@Hyde @Smont hey do you guys think a 1/2" pin will go deep enough for carnatine and other h20 based injectables. My gear pins are giving me brutal pip. I tried with the half inc yesterday and felt fine. I just wanna make sure I'm going deep enough
 
Over the years I've seen a lot of ppl get issues from eggs and it always seems like the egg itself over time the more often you eat it the more problems. Especially ppl who eat a lot of eggwhites which leaves me to believe it's not the yolk but the whites causing the problem.
Just a note on the egg issues…. I get fresh eggs from our chickens, and have no gut issues from them, but if I’m running low and have to get them from the store, if I eat a lot of those, then I do have gut issues. I know fresh eggs not only are healthier but they taste way better. By the way your food porn is looking good, you’re giving me ideas.😜

I'm not sure what your asking, why would a needle length need to be different because the product is water based. I pin almost all my gear with a half inch needle. I've done entire cycles with 1/2 insulin pins

Good point I guess it doesn't matter if it's water or oil.lol. my main question was of half inch was long enough. Thanks. Pinning the cardarine and the gw/sr with the 1 1/12" 25 gauge every day was brutal

Well, at single digit bodyfat you can hit just about any muscle witj a slin pin. Even at 12-15 I can bury a slin pin in my upper outter ass area and push a little extra pressure and I'm about 90% sure it's getting in the muscle. With a water based product I wouldn't be concerned if something leaked sub q because it's gonna still absorb super fast. Delts I only use slin pins, when I'm Hella lean which hasn't been in a while I use slin pins on chest and outer quads too. I really only use my 23g 1.25in in the glute if I'm trying to take 3cc at once

Yesterday's food was a little more carbs but not a ton.

Eggwhites with 1 yolk, 4 turkey sausage, slice of munster cheese and a little ketchup.

Had 2 large coffees from dunking yesterday, each had 3 creams no sugar

8oz grilled chicken, 2oz white cheddar, 2 medium tortillas and shredded vegetables and some hot sauce

12oz skim milk, 2 scoops protein powder, I frozen banana, 8 frozen strawberries and some dark chocolate chips

Last meal was supposed to be a omlett with cheese but I fell asleep on the couch so I missed that meal.

I still got 200 protein and the bulk of my calories and I'd rather be under then over so it is what it is. The good news is my girl bought ice cream and pop tarts even tho I asked her to stop buying junk but I didn't touch it and didn't really have the urge

At your bodyfat if you aren’t hitting muscle with a 1/2”, you’d have to be going in sideways

I can still hit my delts, quads, AND VG (with some pressure) with a 1/2” slinpin at 30% bodyfat or whatever I am at 255 right now. I use a 1” 25g for my big volume shots in glutes, VG, and lats.

😂 yea I figured, there was a little pip but not like with the needle I use to pin my gear so I figured I was in muscle

Haven't ate much today either. About 50gm of protein and 10gm carbs, definitely under 600 total calories but I didn't count fat. Not super worried, dinner IL make sure to get another 100gm and low to no carbs and tomorrow is my first high day 😜. Still looking for a fat free pie crust but can't find anything that I can locally pick up. Anyone's wife/significant other got a fat free pr low fat pie crust recipe?
 
I have never tried it but this Keebler one only has 28g of fat in the whole crust, or 3.5g per serving.

Not a big fan of those, which is odd because I love figs. I did grab some dates, bananas and some 100% juice that's a blend of cran, apple, black cherry and plums.

Depends on who you ask. Hyde and a few others saw significant differences between the 2 making the new version the better one. For me personally I didn't notice much difference but I was using from a different source and this time around I had got the new version from Mike but I had someone ask for it and I ended up sending it to them after only 2 or 3 doses so I didn't get a chance to see if there was a difference

But it was still good. Nice way to mix it up. I was gonna serve my tuna over some spinach with a Wasabi spread but I was missing several ingredients and couldn't fudge it

If it was cheaper I'd eat it more often. I'm gonna make a point to do seafood 1-2x week just to keep things mixed up. I'm not big on white fish and salmon I perfer raw so I usually will wait for a sushi day
 
So I woke up and went for a 45min walk, hopped in the shower and was 185.0 after.

I'm fairly dehydrated I feel and definitely very depleted but I don't feel bad, just a bit sluggish. Just had a banana with some coconut water and another 50gm of carbs from glucose syrup gummy worms. I'm gonna be focused on carbs and hydration today and do that weird deadlift thing in about a hour or so. The rest og the day IL be using rice a few dates and a little juice with a nice "cheat" meal for dinner. Target carbs 600gms

Tomorrow morning I should be well hydrated and have some glycogen and get a more accurate assessment of my weight loss for weeks 1-4

Cooked shrimp freeze decently, if you buy them in the shell and clean them yourself you can save a few bucks but it's a lot of work shelling 50-60 shrimp at a time

As I've gotten older I know prefer fish over red meat. It's weird when I go to a steakhouse I look at the fish first. Right now I do tilapia in the morning and post workout/ before bed. I love sushi too. Definitely gonna fo salmon again in the fall. If fish was as cheap as chicken I would eat way more of it

It’s not really crazy to buy frozen pre-shelled either. Run under cold water, then toss them in a skillet with some coconut oil to heat, then some coconut aminos or soy sauce and serve over jasmine rice. Excellent meal any time.

I've noticed the pre peeled and de vained ones are a extre $3 per lb
 
I'm 200 gm carbs down. Pulled 9 timed round Robin style and at 445 I felt a little tweak or slight strain in my neck and my grip was struggling so I pretended I was injured and stopped. 445 was my final and funny enough @198 (185 for me) it was down to 3 guys at that point and they guy before me pulled 445 as a all time best so we tied and the other guy went straight to 545 and pulled it for the win.

No big lifters showed up. There was a female that was 220+ class that did 325 I believe so that was cool, and a 170lb high-school kid pulled 405 and it was only his 3rd time doing deadlifts so that was awesome too. Twords the end when there was only a few of us less you only had about 1.5-2min between sets so it was getting pretty challenging at weights that are normally fairly easy. Good day, lots of pr's for some of the lighter guys under 165. Kid was 5'6 113lbs and pulled 245 so that was impressive too. Time to eat again!
 
113lbs! I weigh more in KILOS than he does in pounds. Somebody get that poor kid a sandwich, with mayonnaise.

Sounds like a fun day…..it’s always good to see kids and young people out there competing and having fun. Smart move not to push beyond 445 and risk a full blown injury.

What kind of seasoning did you use? A while back did some tuna and did this everything bagel seasoning was pretty damn on point. I did the same thing and overcooked it though, have not got that perfected yet.

Funny you should say that, everything bagel seasoning is exactly what I wanted on it. But I didn't have any so I Cracked black and white pepper corns and some mustard seeds. And a little bit of garlic and herb seasoning.
