You can get beef almost as low fat as chicken breast, beat that fucker with a meat mallot and cook it medium rare and slice it thin.
90/10 ground sirloin is pretty good too, there's a 96-4 I have tried that's fine too. I don't get caught up in the fat percentage because 3/4 of the way through the cooking process I pour it in a strainer and rinse it with hot water and throw it back in the frying pan to season it , so no matter what I'm getting rid of the large majority of the fat. If you do that make sure it goes back in the frying pan after the rinse or it will be wet and weird. But after you finish it, it's gtg.
Today's food for me is a coffee with milk and peanut butter powder. (Not as good as it originally sounded lol)
Spinach salad with sirloin steak, tomatoes and asparagus, 1/2 serving of light ranch
Cup of Greek yogurt and watermelon
Black coffee, triton, gym (full body workout with focus on arms (IL explain after)
Chicken and vegetables
Whey and milk over a cup of cheerios.
This is only about 2000 calories and I did it this way because my girls cooking tonight and there will likely be a lot of hidden calories in the oil and sauces she will use. She cannot grasp or just dosnt care and thinks that I'm being ridiculous worrying about things she considers insignificant, and I agree that if my goals were not extreme I wouldn't care. But to play it safe I squeezed my protein count into 2k cal so there's 600 calories room for error in her cooking lol.
Gym- I've already deadlifted Saturday, push on Sunday, pull Monday, legs and shoulders were mixed into Tuesdays crosstraining. I have a group to work with Saturday and we're going to bench, trap bar deads, tire flips, farmers walks, chin ups and were probably gonna do light sparring after So since that's a demanding full body workout I don't wanna beat up any muscle groups today. So IL do a close grip bench, a underhanded pull up, walking lunges, a arms superset and then go running, and hit the heavy bag. Get a good pump and sweat going but nothing that will compromise Saturdays workout. Then after Saturday IL go back into the ppl style. I'm definitely going for strength and body composition more then building muscle cus let's face it, I'm not gonna cut to single digits and get stronger lol. But I can get faster and more explosive.
Shoulders are gtg and I'm dieing to bench more often too.
