3-AD recomp log

maybe throw in some ap or yellowgold to make better use of those extra carbs.
 
I ran out of AP & GXR during my cycle, and feel it now.

I plan on ordering some YG next order though...

good plan cheaper and imo works better. The pumps i have from yg are pretty awesome although they are short lived.

Day 2 training conclusion
  • Over all strength going up besides having a bum arm. It is time for Incarnate to earn it's keep
  • After cutting down to 3 caps of 3 -AD, overall energy feels good
  • Too ealry to feel any effects of EpiDrol. Current dosage is 40mg (20mg am/20mg pre-wo) and will stay at this dose for the remaining cycle
  • Total daily dosage of RPM = 11 (2, 2, 7)

Nope. I actually feel pretty good. But it could have been the 4 caps RPM spread throughout the day.

I know I couldn't sleep last night though. Typically I was having trouble waking up. But right now I feel dead, as I slam a Spike Shooter.

Oh yeah Im dep pickn some of the new version. I noticed I dont sleep well while "on". 12 caps rpm a day! I had 9 yesterday and I thought I was nuts! nice youve inspired me to try 10 today.
 
stopping in. looking at using 3AD along with Phera or maybe M14ADD in the future. interested to see the results of the 3AD

I dropped the dosage to 3 caps (450mg), I will see how that works out.

I'm now actually 95% sure it's the rpm that keeps my lethargy in check. Tried different dosing schemes but it doesnt make a very big difference. Only constant factor is the rpm. I've written a more detailed explanation in my log.

I love GXR, and see no reason to switch now, but how would you compare those two?

I ran out of both :(

I feel a more pump from AP than GXR. However, I was only taking 1 cap GXR because of supply.

AP makes greater claims than GXR, but I see more studies that support ALA (all isomers) for glucose support and anti-oxident properties.

I did order USP's new P-Slin since it is way cheaper than AP, but looking forward to the new GXR. Eventually I would like to use a glucometer to see which is the better glucose disposal agent.

Nice. At 3 caps (450mg) I am a happy camper and tolerate 3-AD quite well. Really don't have enough to try 4 caps again to find that happy median, but then again I did not see any difference in strength increases between 3 & 5 caps.

I am really interested in comparing the 2. 3-AD & 11-OXO, but my wallet isn't :icon_lol:

3rd week (21st day) on 3-AD
1st week(6th day) EpiDrol

3-AD 3caps (AM, Lunch, Post-wo)
EpiDrol (20mg am, 20 mg pre-wo)

Not feeling lethargic anymore, and workouts aren't such a toll as they were when I was taking 3-AD pre-wo and at 4/5 caps.

Can't feel the EpiDrol kick in yet, but I do at times notice a slight increase in Libido.

I will be going back to the way my routine was originally laid out before I modified it to 2 day on 1 off.

Training Days
Days on: 1, 2, 4, 6
Days off: 3, 5, 7

Today is day 4 of week 3, but I will take off and let my arm heal. and train tomorrow and Friday.

Sounds like it. But I am also curious about the dosing.

Do you take 1 serving (3 caps) in the am and then again in the PM?
That would be 225mg compared to one dose of 3-AD at 150mg.

I think the next 3-AD run I would try 4 caps a day, but take 2 caps in the am and pm, instead of spread out.

I was planning on 4-6 weeks total on EpiDrol, which makes the duration of my entire cycle 6-8 weeks.

Oh yeah Sunday is legs, where I want to reach the 300lb mark with squats. I am five pounds off, so I am pretty close.

Wow thats a long cycle. Are you sure that wont be too toxic or suppressive?

You can run Adrenosterone up to 8 weeks and it suppose to be fairly mild. I only have a enough for about 3.5 weeks.

I started Epi mid-cycle and one bottle will allow me to run 3.5 weeks

So my total cycle will be 5-5.5 weeks.

Well I tried 2/2, 3/3, 2/2/2/2, 3/3/2 and I'm now doing 2/2/2. I dont notice any real differences between the different dosing schemes tbh. I settled on the 2/2/2 because of the following post by PA:

since its closely related to the other andros i would expect its pharmacokinetics to be similar. so you would probably see peak blood levels about 60 minutes after ingestion and then a decline until you are back down close to baseline levels 4 to 5 hours later.

both adrenosterone and its metabolite 11-oxotest should follow this concentration curve

So I'm taking 2/2/2 at 8:00/14:00/20:00, first 2 servings to keep blood levels up during the day and the last is post workout. So basically I'm just winging it lol :)

Okay. So the the way I am taking 3-AD is ideal, which is very similar to your current dosing scheme.
 
Im very interested in finding out how much muscle 3ad/11-oxo actually puts on.

For arguments sake you could say there might be different optimal dosing times depending on wheter you want to use it as a mass builder or as a cortisol inhibitor.

If you use it as a cortisol inhibitor it might be best taking it when cortisol levels are highest, say early morning when getting up and post workout. For anabolic purposes you would want a steady level 24/7 I guess so dose every 4-5 hours. But nobody really seems to have a clear answer on optimal dosing especially for cortisol control.

I think it is a great cutter or recomp agent. Waist size I cut about a .25" and .5" around my stomach, and this is on high calorie, semi-dirty diet, because I had to eat a few things to bump my calories up.

On a bulking diet I am sure it would help out from storing fat, but from my experience it would hard to comment on it's anabolic properties, because when I upped the dose I felt too lethargic.
