Cables are the bomb if you don't want to wimp out and isolate down to a nautilus machine.

U got any suggestions for arms, specifically bi's. My legs, back, and shoulders grow well w/my current workouts but my chest and arms are my lagging parts...:(

My bi's always lag, but I'm 6'4" and have long arms, so proportionally it's tough. How tall are you?
 
Honestly I building back up fromlet myself go...Went back to school for my BA, and had to work fulltime...Got back to lifting last summer...

Gotcha, I'm just losing my fat at the moment, most of my physique is still there though. I just bulked the hell up before I went to grad school so I didn't lose too terribly much while I was there. Just got some fat as baggage.

Ya lately ive really been working out consistently and wana keep it up going into school so i stay on target w/my workous while im in school and i really appreciate ur help and future help b/c nothing gets me pumped to workout like a new workout routine :D
