The dissapearing man

Ima need a picture of that
It didn't look nearly as good as it tasted because it kinda fell apart along the edge when I cut my piece off, but here ya go. That's a really cheap piece of steak underneath it. I like to normally make my food look presentable but I just plopped this in a big bowl and ate it with some salsa Invalid Link Removed

Man, now that was a true cross training workout there. I guarantee you burned a lot of calories with that. Looks like you threw everything in but the kitchen sink…..ha, I guess if they would had a kitchen sink you would of tossed that just for good measure. If all your workouts go like that this week, you might be under 190 by weeks end, especially if the heat and humidity up there is anything like down here.💪
Humidity has been terrible past few weeks but we had a storm over the weekend and it made it a little better/less Humidity. At least for now. Invalid Link Removed
If u had to guess, witj me doing 5 low carb days in a row I'm gonna guess IL be 184-185 by Friday, IL carn up and weigh 189-191 Sunday. Kinda carb cycling but I'm staying low during the week, high day Saturday, normal day Sunday and low Monday through Fri again. I'm in a deficit for 5 days and a surplus for 2 but over the course of the week if I average everything out I'm in a fairly big defect. I kinda wanna get to a decent point and feed myself back up and keep repeating the process as needed. Apex stuff should be here soon and I'm going 6 weeks on Ursa and gonna carb cycle my way through. I have another 4 weeks planned after that 6bso 10 weeks to go.

I'm gonna note my wrists are super sore, between the bag work and I haven't been listing as part of my workout but I've been holding the Mits for guys to get some pad work in. Haven't done it much outside the Parkinson group so Monday I was holding them for a young kid but he's a big boy, 20yr old, 6'1 230's. Not very good but he's got pop and my wrists are feeling it. Probably why my shoulders are a bit of that new sore feeling too.

Just gonna do low impact cardio today and maybe some arms and IL figure out something for the other guys

Oh, I almost completely forgot, I did 3 rep sets each side for 3 sets of suitcase deadlifts yesterday, I gotta say, I like those a lot and there gonna be my deadlift variation for while.

Did you just notice it? Because I could see those in a picture you posted a while ago. Well, not a long time ago, maybe the past month. Idk your actual bf but you could probably get stage ready in like 6 weeks. You gotta be like 8% tops probably more like 7

You can't tell in the pic but now they're way more deep and defined. Oh yea so I watched Mark plummers latest video ( haven't watched him in a while he started getting kinda weird) anyways he's 8 weeks out from doing a show so he went over his latest cycle and compared to to his last one when he won overall as a light heavy ( which i would be) and he didn't start tren until 4 weeks out and didn't run mast. So even if I don't get it till next week that's still close to 4 weeks plus I'll have mast where he used winny instead so I should be alright. I'm just like damn i did all this with just 250 test with clen and carnatine, imagine if I would've thrown everything at it. Oh well next year for sure

I can't watch him, he's too stupid/unintelligent and dosent actually understand how anything works. Hes the guy that thinks you can't use testosterone at any dose between real trt and 300mg or it's no better then trt, he regularly use to have one random thing happen to him and now that's a fact for everyone. Dudes a total fukin moron with good genetics and a lot of work ethic. I don't think anyone can benefit from his verbal advice, but you can benefit from copying his hard work approach. I guess at the end of the day it's just my opinions, but my opinion is his channel is about as useful as a cold sore on your dong lol. I also 100% think he's hiding in the closet lol. He's fukin jacked tho!

Yea I can't stand him either, he's so immature I can hardly sit through a video. The only reason I clicked on the one this morning was because it talked about this new cycle compared to last years and he had comparison pictures so and I wanted to see what he was running this year, it's 3 grams but it's a typical pre contest cycle. He's strong af I will give him that dude pulls gnarly numbers even with that amount of gear. Interesting on him hiding in the closet never thought about it but now that you neantion it 🤔

Dude I wish you could somehow mail me a plate of food. Like in star trek you could just beam it to me lol
I've tried freezing stuff and sending it to friends packed in ice overnight and it kills the presentation and flavor, I know it's still OK, but I've froze and reheated stuff I preped and it's not the same after it's frozen

Yeah but he would still love it. He is deep into his cut!

I'm sore sore it takes my like 10 seconds to sit down. Did squats with my heels on 5 pound plates and my legs only about 6 inches apart. Got the idea from Seth feroce. Did 4 sets of 20 with 185 and made sure my ass hit my ankles everytime. On my 5th set i had to drop back down to 135. Then went and did hack squats and could only do a plate on each side 4×12. That was Monday, the soreness started yesterday afternoon but was that good sore but today it came with a vengeance

The only thing worse than the hunger is being tired and weak. Not sleepy tired just like no energy tired. For overtime today I'm gonna help some guys stock some car batteries, usually I'm alright, but this afternoon I'm struggling. Just thinking about @Smont omelet over steak. I'd add an avocado with that and some coffee cake with fresh berries for desert

Funny you say that, I had a avocado on the counter I really wanted but there's enough fat with the eggs and turkey sausage. I also had banana bread on the counter and I really wanted a slice and a big glass of milk but Saturday IL have some tasty stuff so I'm good. I'm not anywhere near as lean as you. My hunger is fine, it's just my normal always hungry type of hunger, very manageable. 4-6 weeks from now, IL really be hungry and IL still have a ways to go.

Today's lunch, the sauce is based with fat free Greek yogurt and I probably got about 25 carbs this meal so I need to limit carbs at dinner. I'm been aiming to stay somewhere between 50 and 100 but I'm closer to the 40-50 range most days this week if you subtract the fiber content Invalid Link Removed

Nothing is crazy strict yet but I'm implementing things left and right and constantly auto regulating

100%

Awesome genetics, hard worker, no common sense. He keeps pushing all the wrong gear and then being truly flabbergasted when he gets seriously hurt in training.

Last meet prep, he goes on about how he’s only on 500 test, 350 Tren, some Winstrol (50mg if I recall?) and 70-80 Halo, I **** you not. Then is amazed when he seriously hurts his shoulder and re-injures his back. His logic is that there are plenty of powerlifters who “run way more” so he can’t see how he could get hurt.

For one, there are not lots of guys running around on 75mg Halo for many weeks. I have heard of 1 (ONE) lightweight strongman doing this, who also ended up with blood in his urine while cutting weight FYI. Most people stick to 20-30mg for Halo for 2-3 weeks. And two, it doesn’t matter what other people do or get away with. The relevant factor is you’re using a significant dose of Tren & dry orals and YOU are simply getting too strong too fast for your tissue to adapt. Tren is known for injuries in strength sport. Winny is known to cause joint brittleness. And Halo isn’t meant to be run at 70mg. And when your squat weights go up over 100lbs rapidly, you are at a lot bigger risk for injury than if there were more steady adaptations, that’s just the bottom line.

I would take so much more gear, except I know I can’t survive it - I’ll just blow my body apart.

As of Monday next week IL be up to 75gm of protein per meal, 3 meals and it's gonna be a lot of meat so that's why I'm working the Greek yogurt and some other things in, and lower fat meats. So I think this 3 meals a day with eaas between meaI been doing is about over and I need to go back to 4 and a shake to make 5 so I can space things out more. Still gonna do low all week, refeed Saturdays, normal on Sundays and back to low days all week.

Also apex products arrived and of course I immediately put 5 pumps of triton on and went to the gym. I just fucked around with some arms and cardio but more then anything I wanted to just burn some extra calories and not exert too much energy. This weekend when I refeed IL use it Sunday and do a nice pump session. Dries fast and I enjoy the smell quite a bit lol. But after it dried I put some lotion over the top to lessen the chance I sweat it out because I literally went straight to the gym lol. And that marked the smell. My cat definitely does not like the smell 😹

That's zucchini yea? Looks so good except for the sauce. No white sauce
No. It's pork tenderloin and cucumber slices with a balsamic glaze on top, Greek yogurt, with dill and some other seasoning. And a few slices of avacado. Zucchini could have been a replacement. I'm doing meat, high water content fruits and vegetables and Greek yogurt. That's what my whole diet is built around and since I eliminated a lot of stuff I just realized that I can't remember the last time I had heartburn and I'm going to the bathroom at pretty much the same time everyday. This is working very good for my digestion and some of the issues I normally get from eating too many different things. I'm wondering if I have a issue with gluten at this point. We will find out over the weekend when I add the carbs back.

Yea once I found what worked for me I pretty much have stuck to it. Whenever I deviate I definitely feel it. Btw the asparagus has been working great!!! Just wish the frozen asparagus cuts were as cheap as broccoli

Asparagus is one of my favorite veggies, IL throw that in next week a few times.

Weight is dropping fast so I'm probably gonna really monitor refers and actual macros over the weekend to see a few things.

I wouldn’t doubt you have a sensitivity to gluten. I go to an integrative doctor, which is my TRT doctor, and has a blood test done for food sensitivity. I asked for the test because I noticed every morning I had a protein shake for breakfast which was two scoops of chocolate protein, 12oz skim milk, a banana and two tablespoons of peanut butter. I noticed that shortly after drinking it I would get congested. I also noticed this when I could eat some peanut butter and saltine crackers and a glass of milk. Same thing when eating pizza. Come to find out I have a sensitivity to milk, gluten, most nuts, and a few other things. Cut everything out of my diet that I’m sensitive to for about 9 months, the reintroduced things back in. I’m fine with whey protein now, but I use oat milk. Pizza fucks my stomach up but o only eat it every now and then. I just know I’ll suffer when I do. No more heartburn/indigestion when I cut those things out. I used to eat Tums every night before bed. Not anymore.

I just don't understand my phone, it auto corrects words that are already correct lol.

Ya monitor refeeds, Saturday will be 600gm of carbs, Sunday 300 and then 50-75 Monday- Friday. Take notes and make adjustments.

I'm somewhere in between these 2 right now, 203.7lbs but not training hard at the moment so I'm kinda soft. IL get some new pics up shortly

14lbs in a month?

Your approach reminds me a lot of two different diets I have done in the past. Just a bit more reserved on the extremes. One was Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0, but his refeeds were far more extreme, and the deficit was probably a little bigger. The other was John Keifer's Carb Nite Solution which was my favorite for leaning out before i started the longer extended fasts. It was extremely effective but I think the weekly deficit was bigger. Just enough protein to hit requirements, and whatever fats came along for the ride but still eating decently lean cuts of meat. Then about 600-800g of carbs in one day. it was very effective!

So I really need to stop complaining. Started watching its just bodybuilding podcast where Ron dusty and Scott interviewed Justin shier and he was saying 3 weeks before the Chicago Pro Matt had him on only 1700 calories!! And fe was around 240 at the time. I'm 35 pounds less that. So there's no excuse for me not to go lower as soon as my supplements get here. The last week he had 50g carbs pre and post training just like I plan on.

14lbs in a month?
10 lbs in 3.5 weeks if you don't cout the bloated 207 but it was 200 the day before so.

The numbers don't really mean anything tho. Honest to God I was eating over 500gm of carbs daily and some days more. Water weight is dropping, glycogen stores are emptying. After I refeed and weigh in Sunday morning I will have a accurate weight and it's gonna be more like 192ish which means I'm averaging 2lbs a week. I can almost gurentee I'm 192 or damn close on Sunday.

Like, if I don't eat today or tomorrow IL probably drop 5lbs, but I didn't loose 5 lbs of fat or muscle. It's water, glycogen and your bowls emptying more then anything. Then you drink a half gallon of water and eat a meal and gain 10lbs, it's just refilling the empty stuff.

Sorry that's not very scientific but it's the jist of it. Started Ursa @ 5pumps today too

Couple notes, I just randomly stopped talking my general health supps the past few days so I gotta get back on that.

D3, c, b complex, ubiquinol, nac, fish oil, multi and some other stuff.

Glutamine I'm still using 20gm a day and my stomach loves it, forgot to mention that when I was talking about my digestion getting soo much better. I even stopped the eaas I sip through the day and I'm not gonna do that Monday through Friday anymore. Just gonna do that intra workout. Might jump the gun and get Mike's product now and use the build version immediately pre workout instead. Splitting hairs here.

Knees are really sore, need to up fish oil and hit them with some bpc. I been up and down ladders, climbing ****, jumping off of stuff, i even hit a cartwheel into a back hand spring and nailed it. (I use to do backflips and crazy **** a lot. acting like a kid over here but my knees feel it

The EAAs are artificially sweetened. Sipping on those chronically will f your gut up, same as drinking artificially sweetened drinks of any kind. Some are usually tolerable. But over the day or in a sensitive gut, expect it to aggravate things.

That's one thing that never bothered me. I'll have a little bit if crystal light after work and after the gym just to have something with taste. Been doing Splenda on my oats as well. I know big Paul says while he's in prep he drinks diet coke like water. That I couldn't do. Too much carbonation and I would be scared to get dehydrated

I know for most ppl that's correct but for me personally I have to disagree. I drink about 3 servings of eaas and use 2 of those zero cal flavor sticks every day, pretty much for years on end, and it has very little to no impact on my gut. Meaning my stomach issues from before I used them to now has never really changed. And even the past 3.5 weeks at first I was still using eaas until monday, and I'm still doing 2 flavor sticks. I would have to include 5 million more details to paint the full picture but the artificial sweetners in these don't bother my gut

Ya I do about 20-30 servings of eaas, 7-14 zero cal flavor sticks and 2-3 diet sodas per week.
I only drink coffee, lactose free milk and artificially flavored water. And some plain water. I been doing this for most of the past several years. Now I do have gut issues related to diet but that's been going on my entire life and growing up we almost never ate anything artificially flavored or out of a box. Me, both my siblings and my father all had the same stomach problems growing up and the remedy was always no spicy food and no overly acidic stuff and everything went away. Past 3 weeks I'm on that diet and still had been pounding the artificially sweetened stuff and guts great, best it's been since my last cut. I'm sure it's not "healthy " but I don't get issues from it.

Just for shits and giggles @Hyde IL remove all the artificially flavored stuff for the next 2 weeks and see if anything changes

I have zero noticeable issues with sucralose, and I don't limit it in anyway. I use it to sweeten everything I need sweetened that is not around training for fuel. Coffee, oats, cream of rice, it is in my calorie free coolaid mixes. It is a constant for the last several years. Then again who knows, maybe I am just so used to being off I don't know I am. Typically only really spicy food, overeating, or orals give me stomach issues, at least as far as I know.

I haven't dug into the science of it but I'm seeing more people IRL who are cutting back on eggs because of it causing digestive issues. I know when I eat our home grown eggs, they do tend to pass through a bit faster than store bought eggs. not related to artificial sweeteners of course but just an interesting thing to me since most of us in this world tend to power through a shitton of eggs and I'm seeing more people having problems with them digestively.

I have zero noticeable issues with sucralose,

as far as i know, I don't either. and I tend to have a lot. so again, that's another study I want to know more about since they're sounding alarms on it now. I dont' worry too much about aspartame after I had read more on the criteria they had done in the past on those studies. the amount you had to consume to cause issues was more than you'd have in a lifetime for most people.

I also think it depends on the compound, and the health of the flora in your gut. I am sure it causes problems for some and some no issues. Similar to how some guys can run relatively high levels of gear with no real health sides, and others a reasonable TRT dose starts messing with their lipids.

Over the years I've seen a lot of ppl get issues from eggs and it always seems like the egg itself over time the more often you eat it the more problems. Especially ppl who eat a lot of eggwhites which leaves me to believe it's not the yolk but the whites causing the problem.

Soooooo........ I just ran 5 miles and I'm not tired at all. My knees and ankles are a bit sore but as far as my lungs, I could hold a conversation the whole time. No headphones, no wallet or cellphone. I maped out a route that was 2.5 miles to a convince store, went in and bought a $2 bottle of water, drank it in 3 seconds and turned around and jogged home. I finally think I found my stride for jogging. Nothing in my pockets, short strides so I limit impact and pick a halfway point that gives me no shortcut home.

Tomorrow is total rest, Saturday IL do that weird deadlift event "carefully making sure I don't push it and get hurt." And eat pretty much nothing but carbs all day. White rice, fruit juice and maybe something tasty to get the carbs in easy. Maybe I can find a fat free pie crust and make a cherry pie or something lol.

I don’t think artificial sweeteners are going to be the root of the issue, but I do find them to exacerbate issues some when certain AAS are already tearing my gut up.

So if there’s places you can pull back on them some, it could possibly unload things a bit. Just something to try. Like you said, if no change then add them back full force.
