CEL Alpha One - Natural Anabolic Recomposition Agent + Incredible Pumps

Just received my order of Alpha One and am looking to start right away. Probably should have just gone for 1 bottle but I went deep and ordered bulk after hearing your hype and researching all the benefits of a-cedrene.

How does everyone like to run this? One a day, in the morning indefinitely, is what I have garnered from the thread. Does it matter if it is with food or empty stomach? Would it be a better pump agent around 1pm PreWorkout?

Planning on running it alongside Anabolic Effect (at 3 caps a day to spread out supply) and MK677, for a month while on maintenance calories- then for two+ months at a deficit when I drop the MK. Does this sound like a good approach?

Sorry if these questions have already been answered.

We suggest starting with 1 per day for the first week, and then you can go up to 2 per day if you would like to.

Most people can take it on an empty stomach or with food. If you fall into the smaller percent of people that it bothers your stomach, then you would want to take it with food until your body acclimates.

The most common dosing for people using 1 per day is to either take it in the morning or to take it pre-workout.

The most common dosing for people using 2 per day is to take 1 approximately 30 minutes prior to working out and then the other spaced out apart.

I've never heard of anyone using Anabolic Effect at 3 capsules per day, so I'm not sure how well that will work for you. I've heard of people taking more than the labels says, but I don't recall anyone ever taking less.

best of luck and thanks for the support.

One day in update as promised:
Took one upon waking up. I definitely felt the pump during the workout despite training in the afternoon. Other notable effects were longer lasting energy (physical/mental) despite less stimulant use and poorer sleep than usual. It lasted well into the afternoon when I usually have a bit of a crash post workout. Is this effect reported?
I also felt very mild low blood sugar or light headedness (which I also consider a positive as I expect this might mean I am shuttling more carbs/sugars to the muscle especially paired with MK677). Am I correct here? Should I up the carbs pwo? EDIT/UPDATE: No blood glucose effect. Likely instead a blood pressure issue from my ancillary use of Pump products. Adding in glycerol, and dialing back vasodilators has been suggested to mitigate.

Overall I did not expect such effects- lasting all day - from just one cap, and am looking forward to running this for a while and seeing longterm results. I also did blood labs a few days ago and plan to follow up again in 3 months so I may be able to establish a baseline and show some harder data.
I will likely up the Anabolic Effect to full dose once I am done with my initial assessment of Alpha One. Great product guys!

I'm glad to hear that you are liking it.

We have had feedback from people saying that they felt like it helped their energy levels; not in a stimulant way, but just in a having more energy during the day way. I noticed that myself before it was ever released. When we got some of the softgels in for testing and I took some, I was doing a complete fast for 7 days and I didn't mean to time it during that, its just the way it fell, and I noticed during that time that I didn't feel nearly as crappy as I usually do when doing that.

I haven't heard that about the blood sugar and shuttling more carbs, that could be a personal response or could be a response in combination with MK that you're using.

I didn’t note any particular blood glucose changes (measured via monitor), I do drink carbs pre/intra tho.

I respond well to cAMP boosters and potent ones like Alpha One seem to sometimes lower my blood pressure a bit, so I have to be careful not to add to many “pump” ingredients since sometimes I get too much vasodilation. Glycerol around workouts can sometimes help me with this.
Thank you @Resolve10 thats exactly what it must have been! I took high dose pump pre (10g L-Cit plus usual suspects) and two Amentoflavone XT's, also did some Blood Flow Restrictor band training, and took a BP supplement in the morning. I will implement Glycerol, and a little more salt and drop the Amento to one cap today. Sincerely appreciate the feedback and fix.

It's an impressive supplement so far. Definitely feeling the energy level boost. As you said, not a stimulant type of energy but mental and physical resilience for my whole day. Though it is just day two, this "resilience" also seems to be uplifting mood and productivity as well. I was simply expecting a pump product, so I am pleasantly surprised.

Also as far as the blood glucose / requiring more pre/intra carb question: I was mistaken. It is likely a Blood Pressure effect rather than Blood Glucose. (Both are rare and feel similar to me) @Resolve10 helped me to identify the fact that Alpha One coupled with too many "pump" products can have this affect. I love pumps so I always go hard with the pwo products, including Amentoflavone XT so I am going to add in Glycerol today as per his rec. I actually need to dial back my blood pressure so this is YET ANOTHER positive. I will also edit a footnote to the original question so I don't start any rumors or lead anyone astray. Looking forward to training today...

I'm dosing it 1 a day along with Super Swole and I'm pretty damn pumped all day everyday. Don't see any reason to jump to 2 gels. Bottle lasts ages & the pumps in the gym are filthy

Are y'all taking this on training days only or EVERY day?

Alpha One is meant to be taken every day for best results.

The pumps are just an extra added benefit.

Update on this:
The pumps took a huge step up. A sudden jump. At day 12 right now (1 cap/day)

Had an upper day and it felt like my skin was about to rip, that's how pumped I was. I had to fight through the last exercises

I love it
Update #2
Moved my 1 cap dose from morning to pre-workout and I noticed even stronger pumps. All veins are popping out and are very visible. Had people asking wtf I'm taking

Lol nice .. thats the best compliment u can get

I just finished my first bottle of Alpha One at one capsuel a day. It was on the tail end of my bulk and for some reason it increased my TDEE so i had to eat more to keep my weight gain going.

Today i started a 8 week mini cut and i started my second bottle, this time I will take 2 a day and see if that makes a difference for me.

Im stacking this with the usual suspects:
  • CEL Anabolic Effect
  • SNS GlycoPhase
  • SNS Prime XT
I also added in CEL Lipo Elite for my cut. I removed the stim part of my pre workout and replaced it with 2 caps of Lipo Elite for the extra thermogenic effects. This is probably the strongest Fat Burner ive run, so it will be interesting to see how it works combined with Alpha One.

how long can this be ran? thinking about doing a 8-12 week cycle . running alpha one and maybe recomp20 on the back end maybe and or prime XT. thoughts or suggestions ?

You can use it for as long as you would like to.

We've seen cycles as short as 8 to 12 weeks, but many people use it as a daily use supplement. It's really up to you.

Alpha One stacks great with Recomp20 and also with Prime XT. It also stacks very well with Anabolic XT &/or Anabolic Effect if looking for other stack ideas.

Dumb question: would this show up on a drug test? I may be starting a job soon and I read it was derived from cedar wood and hemp oil.

There's no hemp in Alpha One, so no, it wouldn't.

Just an observation about Alpha One, been on it for a while, my arms feel bigger and are jacked 24/7. What a alpha feeling (pun intended) Worth it's wait in gold. Can't see myself ever coming off it.

I posted in the Prime thread, I am stacking Alpha One @1 cap and the strength gains are incredible. Great pumps on this and nice recomp effect. I feel my muscles are pumped constantly. I did Chest and Back on Monday and they still feel full today. Prime and Alpha one will be a staple for me. I might throw in some Lean Extreme into my stack, and later on Rexomp 20. I really only initially got the Prime because BMP was out of stock, but I’m glad I branched out and tried some SNS products. I’m truly impressed by these natural products. 2 of my all time favorites.

Thank you for the feedback.

Lean Extreme? If you're looking for the 7OH, like the original Lean Extreme, Reduce XT is 7OH.
(I saw that you mentioned Lean Edge in the Prime XT thread, so may have meant that instead of Lean Extreme - and I do think that Lean Edge would be a great stack with Alpha One).

Also, if you're interested in bone morphogenetic protein type products, CEL BASIS is going to be launched in the next couple of weeks and will include bmp aspects to it and be a very unique and comprehensive product.

Yeah I meant Lean Edge. I need non stim and the ingredient profile looks great. I’ve got some on the way now lol.

The thing I liked about BMP was the leaning effect, but I had lethargy on it, and I noticed it had a blood pressure lowering affect, as soon as I came off it my BP went back up and I didn’t feel tired anymore.

I've been fully natty in Feb with just M-Test (which I'm now out of), Alpha One, and a little TD here and there like XPG Alpha Gel or XPG Pump Gel and I forgot how awesome Alpha One is. It kicks in quick and honestly feels like some of the PEDs. firm muscle fullness and vascularity came back fast.

love reading the positive results on alpha-one

ill be heading to Europe for 2 weeks at the end of march - and am looking for a supplement that will keep me feeling pumped while only doing bodyweight exercises in the hotels/Airbnb

gonna order some alpha one tonight

I always give the disclaimer than when I say bmp, I'm referring to bone morphogenetic protein, and not the product by that name.

BASIS, our product that will target bmp from a lot of different angles, is one that I have spent a lot of research time on for the last couple of years.

The bmp pathway is complex and its not about just targeting, its how you target it, and how things work together when targeting different things.

When researching ingredients that work via targeting different bmps, something I realized right off the bat is that some ingredients that may be beneficial for increasing certain bmps may not interact well with other ingredients &/or may not be ingredients that I would want to use in a product bc some of them have some undesirable effects - lethargy, estrogen increases, etc.

I'm also thorough and very in depth with my research, but with BASIS, every ingredient was like a full on deep dive research project - to first see if it did what I wanted it to for bmp, but then in taking a step back and looking at the overall scope of research on it to make sure that it didn't do anything that I wouldn't want it to - and there were several that got ruled out because even though they may be good for bmp, they did other things that made me unwilling to include them.

When I say this took years, of course I don't mean that as in all of my time being devoted to it, but in terms of research time, it took years to get this exactly where I wanted it to be - a product that will increase specific bmps with absolutely no estrogen increasing ingredients and also target lean muscle, fat loss, body-recomposition, and other benefits from a variety of angles.

I'm working on doing some in depth ingredient write ups and articles that will help explain all of this in ways that the average person can understand - but not sure they'll all be done by the time we release it, unless we hold off on the release to make sure that they are done. Reason being that I'm behind at life from the time that's been put into the other ingredient and product write ups for the 12 weeks of new releases and have had some things I've had to deal with in my personal life too.

Long story short - BASIS will have the positive attributes of the bmp pathways but also have other pathways through which it works as well. It's a very in depth and exciting product and I'm excited for the feedback on it.

Lean Edge is great there is literally no stim effect and I’m very sensitive to stims. A lot of non stim formulas raise my BP and I can’t take them, but not this. My sense of well being is much better all day. I just feel good and relaxed might be the green tea extract and L-Theanine, I used to take Green Tea pills and it made me feel good. Have only been on it a couple weeks now, but definitely noticing a thermal effect, as I rarely get hot, but sweating a lot more during a work out. I’ll definitely get the 2 pack when I’m out of this bottle it’s the perfect non stim fat burner for me.

I’m considering adding a 4th product to my stack of Prime, A1, and Lean Edge, or adding a 2nd capsule or A1 a day, but I occasionally get a strange light headed feeling with A1, that started when I took 2 a day, but went away when I dropped back to 1 capsule. Any suggestions? I’m leaning toward Recomp20, but welcome any other suggestions.

I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying Lean Edge.

Recomp20 was the first thing that came to mind for me too that would be a good addition to your current stack. Lean GLP would be a good option if focused on improving metabolic health and wishing to help with appetite control, blood sugar/a1c, and lipid profile.

Any insight would be appreciated, would you do a 6 month run of alpha one or 3 month with alpha one and ursa bolic stacked?

Obviously stacking two things would provide more results in the shorter time frame.

I'd look at what your training and goals look like over those time periods. I like to try to line up certain things with specific training blocks and in general I'd rather run a little less over a longer period than more in a shorter time frame (which is more personal preferences and it does vary).
Appreciate the response, I was kind of thinking the same thing I just wanted to see what others would do. This helps reinforce my initial decision.

Lose weight for another 8 weeks (13 weeks cutting total) then maintenance for 8 to not burn myself out rinse repeat adjust as needed. With alpha one being versatile could easily run it through both phases.

1 cap A1 is working really well. 2 month supply at that dosage. Never saw the need to go up to 2 caps but I am also taking Prime. My workload capacity has def increased on A1.

Thank you for the response, I think I'm going to order 6 bottles and get a year supply out of that running one cap a day

How do you KNOW you wouldn't do better on 2? Truly curious. (I know this sounds like I'm being a D&^%. I'm genuinely not)
Like I said above I’m already on 2 other products which promote pump, at some point it becomes cost effective to not max dose everything. This way I can get all beneficial ingredients at a recommended dose without having to pick between

OK, so you are judging based on the pump alone. There are other benefits of A1 (pump actually being a nice side effect) which s why I was asking. It's the "other" stuff that's harder to judge subjectively (I think). Totally get the $$$ aspect.

Tried 2 at a time after I had been on it about a month. Noticed no difference. Not saying other guys wouldn't. A staple with me until they pry it out of my cold dead fingers!

I'm not sure I have a strong opinion on 1 vs 2, but I tend to take 1 on rest / cardio / fasting days and 2 on my lifting days. Still seems like one of the greatest natty products I've ever seen. within a week I can always notice it immediately in my arms/biceps.

I’m thinking about doing that next bottle, 2 on lifting days, 1 on non lifting days. That would be 10 a week and a bottle would last 6 weeks.

On the other hand, has anyone been taking more than the recommended 2 per day? The recomp effects on 2 have been impressive. Curious if anyone has been using 3 or 4 a day to see if it’s even more impressive at additional a-Cedrene.

I believe @sns8778 mentioned before that taking more than 2 could cause an upset stomach, but of course that would depend on the individual.

My thoughts on this are that if a person is doing 1 per day, they will find better pumps by doing 2 per day on workout days.

BUT if a person is doing 2 per day, then they're going to be shortchanging themselves by only taking 1 per day on non-workout days because the way that it works for recomp is as important on non-training days as it is training days.

I know of a couple people that have tried 3 per day and really liked it.

They were people that cAMP elevation didn't bother their stomachs at all to begin with and they were people that had already acclimated to 2 per day before going up.

I believe @sns8778 mentioned before that taking more than 2 could cause an upset stomach, but of course that would depend on the individual.

The more sensitive a person is to cAMP elevation, the more likely a person would be to experience some stomach discomfort with mega dosing it; especially until the body acclimated.

The people that I've known of to try 3 per day were people that never had any sensitivities to cAMP elevation.

@BigGame84 could probably answer this
Yeah. So I've been doing 4/day for several months now. 2 pre workout in the morning and 2 in the evening. I'm noticing what everyone else is noticing. Pumps, recomp, all that. Feels like a minor ph cycle, without the unwanted sides. That being said, I've just started to drop down to 3 caps/day. 2 pre and 1 in the PM. My initial thoughts are that this doesn't need to be mega-dosed. 2 caps is probably good enough. I'm going to stick with 3 for now.

Guess I need 6 more bottles 😂. I have most of pump covered with superswole so im.really.looking at the fatloss/recomp

Just read something on a-cedrene being anti inflammatory, anti fungual and possibly good for gut inflammation... anyone taking it notice less joint pain?

I wouldn’t notice even if it did haha. I take Joint Support XT daily & bovine collagen, my joints feel amazing 24/7, and this is coming from someone who spent the past 3 years always injured!

I haven't "noticed" less joint pain, but I'm back down to 191lbs with pretty good volume and historically when I approach leanness I'm more likely to see the elbow tendonitus flare up. It would probably be a better test for me after I lose about 5 more lbs. but as of right now my only aches and pains are muscle doms.

I’m thinking of going up to 2 caps a day and adding Recomp 20 to my stack. Joints feel good despite lifting way more weight.
