good news and bad news.
good is that i pulled 515 PR!
bad news is that i had to use straps
i have NEVER used straps before and didnt want to but when i pulled the first time i got 1/3 of the way up and the bar slipped right out of my right hand.
it was going up nice before that $hit happend. so i took my friends straps and ripped it from the ground. but i still dont like the whole strap thing.

a good anti inflammatory.... lots of motrin pottasium.. namely poseidon would be a great help, keep up on the taurine though at least 2g's ed.
