superdrol, epistane log

Well I just checked my weight and im 195. Not sure how this is possible. Even if the mdrol is complete crap, I should have still gained a lil bit of weight due to the amount of food I have been eating. Do you guys think I should stay at 20mgs for this week also?

I say go to 30mg as long as you're not getting bad sides at 20mg now
 
what did you take for the first 8 weeks?

1-15 test enanthate @ 840mg
5-15 T-4
9-15 Epistane @ 30-40mg
1-4 d-bol 20/25/25/30 (these were supposed to be 10mg pills but they ended up being 5mg pills so i had to cut it 2 weeks short and lower the dosing a little bit too)


day 2 of epistane....
-ridiculous pumps today taking 10mg at 830am, and 20mg at 230pm, workout at 330pm...strength didn't change much but I'm expecting +15-20lbs. on all my major lifts after hearing everyone elses results....

Not sure about diet, sorry, I know protein was over 300, but i drank so i have not idea of how to guess that crap, lol

Went out tonight for the first time in a long time, im a lightweight(edited by c32amg)

took a lot of perfect cycle

drinking a LOT of water, while at the bar(edited by c32amg) to try and save my liver(edited by hurdlemaker)

Wow, my roomates have pulled a really good prank on me. They replaced my mdrol with acidophilus. Which explains why i havent gained much weight and ive been craping all the time. They really got me. When my package came in they opened it and replaced the pills. They managed to reseal the mdrol bottle perfectly. They also re-taped my package perfectly. These bastards. Im over here wondering wtf is going on, i didnt know if the mdrol was crap or if my body just didnt want to grow, lol. Well today is day 1...

Also for everyone talking about the bf%. I also realize that its not possible to get below a certain %. And trying to guess someones bodyfat from looking at a few pictures of them isnt very accurate. Its funny that some people try and act educated and at the same time are making guesses based on someones pictures. Sorry, not trying to be rude. I also do not have a personal trainer, I am taking a personal training class and 2 of my classmates did a bodyfat analysis of me using calipers and checking 3 different sections of my body. They were actually laughing because they couldnt pinch the skin on my chest or quads, and barely on my stomach. So the instructor actually came over and did it as well. No big deal though. Im not that worried about it.
Don't take people educating you personally bud.

"Literally" you have about 3% essential fat in bone marrow, brain, heart, etc. The calipers are wrong and they are that way the leaner you get. Those people who said 8% were pretty right on.

You look good and lean at 3% or 8%, so don't worry about it.

I usually take 2 scoops pre workout and one during, and every once in a while ill take a scoop in the morning

Those machine squats were intense, a buddy of ours showed us how to do them, i got dizzy and saw spots after the last set. I couldnt do anymore legs after leg press, my pump was so insane, it felt like my muscles were gonna rip off away from my knee, lol. I also need to start eating a lil more again I think. Also ive been feeling really lethargic, which sux.

I like staying lean, I actually need to raise the amount of carbs im intaking though, its just difficult to eat that much all the time

I respond better to lower carbs myself, anything above 150 grams bloats me to no end...everyones different. ;)

Hey Tom, how you liking the T4?

pretty good...clen burned fat faster and more though...i got up to 200mcg but lethargy was horrible so im at 150 steady now until the end of my cycle when i taper down 100 and 50

i havent gained any weight or seen any anabolic effects from it..i'm actually only 2 pounds up from when i started the epistane a week and a half ago..i guess i was just expecting more

there is a big misconception that carbs make u fat..carbs generally should account for 50-60% of your calories...as long as u keep them complex all day....simple pre/post workout...and limit them the few hours before bed...u will still be just as lean...taking in 300+ grams of protein at 200 pounds- it isnt possible to absorb it all...6 meals with 40 grams would be perfect at ur size while taking PS's...

haha and im sure if u can take in that many grams of protein u can switch it to 100+ grams of carbs...especially on superdrol...

yeah im having 3 shakes a day and 3 meals, thats why its harder to get the carbs, also i have a crazy fast metabolism, today i had a lot of complex carbs though, and lifted a lot of weight, ill post it up in a few...
