the post office and then the grocery store...dont dont go too crazy while im gone or ima have to read alot to catch up lol
 
Got my chest workout this afternoon xj...at the gym here they don't have what i need to do the db/cable chest press...what should i do instead of that?

Hey xj, i guess u missed my other post, the gym i go to here doesn't have the stuff to do the db/cable chest press, what should i do instead?

Yeah I missed it.

Do the same technique with DB's then. Press up, or even do a squeeze*, and flye down.







*Squeeze the db's together as you press up
