Yep, those stall mats can be a beast to move around.

I just got done with a 'forced cut' myself, 10 lbs down in 10 days. (Flu).
I think i will maintain this weight though now. (since probably mostly fluid (water/glycogen).

And to be 40 again! You're just a kid :) (My buddy who is 83 tells me that, and Im 58) :)

It's always like that, when I was 18 the 30 year olds would tell me I'm a kid, at 40 the 50-60 year olds tell me I'm a kid lol, my dad is 72 and he calls anyone under 70 a kid lol.

If I didn't have arthritis and nagging injuries, I definitely would say I feel like a kid still. Mentally I'm 18 forever lol
 
In forgetting to make updates but to catch up. I'm 21 days from my 40th, my joints are really sore last few days so I lifted lighter with with shorter rest. And did a few new exercises I also worked on the new lifting room we're trying to build. One of the guys found a bunch of big mirrors online and scoop them up so we got mirrors now lol

We picked up some cable machines and a plain old school power rack that haven't made it into the room yet, But the rest of the flooring's down found a couple extra sets of dumbbells and it's coming along. And still plenty of space to add more stuff
 
I'm 21 days from my 40th,

man all my best gym accomplishments, aside from bodyfat, came after age 40. deads, bench, squats. the 40s are my favorite decade so far! (i'll be 43 this year). My wife is ten years older than me, and both she and my mom say that the 40s were when things really started getting great.

Still floating around 200lbs and getting leaner. Still eating mostly meat too.

I know right, I always been like that, but I'm very confident that all the EQ I used back in the day made me permanently more vascular and the one time I did really diet down to single digits made it so I always show more vascularity. Regardless of bf. I have large veins too so they definitely stick out more.

Most of the time it's a good problem to have except for when your lean and you have giant veins in your head 24/7 looking like you're about to stroke out lol
 
Looking lean and mean….your shoulders and traps are poppin’. The lifting room is coming along good…looks like you guys have a good space. Oh and the steak looks good too, keep the food porn coming.😜
I noticed that yesterday that my traps and shoulders came back up to where they use to be. That's usually the first place that blows back up, back and arms follow. Legs are actually pretty decent now too. They're still under developed if you're comparing them to my shoulders and upper back but they are significantly improved from the past few years

This is actually my second portion, the first was all beef and broccoli But I forgot to take a picture so I put a little secondary plate together for the photo, so now I gotta eat this too. It's in the rule book so I gotta do it😁
 
Got some methylene blue and some S23 today.

Test still 300mg and I'm gonna start taking the anadrol and S23 daily for the last 18 days 50mg/30mg. Honestly, I'm gonna go into a actual hard cut after the 19th. I'm very happy with the progress given my limited super supplements and pretty much freestyling my training for the last 2 months. I'm gonna add 10mg M-blue and 10 mg carderine, then slu and dada when those show up. At least that's my game plan at this moment but y'all know why often change my mind, way too often lol.

Weight is still 200lbs, other than sore joints and arthritis I have no complaints

How do you like SLU? Besides the advertised benefits I have heard it helps with mental energy and brain fog during a deficit. Any issues with it affecting sleep?

Haven't used slu yet. I really don't know a ton about it other than the stuff ive been reading for the past few months. But I have very high hopes for this stuff and I do project it to be the next big thing in fitness and anti-aging. It's going to appeal very much to the average person as well who's just looking to lose weight and I'd imagine the biohacking crowd would be very interested in this stuff as well. For once they might actually find something that's a healthy biohack lol. This is just some personal guesses, I don't have like any special inside information 😂. Stuff just looks really cool and soooooo many benefits. Everyone who's afraid of carderine should look into this stuff too.

Thought you guys might find this funny. Came here Saturday to update the cycle. Woke up Sunday and forgot my shot of test, forgot the anadrol and the S23 and only ate 2 meals for the day and finished the night with some zebra cakes. Now Back to the game plan lol

Ya my friend who is in prep for his physique show in 6 wks just started SLU (and methelyne blue) to help w fat burn and mental acuity/ energy while he's in deep deficit. He said 'no sides' and really improves his liver numbers in labs- even while he's on everything. I am especially interested in its ability to heal fatty liver and help with a cut. I agree stuff seems to have many benefits and sounds really cool.

As far as my sleep question goes, he says it has no stimulant effect and no negative affect on sleep. Phew! He takes it in the afternoon before cardio to elevate his energy.

Sooooooooo 197.9lbs, and the past day or 2, no appitate for anything healthy. I could shovel down some cake and cookies if I wanted to but I'm getting some appetite suppression for certain which never really happens to me on orals. Winni did it but nothing else. I'm not sure if it's the S23 or if it's the S23 and anadrol together because it's definitely not just from the anadrol as I've already taken those a little on and off recently and not had any issues. Now losing my appetite wouldn't be a big deal as I wouldn't mind cutting up a bit. But, I'm hungry for junk still. I had to make some changes today to eat more. I basically picked only sweet things. I had Greek yogurt with strawberries and chocolate protein granola for breakfast, I had a banana and a elite rtd shake for lunch, eaas, Gatorade and creatine intra and now I'm trying to think of something that I'm interested in eating and the only thing I can think of is steak so I'm going for a steak again lol. Luckily I'm always hungry for steak. But the idea of a chicken breast right now sounds gross unless it's like a buffalo chicken with ranch and some potato chips or french fries, maybe a side of zebra cakes and some sour patch kids
 
Today I started benching and worked up to 275 And then I got a phone call and had to leave the gym and go back to work for about 2 hours. So after work I did a bunch of 20 rep incline dumbbell presses and then I did a overhead pin press working up to 195 for a set of 5. Did a couple sets aside laterals and then I hit the bag for six rounds. Did a couple with gloves and a couple without gloves.

I don't know they just hurt. So I decided to just go and stretch, And then I decided to do some dead hangs, And while hanging I decided to do 10 pull-ups, And then I decided I should do 10 sets of 10 pull-ups with a 10 second dead hang after every set. Then I did 10 sets of 10 seated dumbbell curls and then I smoked some pot and stuffed down 10oz of steak and a pound of sushi.

There's lots of times I make something delicious or I pick up something from a restaurant that looks amazing, And I'll be too excited to remember to take a picture and I just shove it down lol. But many times after doing that I have thought to myself, gphagan would have liked a few pics lol. I think about you guys when I cook food, no homo lol

More steak lol. And I snagged these at Costco, cooked everything chopped it up and made wraps and salads.
 
Gonna be picking up here with M-Blue. I'd like to start Sunday. Still playing the guessing games on how I'm going to use it I'm guessing just the dosage is the issue. 5mg to start? Maybe less? 10mg is the dose I'm interested in trying to start but I figured I should aim lower to begin with. I was supplementing with 5htp but I dropped it a few days ago as combining that with methylene blue may cause serotonin syndrome. Im double checking everything I'm taking to make sure there's no interactions. When I get a chance I'll make a list if anybody sees something that sticks out let me know. Any and all suggestions welcome.

Combining fluticasone prop with Blue can potentially have some serious blood pressure issues. Combining that with the next 2 weeks of absolute balls to the wall training I'm going to be doing I don't wanna **** around. On the bright side I've got two weeks now to figure out how I'm going to do this

Damn glad you pointed this out. I just picked up Flonase to try for my nighttime stuffy nose and my Methylene Blue arrived as well. Guess I cant try them both...

Guarantee you Vigorous Steve has thoughtful M-Blue dosage info in one of his recent videos; that guy loves this stuff

Laxogenin Is also pretty good at knocking out cortisol and seems to help w anxiety. My girl and I use Iconogenin topical when cortisol seems high.

Laxo, mucuna I have tried and they dont help. I haven't used. Saffron extract but I use to use saffron as a spice often, real saffron, like $89 per oz. Bacopa was in a OTC stress and anxiety supp I tried in the past. I'm running out of OTC options and honestly my anxiety is growing daily. I lost some close friends and family over the last 3 to 5 months and it's made it worse for sure. Im also tuned up all the time. I live on level 10 And rhat doesn't really help. One of my biggest fears using methylene blue is that it can increase your resting heart rate and I already have a high resting heart rate. So well it is a treatment for depression and possibly for anxiety it seems like there's going to be a double-edged sword if my heart rate goes up.

Sometimes I just wonder if I be better off just taking a beta blocker and calling it a day

She has MS and has a lot of anxiety and depression sometimes, and she believes these help for what it’s worth. But it sounds like you have tried a lot so I’m not sure. Like everything else what may work for some people may not for others, especially with things like stress, anxiety and emotional stuff. Hopefully you’ll be able to find something to help, because I know that’s a heavy burden.

I'd love to say I'm on track but the ship sunk. Last time I posted I woke up the next day with horrible tricep tendonitis and could barely use my arm. That somehow radiated into shoulder and hand pain. Saturday and Sunday I couldn't use my right arm. Monday it started to release. Today it's like 90% but I haven't worked out in like 6 days I think and I had a couple chicken parms along the way. Safe to say I did not reach my birthday goal. But I got abs and I'm in a decent spot. I haven't taken anything since Friday and I'll take a shot of test on Sunday (I didn't this weekend either) il probably take a week off or maybe just hit the bag or something. Motivation still isn't the greatest but at least I want to work out. Il start Methylene Blue and log that for April
