took a lot of perfect cycle
drinking a LOT of water, while at the bar(edited by c32amg) to try and save my liver(edited by hurdlemaker)

Close Grip Pulldowns:180x12, 195x10, 210x8, 225x8
Angled Rows:180x12, 230x10, 270x6, 180x8(dropdown)
DB Shrugs:125x12, 125x10, 80x12, 80x12
