kick ups to Incline is a lot easier than seated upright in my experience.
If the DB's are still too heavy, square yourself infront of the bench (standing with DB's handing in front of your thighs). You can use the momentum you'll create from just sitting down to help take away from the total force needed to get the DB's up.

what are you up to poop? I haven't been able to get a baseline yet! (sucks working out at home without a spotter) Guess i'll have to dust off the gym mebership pass........lol.............but they don't let baby's in :frustrate

well i did a warm up and find session the other day and these were my results but im sure i can do a lil better and increase it fairly quickly if i train for it.....

135 x10

185 x5

225 x2
(got spotter now to see where my 1RM was... the front desk guy, lol)
245 x1

275 X1

295 X1

so maybe if i didnt hit so much before it like did a warm up one build up lift then my main lift i think i can hit 300-310..... BUT 295 for the books and ill see how i can improve on it.

sinner i know your freakishly strong for your weight... whats your 1RM on bench?


edit and btw im on PCT right now :D so if i was "ON" it would be ON :D

Did you feel it pretty much right away? I took 150mg yestarday (will be 100mg/day thereafter) and I swear to God I felt it by about 8PM. Very strange...that and I've actually been eating good for once in my life (low on protein, but I think carbs are more impt anyway).

yes i think i felt it very fast. like a few hours. it could have been just in my head but i felt a weird rush.
 
I'm unfortunately don't respond well to Drol,Takes me around 150mg+ ed,but it never screws my bloodwork up though,just works different for everybody,Good stuf if you can figure out what works for ya.I'll be runnin' 200mg ed on my next,You should check it out Chad,since you Obviously like "heavy" cycles,this ones a "P.Borreson/Duchaine" Inspired ,and well,you just gotta check it out,maybe you'll be up for something like this after you get your rest Chad.I'm calling this one my "End of the World" Cycle;)

what part? i used to live in naugatuck. and have freinds in Danbury.

holy fuc*,..waterbury.......i got kicked out of two highscools there so i actually graduated from naugy...i know lots of people in naugy
