Not aiming at anyone I wish I saw this video in my early 20s. The absolute best alcohol video I have ever seen. Exceptional point of view and he proves it at the end.
I like to get shitfaced drunk about once or twice a month. He explains how bad it sets you back. Social impacts etc ...

I'm not really trying hard either lol. It's worth a mention that my job workload has increases again. I'm doing some exterior painting and minor carpentry on a 3 story 4 family house, my entire work day is up and down ladders so I'm burning calories all day and I probably need to eat more so I don't end up skinny fat.

Last night I was way behind on calories again so I literally ate 1lb of ground beef, 1 cup of rice and 2tbsp ketchup all mixed together with 20oz skim milk to hit my protein and calorie goals. So I'm probably not gonna eat more bit I'm not reducing any more. Gonna start triton on August 6th and probably fat burners 2 weeks after, Ursa and maybe a little yohimbine in the morning. I'm just not about doing extra if I'm melting away as is lol😜

I'm not really trying hard either lol. It's worth a mention that my job workload has increases again. Thats why I personally have to atleast be on a trt dose of 250mg / week because I do-over 10,000 steps a day at work and my actual job I pretty cardiovascular demanding ( which is a good thing). So I know I'm already burning a pretty good amount before I even get to the gum. Scince you and @Hyde Told me that yohimbine only works fasted I thought about completely dropping my 4am meal ( before work ) taking yohimbine with my clen ( my own hellos) and then working a little extra hard until my first break at 630. So it would be like getting 2 cardio sessions in per day. If I did that I would still be able to get 5 meals in and hit my protein goals rather easy. 5 meals at 50 grams per meal is still 250 grams per day. What do you think about this idea?

I think your over thinking it. As long as your getting 4+ meals hitting your totals and 2 of those meals are pre and post workout you will be fine. If your job involves a lot of steps then I see no reason you can't take it on the way to work but you don't need yohimbine or any special fat burner, just use the stuff that fits. Is it really worth altering your schedule to add yohimbine to burn 000.1% more fat? I mean your sub 10% already, your thinking kitchen sink and it's not a necessity. So the question is, do you need the tiny edge enough to alter what's already working, I would say no.

Your goal is preserve as much muscle as possible. My goal is to lose fat and body weight while maintaining muscle as a secondary goal. So while my diet and training is important, your diet and training for your goals is more important then mine.

I'm actually not enjoying the weights as much lately and I know it's because I'm off cycle. But I am enjoying just working out really hard regardless of what I'm doing. From a bodybuilding standpoint my method is terrible right now, but from a athletes or getting in shape point of view I'm killing it. I'll shrink down to pretty much my peak natty look and there's another reason why I'm doing this I haven't mentioned and I'm not going to until probably the final weeks of the cut.

If this isn’t going to leave you on the struggle bus, this would be optimal. Tighter feeding window means better insulin sensitivity, you can use the Y, you can add those cals to your other 5 meals so they’re more substantial and help you make those 3 hour gaps to the next meal better.

So if you love getting that early meal in, don’t change, but if it’s already an inconvenience then I would say it’s a great move.

IL get this same pic later and do a side by side, your legs are probably a good 25% bigger then mine at a similar bodyweight lol🤦‍♂️ while being significantly leaner then I am lol.

I was thinking that too. I was just coming at it from timing assuming he’d bump size of other meals.

That's why I didn't think dropping it would be too bad. I'll be replacing meal 1 with tren ace and mast prop.lol. no for real I was thinking just drop the oatmeal from meal 1 and just have agg whites and tilapia.

Dinner/meal prep time. This is Korea BBQ steak tips, I added a splash of pineapple juice and sugar free teriyaki to dull the spicy down. Veggies are coated In rice vinegar, garlic and soy sauce with a few drops of sesame oil.

Ohhh I found some bratwurst stuffed with cheddar so I'm grilling those. I figured no workout today, low carbs, loosing weight fast, IL eat some extra tonight

DUDE! I am right there with you. I stumbled across a picture of me at 210 with a really decent set of abs yesterday and got so bummed out. Had to remind myself I am getting my cut on first then comes the assisted growth period.
 
Yeah this all sounds great, I'm a professional at being injured and trying to lift ,be shredded the whole 9. Best of luck w the less approach it works you just gotta go hard all the time.my heaviest dumbells are like 65s on bench because of injuries.i know all about it.when single hinged movements I am able to train and use almost the same weight like 60s for kickbacks etcetera.i like the approach w the warmup sets then 10 sec rest w high reps. I'll rest maybe 20 30 seconds on all my sets. Some days I'm able to get a good result.the diet and way you train will probably pay off good in the long run. Myself I would really like to be injury free shredded and have great size too. I'm hoping plasma therapy is gonna help in my life.ill let u know how it goes,gonna start in a few weeks. You probably will recomp your shape good w the less approach probably because of less water retention from anything and staying there longer. Less of a Balloon effect.diet and exercise long term is a good result I generally kinda look the same yr round w this approach.witch I've done for a while.i probably would have been doing whatever the last many yrs but what's the point when ur effed up.kinda a waste imo.so good luck w everything I'm looking forward to watching these changes you post .

Today I'm supposed to push day with flat bench but I may be stuck with a planet fitness workout because I got 4 stores to bring the kids, drop my daughter off at 4h camp where she works/goes during the summer week days, my son does a DnD group once a month which falls on today and I gotta bring him there and pick him up. So I'm running errands from 10am to 630pm today.

Breakfast was 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cups of whites, 6oz sausage and 1/4 of a large green bell pepper. Coffee with 2 creams and I turned it into a ice coffee. All protein and fat + vegetables till dinner tonight. If I can get to the gym IL do Greek yogurt and a banana pre workout or a shake with a banana

I didn't go, I went for a 2 mile walk with my brothers dog and that's it. IL pick back up today.

Sundays have been tough for me lately, you guys know I'm all about making time but I was burned out from running everyone's errands on my day off.

194.2lbs. I have crosstrainig workouts planned all week. I have 4 guys, 2 teenagers 2 in there late 20's that are fighting in November who asked me to help with strength and conditioning stuff so I told them Monday through Thursday IL do a group workout with them. Gonna be a intense week

Got out early today. I've ate nothing but meat, coffee and water today. I'm gonna try to stay under 50 carbs a day till the weekend and carb back up Saturday. More then anything I'm just starting to enjoy eating mostly protein with a smidgen of fruit and yogurt here and there. I really think it works well for me. I'm gonna work on adding things to address nutritional needs more but I really think that with meat, high water content fruits and vegetables and some Greek yogurt I can cover the bases and just add in some extra carbs when needed for my workouts.

Once upon a time I was coaching one of my buddies through a major cut. Coming down from 265 to a ripped 225. My wife sees him and says... "Oh My Gosh! You are so tiny!" thinking it was a compliment.

I was like OH... OUCH!!!! He just deflated and turned around and walked away. She goes, what is wrong with him? I just gave him a compliment. I was like no... you just gave him a complex. He is going to be freaking out thinking he looks small, and want to stop cutting and gain back some weight. So the next time she sees him she is like "Wow, you are looking so huge and ripped!" He smiles and says No, it's too late I already know you think I am Tiny and tries to laugh it off. Then I tell him he will forever be known as Tiny to us! So we called him Tiny from then on as an inside joke.

I used to do Warhammer, starwars and shadowrun among others. Wish I still did. I recon adults probably have the best games and it's actually a really good way of keeping the brain exercised with the imagination needed to tell a great story.

I can't stand those comments. Especially when you look in better shape than them "skinny". The weird part is that they wouldn't say you have gotten fatter or have gained weight though. Lol

Carb up slowly so you don't spill and don't try to load with drinking water, I don't know much about prep stuff but I've seen ppl try to carb load with as little water as possible and they looked way worse then if they had just did nothing.

Yes on both of those..when it gets time to carb up I'll be hitting you guys up don't worry. Just watched John Jewett's Atlanta pro vlog and he showed the whole carb up process and it pretty much what I had in mind

As far as people trying to pay complements in fat loss or even a bulk , it’s funny how different people think. When your all about building as much muscle as possible, we want to hear “dude you’re looking huge, your arms are jacked”, not “man you’ve put on a lot of weight lately”, like a former fat guy would say, and we want to hear “dude you are getting cut really ripped”, not “man you’ve lost a lot of weight, you’re getting skinny”, to them they think it’s complements, but to us, like Kleen said it’s deflating.

Funny thing is in a woman’s view you’re looking tiny is a complement, but it’s funny he now has a nickname “Tiny” out of it.

Today did a 3 way set with hanging leg raises, squats and side laterals. I didn't even think to record my numbers or sets. But 2×15 each, 2x10 and 2x5 with weights ranging from 95 to 255 on squats and 30s for all the laterals

Jump rope and shadow box for 3 rounds

Sledgehammer to a tire×10ea flip the tire and jog x distance while the next goes

Heavy bag work with some kicks mixed in and Alternating between a elliptical, rowing machine and a wind bike.

Jump rope, stretch, contemplating sparring, nope goes home .

Man, now that was a true cross training workout there. I guarantee you burned a lot of calories with that. Looks like you threw everything in but the kitchen sink…..ha, I guess if they would had a kitchen sink you would of tossed that just for good measure. If all your workouts go like that this week, you might be under 190 by weeks end, especially if the heat and humidity up there is anything like down here.💪
