Does anybody know how many caps per serving?
 
I was going to purchase a bottle or two, but at $10 shipping for a single bottle, I'll just hold off for awhile.

Since I'm in the middle of a log, I would've had to wait to use it anyway, so I suppose it's better this way.

($10 shipping for a single bottle?!?! How heavy ARE these pills???)
 
im sure its a great product, all of there products rule but when the savings are knocked off but then readded into the shipping, it really isnt much of a deal. i wont be able to use it right now, so i will pay the few extra bucks when i do a huge order.
 
Wellll waaaait a second. 1 per day?

With AP it was take it 3x a day 15 minutes before hi carb meals. This is supposed to be similar effect right? so its take it once a day before a high carb meal and it still lasts through the rest of the day? damn I guess I need to go read more of the beta feedback threads then, cause i hadn't realized that

Ya this is something that u only use once per day. Take preworkout on workout days and once in the morning on off days. I can be used w/AP, using the AP at other times during the day. This is primarily a preworkout supp. I only plan on using it preworkout like when i beta'd it and us AP/YG at all other times. Hope that helps.
