3ad log

NickW

DO WORK!
I will be logging my use of 3ad starting on monday. I had planned to start this monday but got delayed a week due to sickness.

I will take some pics this weekend on my camera phone, won't be the highest quality but its the best I can do.

What will you be dosing, if you can't give mgs, can you say something like 2x or 2.5x suggested dosage.

now THIS is a log i want to see!

how was the wedding? or are you still preparing?

GOOD LUCK, NICK!

Gratitude Forum!

Nor can Mehtap! I want to say that your site better throughout the World Wide Web :)
Thank you. Keep it.

I will be using the normal dosing protocol. Right now I am at 340 lbs and 5'11".

Mace, haven't gotten married yet. Will be doing that on Oct. 20th!

NICE cant wait to see another one runnin, great value in a number of variables especially in proving a new supplement.

gl n cant wait to see how it goes, bt bump on the stats, are those going to be posted with first day of log?

What stats are you looking for?

starting weight maybe some measurments, approx bf% and the like. what are your current goals if any and maybe some numbers on current lifts (i know this one will be fun:D) so we can follow your strength increases.

these logs have just been getting alot of scrutiny and im sure you can show us the best of what this supplement offers just many want some numbers to back it up. thanks man n REALLY lookin forward to how this works out for someone like you!

edit: nm i see youve listed starting weight so just the rest if possible

some measurments, approx bf% and the like. what are your current goals if any and maybe some numbers on current lifts

measurements:
arms (cold): 22"
chest: not sure, measuring tape only goes to 60
waist: 38"
thighs: 33.5"
calves: 20" (gotta work on this, lol)
BF% (by skindex): 17.5%

Current lifts:
flat bench: 725 (goal 725 in a comp)
reverse bench (lay on floor, start at chest, press, slow negative) 635* (goal 675)
Incline press: 625 (goal 665)
Shoulder press (starting at bottom of rep): 455x3* (goal 500*3)
Squat: 455x20 (never go above 500, only have 1 hamstring and going to heavy messes with knee tracking)
deads: 725 (with straps) (goal 750+)

*= no spotters

I don't expect to hit these goals during this testing cycle, but I do want to see how close I can get to them.

i knew your stats were going to be impressive but damn man that is ridiculous!!

anythin i can lift you can do tripple!

BTW, after I do PCT for this test run of 3ad I will be doing another run but stacking it with MFX and HD2 and logging that here also. I should be running that cycle right into my next comp (july 15th in Columbus, OH).

WOW freakin good show brotha! lol thanks it looks awesome, cant wait to see how this will stack up with the supps you mentioned either, didnt realize that those supps might have a benificial effect while"on" guess since suppresion is so low that they just may! esp if any aromatizes into test then the blocking of SBHG from mass would be great and the extra AI properties in HDX2 would def keep est at bay at a max! hmmm sounds very interesting!

Nick is one bad mofo! Gotta love this guy man. Awesome lifter.

Nice another log. Damn I thought the bench was a typo until I read the rest. :jaw:

Didn't workout monday because I am on a tues-sat split. Did back yesterday, and here are my observations and what I did workout wise:

Had a decent back workout, but nothing special. Pumps were normal, so were the weights.

Deads
315*10
405*10
515*10
605*5
655*1
700*1
725*1x2

Bent over rows:
225*10
315*10x2
405*10x2
455*10

lat pulldowns
stack*15
stack+180lbs (attached by pins) *12*3

cg pulldown
stack+180*12x3

Hey Nick, those are some insane lifts, especially the deads considering you've stated you only have one hamstring. What happened to one of your hamstrings? Did you tear the muscle at some point?

I was run over by a truck when I was 9, when the tires when over my leg it tore my hamstring from the bone.

these pics are a little old, but I pretty much look the same......Sexxy aren't I ;)

Why are you doing pulldowns plus uber weight and not Weighted Chin Ups??? From my amateur'ish opinion pulldowns are for beginners until you can do chin ups, is this not true?

because about 8 months ago I tore my teres minor, and with the pull downs I can control how much stress goes to it better than I can with pull ups.

oh yeah, tonights workout, lol.

reverse bench
315x10
405x10
495x5
550x5
610x2
635x1
585x1
550x2

Shoulder presses (db)
100's (its as high as they go here, lol)x30x3

front raises
60'sx10
70'sx10
80'sx10

tied my pr's, which suprises me because of how heavy I went on back yesterday. I didn't feel any stronger, but at the end of the workout I wanted to keep going. I had to cut myself off so I wouldn't over train

K, so I decided to do shoulders again today even though I worked them a little yesterday. My ankle is killing me, it has been hurting since this past weekend, so I decided against working legs today. It was a quick workout, but a good one.

Seated military press (starting at chin level, barbell)
135x10
225x10
315x10
405x5
455x1

upright rows
135x10
185x10
225x10
275x8x2

arnold presses
100'sx10x3

called it quits after that. I have been noticing better sleep, more energy during the day, more hunger, and a slight upset stomach for about half an hour after taking the 3ad (my stomach is very easilly upset). I haven't been reading anyone else's logs so I don't get any ideas of what to expect as far as sides or gains, aside from what has been released from AX. I might be the only one experiencing some of these effects or everyone might be.

Nice log Nick, Any observations thus far on the 3ad?

biggest things so far are increased appetite and stomach and legs looking more defined. No strength increases yet, that I have noticed. The best thing though is never wanting to leave the gym.

right on sounds good so far to me.

I am loving it so far. Yesterday was my first day at 4 pills a day, we'll see if things get even better using a higher dose. Yesterday was also the first time I took it without any stomach discomfort afterwards, I guess my body is getting used to it a little more. I didn't end up working out yesterday, but will be working out today. I will post how the workout went and any new observations (if there are any) after I get back.

EDIT: didn't get to workout yesterday either, a guy at work ended up quitting without notice and I got called in right as I was leaving for the gym.

THAT SUCKS!

yes it does, but today is my day off and I refuse to answer the phone, lol.

This is what tonights workout should look like:

Monday*
Flat bench
3 warm up sets of 5 (315, 425, 535)
2 moderate sets of 3 (585, 605)
2 heavy sets of 2 (both sets 625)
2 moderate sets 5 (545-550)
1 rep out set of 20 (405ish, lol)
Incline
4 sets of 15 reps with dbs (only have 100's dang it)
Pullovers
4x10 (never used a bar before, will start with 225)

not going super heavy because I am trying to give my joints a rest. I have devised a new workout program I am going to follow for the next 5-6 weeks (the first 2 being relatively light to get used to the frequency of the bench work). I will attach it a post later on this week.
