First day was 3.2.26 of 20mg cyp and 2iu’s of hgh daily
“Felt” a difference around day 10 or so. I am going to order bloods soon. Wanted to hit 4 “half life’s” to make sure I had steady state concentration.
I had put on 8 or so pounds of water. Abs are still washed out but not as bad. Weight came on within first 10 days also. Apple Watch is tight on wrist, had to move up a hole. Haven’t had to change belt hole on pants. Getting a much better pump and I’m not still getting DOMs that bleed into that muscle groups training day.
I do legs, push, pull, off, repeat. 4 days between workouts wasn’t enough time to recover.
