XPG ALPHA GEL + PHOSPHATIDIC ACID XT

I do try to shy away form the added butter on mine.
If it is well enough marbled it tastes like it has butter anyway. :) I like when a steak is pan cooked and butter basted, but I am not a fan of putting butter on a steak after the fact and letting it melt. It just isn't the same, and not worth the compromise to me.

Well like I stated earlier next couple weeks are hindering my gym time with a work project. This morning out of bed at the gym 5am got 35 minutes of a HITT/LISS cardio on treadmill. 30 minutes touch over 3 miles, the sweat fest was real.

will be staying fasted in the mornings keeping the fat burning going as long as possible. Have meal prep done. This week is ground Turkey with shredded carrots and broccoli, on a bed of rice. Makes 2 small meals for the day 1058 calories and 82 grams protein.

You're in a good place since your chief priority is pretty clearly cutting right now. Obviously you're building mass to the best of your ability and strength, while doing it, but at least in your situation when you can't be consistent in the gym you can utilize your nutritional discipline and new found fasting hack to help stay the course towards goal #1.

Yep can’t lose site of my main goal to shed the fluffy layers. This winter around October/November when it’s back to office and design work is when I know I will have 5-6 months of solid regular gym sessions with no work interruptions. So I will be re focusing my goals come then.

Really good feeling today muscles just seem to feel full and pumped all day and that is crazy because I didn’t push any weights today. Was hoping to get a few more steps today, also not sure how accurately a phone it the pocket is but it’s something I guess.

had a lights out amazing diner, good ol chicken breast with mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and roasted fresh tomatoes. Invalid Link Removed

I cant remember , are you on phosphatidic acid XT? I felt crazy all day muscle fullness with it (or the epiandroLean )

Both of those can help with fullness, but it likely is mostly from the Phosphatidic Acid XT. That is very common feedback on it.

I just started Anabolic Effect + Anabolic XT + Phosphatidic Acid XT today myself. I'm considering doing a chat progress thread somewhere myself about it to interact with people - I've never been big on doing reviews of my own products anyway or in depth diet or training logs - but just something informal to share thoughts and feedback myself. I've never done anything like that in the past bc I realize it would seem biased anyway, so I just never bothered with it.

I think that would be pretty cool honestly. Also I think you are very in tune with your body so it would be cool to hear how and what you feel the products do (I think anyways)

Yes last week and this week I can tell the PA XT has been kicking in, I wish I was going to be running it for a full 8 weeks because I feel like it would really start to shine. Unfortunately things just aren’t working out to do that this go around but I will be running it again for sure and I will do 8 weeks or 12.
Then with the addition of Alpha Gel I feel like it’s a really nice combination!

I'm glad that you are enjoying the combination.

I'm sorry that life has kind of gotten in the way of your plans - I know all about that. Even before the accident, I felt like every time I had got back to training steadily and making progress, something would come up and I couldn't focus on training properly or eating correctly. For me, a huge issue is that I have to eat differently than many people to get the best results - I have tried so many different regimens over the years, but the old 6 small meals a day, 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of body-weight just works better for me than anything else for building muscle. The problem is lack of hours in the day to eat that much and that's where I would screw up a lot. This time around, I've gone back to what I used to do when I was younger and in my best shape and that is getting most of it through shakes - that's one thing I hate to post about because there's always the crowd that wants to lecture about getting everything through whole food - and I'm like, as someone that's a picky eater, has food allergies, works 70+ hours a week, and is a single dad - my choices are either get it mostly through shakes or say screw it and eat pizza all the time haha.

I'm as guilty as anyone over the years of letting other people's opinions of diet and training influence me to try different things and then be mad at myself for screwing up my own progress because of it. This time starting back, that was one major thing I vowed to myself - write out what I did when I was younger and in fantastic shape and do it again and do my own thing and not let anyone else's opinion of it influence what I'm doing.

You've had some awesome pictures of food you've been posting - besides my weekend cheat meals, my 'food' pics would be so boring because it would be pictures of different flavors of protein shakes all the time haha.

One thing I’ve found is not everything works for everyone. Like just me and my wife we are both working to lose weight be more healthy but we have to have a lot different diets. It’s crazy how some things effect her and not me (using blood sugar meter for this)

Well today I made it in to the gym 5 am knocked a quick 30 minutes of HITT/LISS forgot to write down in notes what the distance was. Then got home and had about 30 minutes a head of schedule so went and knocked out another 30minutes. Pretty intense no rest really just going catching my breath and going.

Leg extensions-40x12/60x12/80x8/125x4x12x12

lying leg curl -40x12/60x10/95x4x12x12

leg press-225x4x8x10/ 315x20x20x15

leg press calves-225x10x10x10

chest press machine-40x12x10/60x10/100x4x15x10/80x12x8/40x12

lat pull downs-40x12/60x8/100x4x15/90x20x20 (I need straps I’ll have to get some)

Felt really good and really pumped, wanted to keep going but that was all the time I had and I was pretty toasted and starving.

Lucky for me tonight was skirt steak burrito bowls!!

fun fact everything in the bowl except the rice is made here locally. There is a place here you go online and it’s like a co op all the people that raise food etc you pick all the stuff they put it in a box and then pick it up at a local farm. Pretty cool and tastes amazing, some stuff is a bit more than like store bought, lot of it is equal or cheaper.

Workout looks great, but that bowl 🔥

I am with you on this. I kind of get tired of people who talk like they are somehow superior because they get all of their nutrients from whole foods. It's awesome that you can do that, and are comfortable with it. However it doesn't mean your diet is healthier, or better for you than me supplementing up to half of my daily protein requirements via whey. It has higher bioavailability than any other protein in nature. Very easily digested, and leaves more room for fibrous fruits, and veggies. Plus it is far cheaper gram per gram than almost any other protein source. Most importantly it fosters adherence through convenience, which makes it far easier to do what I am supposed to be doing for my goals.

Very well said, and I agree.

The best way to do things is the best way that works for an individual and that they will stick to and be able to do consistently.

When I was younger, I got most of my protein in thru shakes. As I got older, I tried more and more to get it through food and my results suffered and I always wound up coming up short. I know a lot about this stuff, but I'm human like everyone else, and have had times where other peoples opinions would influence me, even if I knew it wasn't what worked best for me.

This time around, starting back, I have a lot of making up to do in terms of losing fat and building muscle back from letting myself go after the accident. It's important for me not just physically to get back in shape, but mentally as well, because mentally I've been really struggling and not in a good place. A big self help talk I've had to have with myself has been that I know what works for me and that's what I'm going to do this time around and not let anyone else's opinions get in the way of it.

I always appreciate different opinions, but I know what works for me - and I know that between being picky, having food allergies, and just a general lack of hours in the day, I'll never hit my goals unless my diet is mostly protein shakes and the same day to day. Plus, like you said, its actually quite a bit easier to digest and I'm a lot less likely to miss meals when I can just drink them.

at first I was thinking, well I really like food so I do prefer to get my calories from food. and then I thought, "don't you have a protein shake every single session intra workout?" and I was like "you know, I do. I do have a protein shake, always ready in my gym bag, for every session" 😅

Oh I definitely love food, but I am ADHD, and not awesome about doing tedious things regularly. Consistency in the tedium requires a huge effort for me. I often forget to prep food, or worse prepped the food but forgot it at home or work. That or forget to eat for so long that a solid food meal would put my workout off longer than if I just do a shake and some easy carbs an hour before the workout or whatever. Add to that the ease and convenience of not measuring protein that meal, and not needing anything but water and a carb source in a crunch. There are just too many positives for me to not keep included.

@sns8778 I also went through a period where I was trying to get everything from whole foods too. I remember having more digestive issues, and always feeling full. Often focusing so much on getting protein in that I didn't have room for fruits and veggies. Honestly, I am more comfortable eating the way I do now. Sometimes when my gut is not happy I will spend a day or two getting my protein from whey, and carbs from easy to digest sources, and I always feel better after.

Protein powder is simply quite a large part of my formula for success. I don't think it should be your only source of protein, but I don't really see an issue getting a large portion of a high protein diet in via high quality powders either. Just pay attention to micronutrients, and things should be good so long as you don't develop an allergy or sensitivity.

Well not a very eventful post today. I woke up at left the house at 5:30 am and got home around 6:30 pm. The end lol

had to start earlier this morning so no gym time, did get 10k steps in on the job today and nutrition on point. Still having that nice full feeling and good energy!

Wanted to add I have not really rotated the Alpha gel application, I apply one pump each shoulder and rub shoulder trap inner arm some. No skin issues or any problems. Also the pump mechanism and dispenser has been flawless and looks like it’s going to use every last little bit in the container.

I get a really good feeling when I feel like I got every drop out. The word Value comes to mind. (I'm Cheap)

Wish I was pushing some weights on my mesocycle so this log looked a lot more impressive. Instead I got 15 minutes of treadmill just went for speed and sweat, then out the door. 14 hr day pretty spent, looking forward to Alpha Gel and deep sleep!!

Brought gym bag along yesterday, after work I hualed the mail to the gym. Got there with about 45 minutes to closing.

squat-bar X 12/ 95 x 8/ 135 x 8/ 185 x 5/ 205 x 5/ 225 x 5/ 185 x 10 / 135 x 10

BB bench- bar X 12/ 95 X 8 / 135 X 10 / 185 x5 / 135 X 10

incline DB press- 20 x12 / 30 X 8/ 40 X 4 X 12 X 12. / 20 X 20

lat pull down- 80 X 12/ 100 X 10 X 10 X 10 / 130 X 8/ 100 X 8

Tricep rope push downs- 30 X 10 X 10 X 10 X 10 X 10

was fast and furious.

So wanted to add on to this, this will wrap up my log as I have completed the run of PA XT and Alpha Gel.

Stats this morning
Male- 36 YO
Height- 6’1”
Weight-234.2

duration of run- Started 6/17/2023
Ended 7/17/2023
dosing of PA XT- 4 caps pre workout empty stomach. On days I was not hitting the gym I would take 4 caps with a meal.

dosing of Alpha Gel- first week I did 1 pump morning 1 pump evening. After that I did 2 pumps Am 2 pumps PM. Pump in the morning 30-45 pre workout. Pump PM after shower.

Really sad this run is over, I will be running this stack again in the future for a duration of minimum 8 weeks. The Phosphatidic Acid XT gave me great endurance and pumps. It gives you a pumped full feeling that lasts most of the day. This really started to kick in towards the end of week 2. If one was to run this for 8 weeks I feel like week 4-8 would be pretty fantastic! Also kept me looking more full while in a deficit and losing weight.

Alpha Gel was equally as amazing, first and foremost I had the best sleep ever running this gel. Like lights out no movement dead to the world until alarm went off. I applied to top of shoulders traps/ inner arms. I never rotated applications it gave me zero irritation or anything, goes on smooth and dries quickly. Very important to note the smell is very pleasant, to the point I look forward to the smell. I feel like 2 pumps am-pm was my sweet zone. Sex drive was definitely higher than off. Energy was great too I get up around 4:30 Am and usually bed 9 pm, tons of energy and just ready to get after the day! Also wanted to note not sure if it’s related for sure or not but I have noticed some acne that has started this last week on my chest. This has not happened since the days of 15-16-17 years old. Nothing crazy but wanted to add. I feel like this is a fantastic product and will be back on this soon as funds allow.

Overall I can say enough great things about the 2 products. @sns8778 is always on the board and has very detailed posts of products and ingredients, answering any questions and putting out great products to help people.

one last thing to note, I forgot to put this on the title. This was a unsponsored log, products I purchased and decided to log/ review on my own

yeah man I'm already missing my PA XT. I have more coming in this week that I'll fire up immediately because I want to single out out (vs the epiandrolean and alpha gel i was taking with it).

Thank you for the very detailed and great review. I'm very glad that you enjoyed the products.

Have you tried other brands of PA? How does SNS PA XT stack up against them? I'm looking for a strong/reliable PA product

I'm sure that he will answer you when he has a chance.

But I wanted to answer as well - Phosphatidic Acid XT uses the clinically researched Mediator Phosphatidic Acid and provides 1,500 mg. of Mediator which supplies a full 750 mg. of active Phosphatidic Acid + Apigenin, Senactiv, & AstraGin.

Something in general to watch out for with PA supplements is that a lot of them try to trick people by providing 750 mg. total Mediator or parent material, and don't tell people that the actual amount of PA is 50% of that.

Thanks for your input. I have heard great things about SNS. I am going to order a couple bottles now.

You're very welcome. I'm glad to help in any way that I can.

I think you'll enjoy it. I just started on it this past Monday myself along with a couple of other things.

SNS website is out of stock direct, but we actually do have a couple bottles left - if you want to order from us, let me know and I'll be glad to help. But if you're planning on ordering from retailers, that's perfectly fine too and some do have stocks left.

you didn't ask me, but; I was completely unfamiliar with it before SNS and I have loved it. (enough that 2 days after I ran out I opted to get another bottle on order ASAP cause I immediately could tell lol)

All input is welcome! Thanks man. I havent tried SNS version but PA does give that nice feel you miss when off.

Looks like everyone has helped out. This was my first time with PA Acid, having great results with other SNS products led me to trying it out. I don’t think you will be disappointed in it at all. Are you going to do 2 bottles for a 8 week run? That is how I’m going to run it next time

All I can say is that I have never in all of my years on this board had an SNS product that didn't perform as advertised. Quality has never waivered, and I trust them implicitly. Pretty much all of my staple and health products come from SNS, or one of the other companies under his umbrella. Seeing everyone enjoy this I may end up adding it in sometime in the near future.

Thank you and everyone! Yeah I am picking up enough for a 2+ bottle run (8+ weeks). Anything stack well with it?

The ultimate question!
I bet Steve @sns8778 might chime in but Anabolic Effect would be great or Anabolic XT, re comp 20, Alpha gel, Stano Plex, I’m sure plenty more those just came to mind first. Lots of options!

I'm stacking PA XT with Lean Edge, Anabolic Effect, Anabolic XT right now among some other things.
I also have my Alpha Gel restocked and did apply some yesterday and today.

There were some great suggestions made above.

I hadn't been able to train for more than a year because of an accident I was in and started back around a month ago and just last Monday started the stack that I have looked the most forward to ever, which is Phosphatidic Acid XT, Anabolic Effect, & Anabolic XT. I had been doing Recomp20 and Ecdy-Plex to ease my way back into things and was very happy with that and carried it over into this stack as well. This coming weekend, I may be adding Alpha Gel to see how I like that.
