The dissapearing man

I personally never noticed a big enough difference between 10 and 20mg carderine so I usually just take 10mg before bed and occasionally a extra 10 before a cardio heavy workout. I think most of the benifits show at 10mg. Not sure how others are doing it here but 10mg before bed seems to be gtg
Oh right on..I thought the standard dose was 20 but if I can get away with 10 that bottle will last 2 months
 
curious to see how that Triton goes for you. thought about picking some of that up on my next go. almost out of my Ursa, Mass Shift, and Flashpoint now.

So far I used itc2x pre workout and Ursa I used the past 4 days and will do daily. Too early to tell what's what but I'm hoping that my workouts later in the week will be improved so that my low carb workouts feel as good as my weekend ones when I'm full of food
 
I've probably used 10-12 bottles over the years, it's my favorite sarm but honestly it has no place in your cycle right now. I'd say it's use is to replace a oral in a bulking cycle.
Oh no now was thinking the 6 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas when I'm full blown

Are you applying to the traps, one on each side? I've been doing alpha gel on traps and ursa major + mass shift on tops of feet, ankles, shins/calves trying to find the non-hairy spots. it dries a little slow though so I'm always concerned that my socks might get more than my skin if I don't give it a lot of time to dry. I feel like everything I apply to the traps absorbs better.

For transdermals I typically do as follows, I'd I have the option to shower first in do and use something slightly abrasive on my skin where I apply.

I put 3-4 pumps on my clavicle area and spread it around the traps, chest and delts. I put 1-2 more pumps on the back of my knee caps and lower abs, then I put a little splash of water in my hands to loosen up whatever has started to dry and smear what's left on my forearms.

If I shaved my legs which I typically don't IL use my shins and inner thighs sometimes too.

After it drys I put lotion over the areas and get dressed.

If I have gloves IL wear them to apply td's
 
good routine. I don't do the gloves but I have a routine to put my contacts in and brush teeth first, then do transdermals and wash my hands before I touch my wife lol. I figure that way my eyes are safe and my wife is pretty safe. 😅
although i swear to God me being on dermacrine had a positive effect on her. I just dont want to be that fat and gyno-y anymore lol

the traps are not the best place for absorbing, but its great if your trying to get a conversion out of a PH. I use almost all topicals on the other spots than traps. unless u need a bunch of real-estate u can apply to clavicles shoulders and inner arms and still get great effects. Thats not to say dont apply there. its just better when u apply other places. also I want to point out that the wet look isnt probably wet. our carriers finish with a protective layer that helps keeps the goods on your skin and not on your clothes. I literally let it sit for a few mins then put my clothes on. if you want to further rub in the residual feel free to do so, but I havnt needed to that since we went to gel. it looks like its a little wet but it never gets on my clothes.

If you put it mostly on the arms and delts they have a nice glow and as soon as you start sweating you look awesome lol.

I like the smell and how it looks on the skin.
 
192.0, I went over my carbs by 33gm and over my calories by about 150 yet I still lost 2 lbs on the scale. Today I'm resting because my shins and knees are a bit sore. I think I may find a way to squeeze in 45min of very low impact cardio just to keep the process moving steady.

I know the primordial pouch thing also has to do with our ancestors who would be hunting wooly mammoths and it could take weeks so that's where they stored the fat for energy so they could go that long in the cold without eating. Women store fat in their hips and ass to protect their pelvis from breaking during childbirth

Yep, I was sitting on the couch with my cat while typing so thats why I was thinking about it. One of my furballz is a lard ass lol. I need to make her loose some weight before it's a real issue because she's 4 lbs bigger then the male cat. And by comparison it would be like my girlfriend weighing 80lbs more then me lol. Not good. She's a lump

I struggle with my right clavicle cause I have a scar/steel plate there that is uncomfortable to rub (you can see the metal square through the skin) but did apply the ursa and mass shift to that area today more, and my alpha gel to the leg more. I feel like the ursa hit ten times harder this way, I was spacey for like an hour after lol. maybe it's cause the scent was more pronounced being that high.

I feel like epi (via ultra hard is my topical experience) hits super hard when rubbed in those areas. I'd get a sore neck after a few days of use, but in a good way. I feel like my traps exploded when using topical epiandro in that region.

It blows my mind how I can have no lower ab definition but veins everywhere. I have veins below my abs by the V but there's a inch of fat covering my lower abdominal area.

yeah man that's another weird one. My brother would be 6'3, 225lbs and never fatter than around 15% or better as a lifetime soccer player but always had the V. I didn't get a V until i was sub 10%. it was the most bizarre thing (although hell, I didn't even know what that was till I was 30). Must be something I have changed in my muscularity though because even now floating around 15% I have a more pronounced V these days.

I've always been told that the more muscle you have, the leaner you appear at a higher bf% that's why guys like Eddie hall have some visible abs at 20% bf or higher

Gladiators historically actually were fed to be bulked up, because most fights were not actually to the death. Having higher bodyfat helped you take a small wound with less chance of hitting vitals.

I wanna help the guy but I think he either thinks I'm shitting on him or he knows better then everyone else. I guess I'm just outta line.

I'm no fukin guru and I don't have a amazing phyque. But I do think that over the years I've proved that I know how to make dramatic improvements in short periods of time on minimal gear and supplements. My goals just constantly contradict each other. It's really hard to be jacked and still able to run miles and spar/ grapple so I opt to stay on the smaller side until the magic day comes that I no longer need to care about weight classes and stupid ****. And to be extra honest, I have a bad habit of turning my bulks into dirty bulks and then get stuck doing damage control.

I have 2 friends that were shot multiple times years ago. They were both obese and that's what saved there lives. The bullets didn't make it to the vital organs
 
So my shipment got here today 20 days exactly from postage date. Damn Asian pharmacies. Lol. So here it is 100 test prop/ 100 mast prop/ 100 tren ace EOD with the 120mcg clen and 600 inj carnatine. Cardarine from Mike is on the way. Will run this for next 21 days. Vamonos

My favorite kinda meals, if I was bulking I would have put the beef in a tortilla with cheese and sour cream. Or just serv the meal over rice.

I think I could do steak and eggs everyday, a few years back I did a "recomp cycle" where I ate ground beef patties and eggs for breakfast, chicken or London broil over a salad for lunch, a shake post workout and steak and potatoes or rice for dinner. Like 1.5-2lbs of beef everyday. I remember feeling very strong during that. I'd still find ways to throw in Greek yogurt and fruit here and there. If beef wasn't so damn expensive right now I'd be eating like that

My lower abs are stage ready. My upper abs are still in the off-season. Ugh.

I miss steak eggs avocado and tomato. For me i digest red meat well. In October I'll be back to 1 serving a day for sure
 
You can get beef almost as low fat as chicken breast, beat that fucker with a meat mallot and cook it medium rare and slice it thin.

90/10 ground sirloin is pretty good too, there's a 96-4 I have tried that's fine too. I don't get caught up in the fat percentage because 3/4 of the way through the cooking process I pour it in a strainer and rinse it with hot water and throw it back in the frying pan to season it , so no matter what I'm getting rid of the large majority of the fat. If you do that make sure it goes back in the frying pan after the rinse or it will be wet and weird. But after you finish it, it's gtg.

Today's food for me is a coffee with milk and peanut butter powder. (Not as good as it originally sounded lol)

Spinach salad with sirloin steak, tomatoes and asparagus, 1/2 serving of light ranch

Cup of Greek yogurt and watermelon

Black coffee, triton, gym (full body workout with focus on arms (IL explain after)

Chicken and vegetables

Whey and milk over a cup of cheerios.

This is only about 2000 calories and I did it this way because my girls cooking tonight and there will likely be a lot of hidden calories in the oil and sauces she will use. She cannot grasp or just dosnt care and thinks that I'm being ridiculous worrying about things she considers insignificant, and I agree that if my goals were not extreme I wouldn't care. But to play it safe I squeezed my protein count into 2k cal so there's 600 calories room for error in her cooking lol.

Gym- I've already deadlifted Saturday, push on Sunday, pull Monday, legs and shoulders were mixed into Tuesdays crosstraining. I have a group to work with Saturday and we're going to bench, trap bar deads, tire flips, farmers walks, chin ups and were probably gonna do light sparring after So since that's a demanding full body workout I don't wanna beat up any muscle groups today. So IL do a close grip bench, a underhanded pull up, walking lunges, a arms superset and then go running, and hit the heavy bag. Get a good pump and sweat going but nothing that will compromise Saturdays workout. Then after Saturday IL go back into the ppl style. I'm definitely going for strength and body composition more then building muscle cus let's face it, I'm not gonna cut to single digits and get stronger lol. But I can get faster and more explosive.

Shoulders are gtg and I'm dieing to bench more often too.
 
I know Matt Jansen has his guys start back up with ground beef during peak week. So when I get to Vegas I'll probably get some at the store. We're going to one of my moms favorite steak houses on Friday night so that'll b the first night I "let loose"

Just make sure you have some innocent fun. Don't let your family time turn into gym and diet time any more then necessary, but don't go ham either lol
 
Dude keep doing what you're doing I haven't seen you make do much progress so quickly scince you trained for the bench competition. You seem just as motivated too which is awesome because it motivates me even more

I decided I'm going to cook all my chicken before I leave and I'll go grocery shopping for dry goods as soon as I get there. I've worked way to hard to mess it up now. Im gonna be there for close to a week so I'm gonna keep everything on point, Saturday is the pool party so I'll enjoy myself then but the other days I'll be going to the gym and eating right. My mom is col with it too, she knows how important it is so she doesn't find it " weird" or get offended when i don't eat certain things

I’ve always subscribed to the idea that you need to train heavy as reasonably able while in a deficit to help hold muscle, because the volume simply isn’t going to be there on a low gas tank. Nothing makes you realize that faster than keto. You just can’t do the reps/repeated sets, so when you touch that bar every rep needs to count.

You also need to be cognizant that injury risk is greater when you’re eating less for extended periods, so when I say ‘heavy’ you still have to be careful, not reckless or maxing things out. But if you only have one truly big effort to give on triceps for example, it should be a hardass set of 6-12, not multiple sets of 15s with the same weight like when you’re eating to grow.

That's pretty much what I do. I'm training in a few ranges between 3-20 with a mix of heavy 1-3 RIR, 6-10 range with 1 set usually to failure per exercise and 10-20 that's mostly pump stuff. Anything I can train without pain gets a beating. Knees are still a big limiting factor on leg training heavy but after a few more wacks of bpc/tb in the left knee and it should be as good as the right one I just recently pumped.

Very rarely do I have a workout where I'm not pushing it
 
I don't listen to vigorous steves podcast like I used to but I did today. And someone's question was can I use enclo As a test base for my anavar only cycle. And his response to that question was the absolute best one I've heard yet. He said can you? Yes you can, if you're a beta cuck bitch!
