Those bench numbers are definitely good considering your layoff. Muscle memory and good training will have your numbers back up quicker than you think….slow and steady wins the marathon.![]()
Yeah, @SkRaw85 has always had an impressive bench press. He is strong as an ox in a lot of lifts but his bench is on another level when he is dialed in and healthy.

yeah 5 was usually my max over to visit buddies at WSU and whatnot. But my wife used to do these insane like 15hr+ drives from WA to Tahoe but it gave her a pretty slick vacation on a budget with the kids cause she had relatives that owned a cabin down there.

To funny that’s what I did out of high school was travel around crushing rock for road reconstructionI hear ya. Worked a mobile crusher for 7 years living out of a camper and driving all over hell’s creation. I’ll never get those 7 years back![]()

Eh not really I work for an engineering firm that does design on roads and bridges. Then I oversee the construction for the client to make sure it’s built to plan and the client is happy and gets the product they have paid for. So I get to deal with whatever low voided contractor wins the bidHaha! Camper living in MT/ND winter isn’t all it’s cracked up to be…..
Good money for sure, but I can’t keep a straight face driving a car for 8 hrs. Never mind bouncing around in machines for 12 hr shifts.

Ordered up some HBCD and hydrolyzed caseinate for intra workout feeds. I feel this will be a great addition.
The HBCD will cover any holes in your glucose needs - it takes all the uncertainty of previous meal combinations, timings, current gut motility, and largely works around that. Other than cost, it’s just the best option generally.
Never used that caseinate, but my impression is that the taste is like Pro Synthesis or something super raw, amino-wise.
