I'm now actually 95% sure it's the rpm that keeps my lethargy in check. Tried different dosing schemes but it doesnt make a very big difference. Only constant factor is the rpm. I've written a more detailed explanation in my log.

You can run Adrenosterone up to 8 weeks and it suppose to be fairly mild. I only have a enough for about 3.5 weeks.
I started Epi mid-cycle and one bottle will allow me to run 3.5 weeks
So my total cycle will be 5-5.5 weeks.

That would be 225mg compared to one dose of 3-AD at 150mg.
I think the next 3-AD run I would try 4 caps a day, but take 2 caps in the am and pm, instead of spread out.
since its closely related to the other andros i would expect its pharmacokinetics to be similar. so you would probably see peak blood levels about 60 minutes after ingestion and then a decline until you are back down close to baseline levels 4 to 5 hours later.
both adrenosterone and its metabolite 11-oxotest should follow this concentration curve
So I'm taking 2/2/2 at 8:00/14:00/20:00, first 2 servings to keep blood levels up during the day and the last is post workout. So basically I'm just winging it lol![]()

Okay. So the the way I am taking 3-AD is ideal, which is very similar to your current dosing scheme.
For arguments sake you could say there might be different optimal dosing times depending on wheter you want to use it as a mass builder or as a cortisol inhibitor.
If you use it as a cortisol inhibitor it might be best taking it when cortisol levels are highest, say early morning when getting up and post workout. For anabolic purposes you would want a steady level 24/7 I guess so dose every 4-5 hours. But nobody really seems to have a clear answer on optimal dosing especially for cortisol control.
