BTW my 9 month old son can walk from one end of the room to the other. he has been walking a few steps here and there for about 6 weeks but now he has it down pretty good. super sperm!
 
the only sad thing is that 145`s are the highest my "health club" goes up to, so now i can either set goals to get more reps from the 145`s or switch back to the BB. i tell myself everytime i do BB bench that i wont do it again b/c it makes my shoulders hurt so bad. im deadlifting tomorrow and will not be doing it agian for 3 weeks. ill be doing rack pulls to try and build on whatever i max at tomorrow.
goal is 525lbs for tomorrow.

it gets crazy. he walks around and puts EVERYTHING in his mouth. im always running around moving stuff and pulling stuff out of his mouth. full time job buddy.
