Congrats on the move going well. Some nice looking sessions in here. Smart move letting the back rest up a little.

Glad move is going well. Moving can be an obstacle. It’s like back work farmer carries combined.

The sad thing is the hardest and heaviest thing to move is the damn adjustable bed frame. Fack that thing is heavy

this was my favorite home I ever had. It was quiet, clean, simple and walkable to anything.

Stubbing the toe on one leaves a mark also. I have 8 screws and a 5 hole plate in the left ankle, hit it just right of the bed frame one night. I was all like…

Holy flashback Batman!!! I remember the days of tight livin w nothin but a mattress on the floor. Makes certain things I get misty about pretty arbitrary.
I miss having an apartment with next to no pictures on the wall or unnecessary decorations. Everything just in its place, no clutter. Women don’t understand the beautiful simplicity of a bachelor pad.

I concur. I prefer the “minimalist” approach to wall art

yeah the only wall art I had was a leonid afremov impressionism of a naked chick. I had time to read 1-2 novels a month back then so all my books were stacked against the brick wall. I ended up moving the bed up to a loft but it was still without a frame and super simplistic.

this is a glamour shot later when I was selling the place. Super simple studio with that raised loft. sick bachelor life though lol

Talk about a big open space, how much did that place run you, it was huge!

if you're talking about my old loft there, I snagged it for like $120k. a year prior.... they were going for like $50kea (bank owned I think) so I just missed that opportunity. although they doubled in value quick, that was right as the economy and housing bubble was starting to shoot up- I think it was 633 sq ft lol.

I turned down a chance to buy a neighbors as well for a little more money cause only like 1/3 of the units could be rented and I was afraid I"d not be able to make the payments long enough before I could rent it. I sorta wish I had gone through the financial misery and tried to make it work cause I probably could have bought his for like $140k and sold it for $300k in like a 5 year span.

@Dustin07 Oh it looks so much bigger, and more spread out in the picture. Did you take it with the selfie camera to make it look bigger? I know they do that with a lot of the AirBNB's.

the first picture with the bed on the floor was my personal mobile device potato camera, the second nicer one was the professional staging photos for when we sold it after I got married. I was happy to not be under the stress of maintaining it but often wonder if I should have kept it as a rental.... I mean, not that it needed much maintenance, but I didn't want to face those payments, insurance, HOA etc for the months without a tenant.

Yeah, I totally understand that. I am sure it would be a lucrative rental space now if you had it.

might get $1700-2000/month for it with a monthly payment of around $1200/month including HOA. so it would be very nice, but I think another reason we noped out is my wife is in property management and the WA state laws around it have become miserable in the last half decade. basically if someone decides to stop paying rent there is nothing you can do. and we have a winter black out on evictions so if you don't get them out by like Oct or Nov 1st you can't kick them out at all until next year. so it just wasn't something we wanted to deal with...

Yeah, wasn't there a conservative that recently made squatting illegal in their state? I think it was in Florida, I would love to see that passed federally. I think anyone who has lost a home or suffered financial loss over squatter protection laws should be able to sue the government for damages. It is just completely ridiculous.

Squatters moved into the house of a friends mother out here in WA. He found out because when he arrived they weren't there, but had obviously "moved in" while his mom was gone. He had the garage filled with new appliances for the house as part of his remodel and they had started installing them 😂 😂

He changed the locks, came back and they had changed the locks again lol. it became a whole thing.

actually, I have a list of similar stories in washington these days. 😂

Had no drive to get out of bed this morning. So skipped out on the gym. Did get some more stuff moved after work, and getting things put away still. Forgot next week is thanksgiving so next week will be hectic as well 😂

Just another really fun session. Almost wonder if I don’t do better one day on one day rest- repeat. Pump was really good starting to see veins popping on shoulders/neck and forearms.

Diet has not been on point this week, still holding 207#. This weekend will get the freezer moved and rest of the stuff organized and will be meal prepping for the partial week before we head to inlawz.

You have got to love seeing new veins coming out. Congrats for keeping things in check with all the chaos!

Body seems to be pretty content hovering around 205-207 so pretty dang happy about that!

Damn that’s some volume!!!

As long as you get on it right away post, it’s not really a big deal to have no amino acids present during training. But what is not ideal is nothing in the blood during or for long periods after - then the body is just robbing Peter to try to pay Paul.

Yeah I definitely get my post workout shake in now. I definitely made that mistake a lot when I first got going especially morning sessions. Live and learn!

Pumping the volume! Yeah man I get that, deads are the most fun/mentally rewarding of the main lifts. You just feel like a savage after a heavy conventional pull

g'damn tho they're also the most disappointing when you don't have it. I think when I go in to pull heavy weight and "just can't" it's far more defeating to me than missing a bench attempt....

Love to grip it n’ rip it. Unless it’s my bicep ripping. Going from beast mode to yeast mode for sure.

The old “sword in the stone” days

it’s humbling when you go to yank and absolutely nothing happens. Like wtf happened?!?!

Wake up time 5 am. Had intended to hit the gym this morning but got a killer headache this morning. Feels like my ears are plugging up as well bleh. Hoping it’s just the drop in temps and adjusting to it.

So opted to sit on the couch with coffee will pop some ibuprofen in a bit if it doesn’t get any better.

Be on the road after the kiddos get up and have breakfast.

Have a great thanksgiving everyone, if traveling safe travels!!

Hunger is real today sticking to my meals and shakes but definitely want to just devour anything and everything!

Got some stuff I gathered up when moving that I have accumulated over the years. A few things I don’t think I will ever run after doing some research and hearing about sides. But going to list what I got would like to do a little run around the first of the year. Any recommendations on what use, add or nay to all the above lol.

I'm intrigued by the trenavar and M1a.

Last year I stacked ultra epi with epiandrolean to reach like 1,100mg / day and loved it. only downfall was the ultra epi was a little hard on the skin, but I just moved application sight around. Ultra Hard is probably still my preference over ultra epi because I enjoy the androsterone, but ultra epi packs a kick.
