hi, i recently purchased some hyperdrol, havoc, bad ass mass, yohimbine, jungle warfare. I am aware that the hyperdrol, retain, bad ass mass and jungle warfare were charged to my card when i checked out succesfully.

however i did manually apply to add tio my cart soem yohimbine and havoc as well as reset ad.
A day later i was sent email stating payment is not clearing.

my question is 1)are you implying the WHOLE order was not paid for, or only the ones that were manually added to my cart after checking out?

2)why does your email not accepting emails from my previous email [email protected]? i mean, there are no usual auto responder emails sent back to me confirming emails sent.
it has been 3 days since i waited for the reply. All i want is for you to expedite the shipping out process since veeyrone is eager to receive their supps.

I'm surprised they didn't respond when you first Invalid Link Removed them about the problem (you did try Invalid Link Removed them first before calling them out in a public forum, right?).

Not my fight, but I can share my experience.

Recently a minor error occurred when my order was filled. I contacted NP CS via their website. They responded, and put me in a better position after the error was corrected than I would have been if the error never occurred.

Also, with many NP orders under my belt - this was the only time there has been an error (and again, it was minor and corrected to more than my satisfaction).

yes i have emailed them many times before this... funny tho.. i usually receive auto responder mail saying mail has been sent.. but not for the last 10 times i tried recently...

also i wish to know if my card has been charged, bcos i did check out succesfully for a few items.... i emailed them to add on manually rpn havoc and yohinbine but was told payment is not clearing... question is, is the whole package not cleared or only the newly added on items??

still no emails form them after 36+ hrs
 
Just a heads up...our customer service department hours of operation are Mon-Fri 10a-5p EST. I noticed you emailed them on Saturday therefore you will not receive a live response until Monday. Also, if you are not receiving our automated response, check your junk mail folder and adjust your filter.

The whole order is not clearing. The initial order you placed and successfully checked out for was simply an authorization hold to make sure the funds are available. The card is never charged until the order is successfully shipped out. During the shipping process, we debit the account for the appropriate funds, but if the card declines, we do not ship it out. Bottom line: the card has not been charged anything, and in order for us to ship out your order, please contact the customer service department with a different card or make sure funds are available on the existing card.

thank you very much!! i did not take into account that weekends are rest days. Ya i checked with the credit card co. and waw told nothing has been deducted.. kudos to u guys.. i was also told they will issue a new card to me bcos of problems with the current one, so my bad>

however i do want to make payment for it today still... can i add all the orders again in the cart and still pay the amount i was made to pay the last time round (means i got the offer rpices locked down)
 
can someone help???!! i need to clear payment asap... but no replies yet from customer service after end of monday (singapore time)
 
Its the start of Monday here. Its 11am EST. He told you EST (eastern standard time)
 
I know but I just wanted to pass along that its early on Monday..if you didn't know (since you are in Singapore).
 
thanks and kudos! they shipped out my stuff first thing in the morning, and its on its way now.. the customer rep was also taking onli 15 min to reply to ALL my emails! fantastic!
 
I feed my customer service department estrogen pills so they can be sympathetic to your needs.

They shed an empathetic tear every time they help someone...
