And in my experience, you’re always getting a little better or worse. So if you’re not working towards improvement, you’re usually backsliding. I’ve had friends get discouraged when they don’t lose weight for a period while dieting - until I point out how much fatter they’d be then if they weren’t actively trying to bring things down.

“Maintenance” is an illusion.
 
You know you can Google peptide reconstitution calculators right?

But it’s going to depend on whether the vial is any larger. I can only get 3ml into a standard peptide vial. So if it’s twice as strong, then you would just need half the volume if you use that same 3ml. So 4-5 units on a tiny 31g insulin syringe will do ya.
Follow up to this….

Spot on advice. Worked out perfectly, 4 wks in of 250mcg/ day and I am able to perform certain lifts that I could not. 4 sets of 15 on body weight dips (chest focus) was a nice surprise.

Been dealing w sciatic pain since New Years!
Stopped by my buddy’s Auto Body shop to check on my new front fender for my Road Glide (going to run a 180 wide tire kit) and a friend who I see every few yrs was there. He moved to NH/ Canada border and oboy comes down for work and drives home for weekend. He is built like Shrek, total R-tard strength kinda guy. Has no idea how strong he is, gave me a hug. Ya know, the high low hug so his arms are at a 45 degree angle, picked me up and my spine cracked like a deck of cards. Been hurting since. It has really hindered Hack squats, leg press, bent rows, RDL’s etc etc. some days walking on tread mill is a “no go”. Factor in wearing my harness at work and standing in the bucket in 5-30 degree temp 50-60hr weeks, it’s been a rough run. At least I am not missing work.

Trying to keep diet tight w NEAT being low and maybe lifting 3 or 4 days a week vs 3 on, 1 off, repeat.

Yes, still running BPC-157. I still have some shoulder discomfort but overall, pretty impressed w its effectiveness. I am enjoying the systemic results, my hand pain in the cold weather is normally unbearable at work and this winter it’s more than manageable. More to the point, I didn’t realize how “nicked up” I was. Feeling better aside from the sciatic stuff.

We will be moving in March so kinda holding off doing much more at the moment

Glad the BPC-157 is helping….it’s a great peptide. And good to hear you’re still able to get some training in. That sucks with your back man, hopefully it will heal up fast.
 
Check out McGill Sit-ups and Bird Dogs if you don’t do them. They can really help if you do some in the mornings before you get going for your day, helps activate the core to better minimize spinal micromovements that bother a pissed-off area in the back.

Yesterday the windchill here was -2, but otherwise like 14*. This morning said it was 32. I thought, “Awesome!” then saw Friday morning when I deadlift is supposed to be -6* with -30* windchills. Just shook my head; not sure if everyone will be getting a vortex coming through or what but that kind of cold just messes with everything. Cars, locks, pipes, heaters break.

I was reading I think monday that a big polar vortex coming down should hit most all of us in the northern part of the country. Our forecast for this weekend has gone from a low of 35-38f, to a low of 26f. nowhere near you guys, but finally a cold snap that I think we need tbh to kill off bugs otherwise we get nasty spring/summer if we dont' spend some time in the colder zone.

the upside for us is maybe we will get decent snowfall. we actually really look forward to it cause for us a real good snow is only 3-6" at water level, maybe 12" on a good year but never lasts more than a few days. a week later there might be piles along side the road.

It’s weather like that that makes me happy I live in the South. Of course we’re supposed to get ice and snow Saturday and Sunday and lows next week around 15* to 16*, so I won’t be as happy with that.🥶

Its weather like this that makes us move South for the winter when we are geezers. We will be doing it once retired (Im aiming at 2 more yrs to retire at 62) (just for the winters) I love New England too much to leave full-time. I feel for PolishHamm3r77 working in this sh*t. Brutal... I'm spoiled working here at home where I don't need to go out in this crap. Hope everyone here is doing well...

Second 10mg from same source

1st bottle powder was a compressed solid at bottom of vial
Administered .5 mg 2x per week
Appetite suppression was high, glucose would be high 80’s after 100g of carbs
Didn’t have appetite until evening smoke sesh but NO MUNCHIES. Almost a challenge to eat 5 meals Finally my prayers were answered. Until next bottle….

2nd bottle powder was fluffy and not a solid “puck” reconstituted same way 2ml of Bac water
Am administering .5mg eod and not feeling ANY appetite suppression

Well that sucks, especially with how expensive Reta is.
 
Yes, they do not give it away. And I may have been a little too hasty to call it garbage. I did order it late and went a few days w/out it, so I thought. After checking my notes, it had been 7 days and I think I had ebbed below steady state saturation of 4 “half lives”
Then upping dosage might have not been the best idea

Thanks man! Lowest so far is 184 down from 210ish in June. I had no idea how “well marbled” I was when I started this long and slow fat loss phase.
And yes, I just started 20mg of test c and 2iu’s of Gh daily. Just hrt dose, nothing crazy.
 
I'm going to start using that for people lol, anytime someone calls themself fat I'm going to say you're not fat you're just well marbled lol

Reintroduced creatine the same day I started HRT. Weight crept up to 195 in 10 days abs got washed out. Weight is coming down, I was 190.3 this morning. I’m sure it’s all glycogen and water.
Cals have stayed the same 2200-2300 as well as fluid intake. Caloric expenditure has gone up the last week. I increased avg steps for the week by 3000.

First day was 3.2.26 of 20mg cyp and 2iu’s of hgh daily
“Felt” a difference around day 10 or so. I am going to order bloods soon. Wanted to hit 4 “half life’s” to make sure I had steady state concentration.
I had put on 8 or so pounds of water. Abs are still washed out but not as bad. Weight came on within first 10 days also. Apple Watch is tight on wrist, had to move up a hole. Haven’t had to change belt hole on pants. Getting a much better pump and I’m not still getting DOMs that bleed into that muscle groups training day.

I do legs, push, pull, off, repeat. 4 days between workouts wasn’t enough time to recover.

The extracellular water retention is likely more from the GH. If you skip it for 3-4 days straight, you should be able to see how much is coming from it vs just the test.

the constant look of “spilled over” is renting space in my head. I know the abs are just submerged but still a mind “f” when looking in the mirror or going over tracked weight loss. Admittedly, I am in a 200-300 cal surplus from the 2200 I consume while losing weight. But, I do have tons of motivation and energy while training. Still trusting the process.
 
That's the best thing you can do. The water is temporary.
