A log with vague goals

FWIW Smont, I pinned my Primo E last winter once a week, and I always do DHB once a week. If you don’t mind the bolus of oil at once, they work pretty well that way. Can’t 5a reduce, agonize the PR, aromatize, or otherwise convert to estrogen, so they don’t hit me with sides the way a big single dose of testosterone or 19-Nors do.

I’m not saying that’s optimal, just that primo e and DHB once a week also worked well enough if you can fit your weekly needs into one shot & preferred it. I generally spread things out into 3+ weekly shots.
I've yet to use dhb, I honestly only know 1 person that uses it and he loves it at 600-800mg pre contest and 100 mg in the off-season

It is surprisingly strong per mg, there’s a reason they call it “Super Primo” & “Old-Man Tren”. 200mg made me too turnt up, and I’ve always been most muscular overall when on it, at just 100-150 in my stack. It pulls a lot of weight per cc, in a stack.

Some updates on the anadrol. It's been like 3 doses total and I'm dropping it, it's too soon.

Warmed up yesterday with some front squat and walking lunges just the bar.

Zerchers 150lbs for 5 sets of 10
Deadlift 150x10, 225x8, 275x5, 325x3 as supposed to be the end but it felt so light I did 375x1 and It honestly didn't feel any heavier than the last set, so now we're off to 415x3 and again, My grip was suffering a little because my hands hurt with the actual weight did not feel very heavy. So I went to throw another 50lbs on and I stopped before I pulled and thought, this is how you hurt yourself every time by pushing the limit way too soon. So I stripped it and did five sets of pull-ups and three sets of bent over rows.

So nope, no anadrol for this guy yet.

Sunday and Thursday this week I pinned 200 test and 75 deca for a total of 400/150 and I think I can stay here for at least 4-6 weeks

Morning weight 202.1
Body composition doesn't appear to be changing for better or for worse, just appear to be slowly going back to where I was before so I'm good with that, but... I'm thinking that after another week or 2 I'm gonna start adding a extra cardio session each week for 4 weeks while reducing calories each week as well as a 30ish day mini cut and then I'm gonna make some gear adjustments. Or if I like where I'm at then I might not.

I'm waiting on methylene blue, slu pp, dada and I already got some of the l-carn atp nitro so I may be using some of these during the 30 days.

Rested over the weekend and hit shoulders yesterday with a bunch of high rep high volume stuff.
 
Search dada peptide benefits and add stuff to the search like pub med or national ournal of health ect.
 
Maybe I am not searching it correctly but I can’t get any info on what Dada does. Is it for mitochondrial support?
Most lifters do not need DADA. It’s a powerful tool that can help take the governor off your activity, allowing someone to keep pushing further with less rest. It would be easier to overtrain, without mindfulness.

Applications would probably be more ideal for fight training or CrossFit.

Great examples, my thoughts are that it's gonna help me specifically with things you just mentioned. I'm not doing CrossFit but I'm definitely cross training and my activity levels will eventually get pretty high and it's unlikely il get enough rest, ALTHOUGH!!!! I have been sleeping a little more then usual. I'm still getting up at roughly 3:00 to 4:00 in the morning but I'm going to bed earlier

It definitely makes sense for you, especially the way you like bag work and circuit style training.

I just wanted to relay it’s not really a drug someone getting big needs; it is for someone who needs to raise work output in a timeframe.
 
Another note, deca kicked in because my tits are screaming. I took 0.75mg anastrozole and judging by how fast it went from a slight itch to tender and spicy in probably gonna have to take 1-1.5mg a day for the first few days. For now il wait 24hrs and see what the 0.75 does

This; you need to manage Deca from both ends. The PR agonism raising prolactin is just as relevant as managing the enhanced aromatization of your testosterone.

2-400mg twice per day of P5P or B6.

Prami, but I do not believe it's a prolactin thing, I could be wrong but usually when I add deca (or npp but npp to a lesser degree ) but my estrogen skyrockets. Now if I don't get it under the control then prolactin will become a thing. These are educated guesses based off of prior experiences so I'm not 100% but fairly confident. I should have started p5p/inhibit p as a precaution but I did not and also from past experience it's gonna be useless at this point. Should be ok as long as I get estrogen down. And if it gets worse I'll drop it and add something dry. Honestly, I wish I had 15 winni tabs instead of anadrol. I had good luck once using winni with deca, seems to keep the issues under control at 50mg while significantly upping the firepower of my cycle. Epistane and SD did the same.

Anyone wanna sell or trade some epistane or SD or winni lol.

Checked my guy for dhb and its a no, he's out of hgh which I was happy to hear because it's obviously selling if he's out and typically when I have a source that often runs out of things the products are usually good. And if his hgh was bullshit he could just replace it with anything but he's waiting on the same supplier and he rarely will change sources unless it's a necessity

Oddly enough I don't get gyno or itchy nips or anything like that on tren. But deca does it every time. Even trest doesn't cause me issues as fast as deca. Idk why I keep using it 😂 . I hate it lol

I don’t use Deca or NPP anymore, but when I used Deca I always had blood pressure issues and pretty bad water retention. An AI always helped the water retention, but I would constantly battle the high blood. I usually wouldn’t have hardly any sides with NPP. Blood pressure would increase slightly but always controllable, and may hold a little water but not too bad. I know it’s the same compound with a different half life, but I definitely reacted differently with them. Always wondered if more frequent smaller injections with Deca would have helped, but never tried it. But we truly are all different and it’s hard to know how you respond until you try something.🤷🏻‍♂️

It's very confusing. Going back through my old notes doesn't give me a answer for why tho. It's just one of those things I guess that's different for everyone

Ace is more powerful initially because it hits right away. From the get-go, you are getting all of the firepower daily with each shot. You get more sides from E because at the same total dose, which is actually even less mg after accounting for ester weight, you will still reach significantly higher circulating blood levels of Tren. Map it on steroidplotter if you have any doubt.

That sounds about right lol. Also, With the tren, with E I get more sad, that's really the only super noticeable thing, but, I also feel like I don't get nearly as much recomp on E as I do on ACE. As much as I say how hard recomp is. Tren ace makes recom almost a guarantee for me. Maybe I haven't stayed on E long enough. In the bigger scheme of things I've only actually used tren 4 times that I can think of and none of those were over 200mg. I think I did 300mg for a week and got paranoid (not actually paranoid) but I was getting paranoid that I was going to get side effects from 300 and I talked myself back down. 150-200 ace for 6 weeks was my best run and that was when I added it at the end of my bulk. October 2023 I think. I have these 2 photos that line up with it and it makes sense. The first photo is absolutely the leanest I've ever been over 200 lb, I want to say that I'm 208 in this picture and I can tell I'm only flexing on one side, I always do that when holding the camera or my hand shakes too much to get a clear pic. I'm comparing photos in my phone dates to my training log dates. So this would be end of the tren ace and the second picture is 1 months later when the cosmetic effects kinda wore off and I was 212

I realize there's some kind of discoloration on the second pick that kinda fades the colors but look at my skin on tren. It's always kind of reddish tan and slick looking like I just put lotion on. I noticed that happens every time I took ace, but not e! Again, maybe 6 weeks on E isn't long enough for comparable results. And also notice how that reddish color went away a month off tren. BP was good according to my ****. It popped up to 138/87 at its highest but it averaged about where it normally does. 125-130/80's
 
I'm really 😞 looking at the first pick, or both really, and looking at myself right now 😆. Orders tren ace immediately lol

I also have been digging in on caffeine making us fatter, yep, I said that. No I do not think caffeine actually makes us fatter. But, daily caffeine use messes up your insulin sensitivity. This is not something I knew. Caffeine releases adrenaline, increases stress and it blocks adenosine, does something with epinephrine too. But what I've gathered so far is that it's only temporary, but someone consuming caffeine around the clock like I do sometimes, it would always be messing with the things and potentially causing problems. Oddly enough my fasted glucose is kinda high this morning and I felt sick after training working out on 1 tiny meal. I also very often get nauseous in the morning right before I get hungry and that's been going on for the past year or so.

I've had a little too much free time lately lol. I been looking for things to look into 😆

Yes, this is actually why it is unhealthy to drink coffee all day long. You’re always pushing on the sympathetic nervous system somewhat.

Coffee is healthy; lots of health benefits. Caffeine is a safe and powerful drug. BUT, overuse is the problem.

Try some decaf coffee or tea for later in the day if you want warm drinks. Green tea is excellent for visceral fatloss, as an antioxidant, and helps as an anti-cancer agent even. It’s an acquired taste, just like coffee.

Same. Deca hits me with sides worse and faster than anything else. NPP no problems at all.

I'm not drinking coffee for fat loss or for health benefits it's just cuz I like it and I drink a ton of it lol. I switched last month to a kind with about 70% less caffeine. It's 30-40mg a cup instead 100+ like the one I was using before. Il probably switch to instant decaff cus my girl will only drink folders black silk or the other one I get. She will not ever take a sip of decaf and there's no reason why. She just acts like a 5-year-old and refuses to do things sometimes or most times

I also stopped buying stronger energy drinks, and stick to a zero sugar monster if I have one. I don’t need that amount of caffeine if I’m not training hard.

I hate green tea unless it's flavored, I like the pom-green tea

Yeah I’ve had that, good stuff. That’s a great idea too. It’s just nice to have a drink that’s not water, and not caloric, or artificially sweetened. Good option.
That last point is big for me, I really only drink coffee and water, sometimes diet soda, I use to use a ton of those zero cal flavor sticks but I took a massive cut back on that. I probably use 3 or 4 stick per week. I really just like to have things that are zero cal that aren't plain water. I do add half and half to my coffee so I probably drink a half cup of it over the course of the day. So 300cal a day in mostly fat will be removed if I swap coffee out for anything zero cal, that's a good thing for me as it can be my first cal reduction into my mini cut of sorts.

In the meantime, I'm snowed in, kinda, so I'm gonna do a full day of cheating lol. Meal 1 on the way
 
This also made 2 servings, it's like a Rahman bowl with baked shredded chicken breast and those are tomato, pesto and mozzarella grilled cheeses.

The ramen bowl was a bit spicier than anticipated, I'm just eating the second serving now
