$9,000 for new batteries on regular models, and $14,000 for sport models.
I am indecisive if the surgery made it look better because in some ways I think it did that I will explain after.
Not a Texas problem, but I train with 2 guys who have worked for EV companies (Tesla and Rivian) and serious cold just destroys them. The guy said when he was in Chicago people brought Teslas in all the time in winter that the deep cold had taken them out. $9,000 for new batteries on regular models, and $14,000 for sport models.
I actually think it improved my biceps peak a little on that side. It is my dominant hand and the biceps was a little thicker up top by my shoulder before. It being moved pulled that in a little more at the top so it looks like it has more peak now. Also it makes the delt and biceps separation more visible. It will lose a little fullness there when triceps is extended but again just seems to highlight the front delt and biceps separation in most cases.that actually sounds cheaper than the numbers I heard. they were talking on the news a few weeks ago about people driving their Teslas in to the dealership, finding out they needed a new battery, and just leaving their cars at the dealer cause they didn't want them back at the price required for a new battery.
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this. Not the same thing, but because of how my wife's surgery went she feels self conscious on one side because if she flexes she gets a bit of a ripple. which obviously is something I want more than her, but it's not something most anyone else would even notice. In fact when we were at that toptional pool a few weeks ago I saw some of the older ladies got the same little muscular flex in their chest and it was something I never would have noticed before if she hadn't made a big enough deal about it to ask her surgeon if it was normal.
Thanks! Yeah, I think we may bump this coming week.Catching back up in here. Looking legit all hell Kleen! That stack is going to shine in the coming weeks.
Yeah, as in dollars! They weren’t kidding when they said it’s green

Awesome thanks, yeah the 2nd one is the side that had the biceps removed. I actually had the timing on the 2nd one to blow everything out and really squeeze my waist in and raise my chest more. However, I was holding it for a second and it was getting hard to hold. Weeks of practice and dropping more visceral fat should make that a lot easier and relaxed looking. As you can see in the first although I am more relaxed looking my waist is noticeably thicker.I don’t think I have a favorite side chest, nor can I tell which side had the tendon moved, but you are more relaxed in side chest #1 photo so there is that too.
This is probably the best overall package I’ve ever seen from you, this current combination of size vs bodyfat, and also the muscular density. Between getting leaner and the mast coming up, tissue is looking much more solid. Keep doing the work!

Definitely looking jacked, and ready to bring this baby down the home stretch.I actually think it improved my biceps peak a little on that side. Thanks for the compliments, I agree seeing a different quality and density while retaining fullness. Minor changes in posing showing some good promise too.
Once it arrives at the house next week I will be starting clen @ 20/40mcg eod, and kind of expect a bump in mast this next week or two. Should help with some fat loss and muscle preservation.
Agreed I can see it in the MM more, I think it is fine either way. Not a big detraction at all. Thanks!I think it shows a bit more the MM pose than in the side chest, but that could be the posing itself. the surgery definitely didn't do any harm to how you show though, that's for damn sure. I agree with Hyde, you're bringing it for sure! I'm excited to see what kinda tweaks you and the coach make on poses because things are looking good!
Oh yeah and after this trip the prep should feel easier for a bit since it has created such a challenging schedule. The normal more settled in prep at home will feel easier and more convenient.Definitely looking jacked, and ready to bring this baby down the home stretch.![]()
I forgot to mention coach was happy with my progress and told me I could eat a free meal of steak potatoes of some sort, a salad and a dessert. Should fill things up and stoke metabolism a little.
Here are some pics from the trip so far.

Me personally, I prefer to be lean and built.
She says she doesn't really have a preference on how lean I am as long as I am happy with that but she loves me being bigger than most people proportion wise.
That’s a great picture….looks like you guys are having a blast. The lovely wife and I on the beach the first night. Invalid Link Removed
Yeah, it is nice to know they take pride in our appearance. I told my wife once just because you think I know you find me attractive it sure is nice to hear it said. She got a lot better after that. She just told me she assumed I knew. Compliments from her mean more than anyone else. Right now my coach is a good 2nd. Lolhaha I had to read that a couple times. I was like, uh... yes? me too? ha
My wife is the same way. I've noticed she's really been practicing complimenting. the first couple times we almost got in an argument when she said she wanted to take her young buff husband to some event to show off. I was like whatever.
but she kept at it and I'm learning it's a real compliment, she just doesn't know how to flirt well![]()
Thanks, yeah we are Loving it. No set schedule other than my workouts and whatever we feel like doing. Probably going to rent a slingshot or fun golf cart or something for the day tomorrow. Maybe some para-sailing, and jet skis too. We will see. We will be packing up tomorrow night and leaving pretty early Saturday after I do cardio. I need to train when I get home, which is an 11-12 hour drive with stops. I may put the lift off until Sunday then pick up chest Monday to get back on schedule. Worst case I do some long range partials if the triceps aren't ready. That’s a great picture….looks like you guys are having a blast.![]()
Let's try again...

Haha, good stuff!
Thanks for that. Was in bed, now off to kitchen. Even after just brushing my teefs. No joke.
It's nice wouldn't mind being leaner. Honestly though I notice more dude's paying attention than women. Lots of dudes commenting and the crazy thing is several people look at me like I made bad life choices as they waddle by breathing like Darth Vader.Awesome pics!
Did you enjoy being the classic bodybuilder at the beach?
Facts!Kind of like AM. A whooooole bunch of dudes in here checking you out![]()
Yes definitely, we had a great time. Especially after the wedding festivities when we were not on a time schedule other than getting my meals in.Looks like a great vacation and some much needed time away, even if it’s a little more hectic with prep and all. Looking huge and really dialing in!!
@akboom87 He said somewhere between 192-195 most likely. Really, conditioning is going to be the deciding factor. If we need to go lower it will happen. He thinks I have a really good shot to go pro so that is awesome. He told me that after last check-in and said we really need to make sure we aren't cutting any corners because we have a good shot at this.Any ideas what weight your coach is going to be shooting for at show time?
Really man you have put together a SOLID build! That back shot is impressive really wide, lats looking great, that v taper will be really fantastic come show time. Legs are really popping too and I feel like that just makes such a well rounded physique!
That seems pretty solid in that range. Wow that is exciting news! I have no doubts man that you have a good shot. With your dedication and hard work I highly doubt any corners will be cut.@akboom87 He said somewhere between 192-195 most likely. Really, conditioning is going to be the deciding factor. Doing my best and after this trip it should be much easier to be on point. Cardio sessions are long enough now I will do them fasted in the AM at the gym across from my work then shower and head in to eat breakfast. That seems pretty solid in that range. We are 11 weeks out now, contest is Saturday Aug 24th. We will be doing 20mcg/40mcg/off/repeat on the clen. I used it once but started too high and did not really enjoy it. I took my first 20mcg earlier and I definitely felt it kick in. Nothing unpleasant, a bit harder to eat, sudden burst of energy and body temp seems to be up since then. I am back down to 208.4 as of this morning so things have tightened back up, and flattened back out pretty good. I really enjoyed my day off from everything today. Only thing I have really done is eat my meals, and get my prep stuff together. Other than that I ran to get some medication for my daughter and went and tanned to keep some of the color I earned this weekend around. I want to have a good base tan so I don't need to get too crazy with the tanning stuff. Ran to the supplement warehouse and grabbed some protein, BCAA/EAAS, and glutamine for my intra drink, and a thermogenic preworkout called CUTS to help fuel my morning cardio sessions. That sunset looks fantastic!
Coach turning up the heat, let's go!! Have you used clen before? You actually don't have too much to cut though since the last weight post at 209.5#. Anywhere from 14.5-17.5# seems completely doable. Remind me again, when's the show?
I typically find a video on youtube that looks interesting, or I have been watching the 2nd season of Reacher lately. Just a couple more episodes left. I like it but honestly, I liked the first season better. I think they just went way to dark with the action scenes to be able to see what is going on on a small screen, not so bad on a big one but on a phone or iPad it is just too dark in my opinion. Otherwise I will listen to a podcast, or blast some music. I do like to have a video to look at but am fine with just listening to something if it has my whole attention. Then I can just close my eyes and go but I have to be in a certain headspace for that. What do you do while you you are doing your cardio? Listen to podcasts, or just music and zone out?
the pics are evolving, it seems like there is something in the posing that is popping more and more with every practice session. legs are looking THICK right now too!
