good news and bad news.

good is that i pulled 515 PR!
bad news is that i had to use straps :(
i have NEVER used straps before and didnt want to but when i pulled the first time i got 1/3 of the way up and the bar slipped right out of my right hand.
it was going up nice before that $hit happend. so i took my friends straps and ripped it from the ground. but i still dont like the whole strap thing.

then at the end of my workout i did another go at it

well i just bought it yesturday and had at least 3-5g my first day. today so far appears alittle better.

i usually do about 5gs of them.........potassium, like others have stated and yes, POSEIDON should be a staple! :food:

Dude, you were complaining about not being able to get over 270lb bodyweight just recently. Here's your answer right here. You do have solid legs, but squats just make you bigger and more powerful all over. :bb3: :squat:

i guess you could.. you tried em in the smith machine? i have to casue of my knees and the fact the could give out everytime i do em... still push em poppin and crackin like cookin popcorn every time.
