Well like I stated earlier next couple weeks are hindering my gym time with a work project. This morning out of bed at the gym 5am got 35 minutes of a HITT/LISS cardio on treadmill. 30 minutes touch over 3 miles, the sweat fest was real.
will be staying fasted in the mornings keeping the fat burning going as long as possible. Have meal prep done. This week is ground Turkey with shredded carrots and broccoli, on a bed of rice. Makes 2 small meals for the day 1058 calories and 82 grams protein.
Yep can’t lose site of my main goal to shed the fluffy layers. This winter around October/November when it’s back to office and design work is when I know I will have 5-6 months of solid regular gym sessions with no work interruptions. So I will be re focusing my goals come then. You're in a good place since your chief priority is pretty clearly cutting right now. Obviously you're building mass to the best of your ability and strength, while doing it, but at least in your situation when you can't be consistent in the gym you can utilize your nutritional discipline and new found fasting hack to help stay the course towards goal #1.
I cant remember , are you on phosphatidic acid XT? I felt crazy all day muscle fullness with it (or the epiandroLean )Really good feeling today muscles just seem to feel full and pumped all day and that is crazy because I didn’t push any weights today. Was hoping to get a few more steps today, also not sure how accurately a phone it the pocket is but it’s something I guess.
had a lights out amazing diner, good ol chicken breast with mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and roasted fresh tomatoes. Invalid Link Removed

I think that would be pretty cool honestly. Also I think you are very in tune with your body so it would be cool to hear how and what you feel the products do (I think anyways)Both of those can help with fullness, but it likely is mostly from the Phosphatidic Acid XT. That is very common feedback on it.
I just started Anabolic Effect + Anabolic XT + Phosphatidic Acid XT today myself. I'm considering doing a chat progress thread somewhere myself about it to interact with people - I've never been big on doing reviews of my own products anyway or in depth diet or training logs - but just something informal to share thoughts and feedback myself. I've never done anything like that in the past bc I realize it would seem biased anyway, so I just never bothered with it.
Yes running PA and Alpha gel comboI cant remember , are you on phosphatidic acid XT? I felt crazy all day muscle fullness with it (or the epiandroLean )

Yes last week and this week I can tell the PA XT has been kicking in, I wish I was going to be running it for a full 8 weeks because I feel like it would really start to shine. Unfortunately things just aren’t working out to do that this go around but I will be running it again for sure and I will do 8 weeks or 12.
Then with the addition of Alpha Gel I feel like it’s a really nice combination!
One thing I’ve found is not everything works for everyone. Like just me and my wife we are both working to lose weight be more healthy but we have to have a lot different diets. It’s crazy how some things effect her and not me (using blood sugar meter for this)I'm glad that you are enjoying the combination.
I'm sorry that life has kind of gotten in the way of your plans - I know all about that. Even before the accident, I felt like every time I had got back to training steadily and making progress, something would come up and I couldn't focus on training properly or eating correctly. For me, a huge issue is that I have to eat differently than many people to get the best results - I have tried so many different regimens over the years, but the old 6 small meals a day, 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of body-weight just works better for me than anything else for building muscle. The problem is lack of hours in the day to eat that much and that's where I would screw up a lot. This time around, I've gone back to what I used to do when I was younger and in my best shape and that is getting most of it through shakes - that's one thing I hate to post about because there's always the crowd that wants to lecture about getting everything through whole food - and I'm like, as someone that's a picky eater, has food allergies, works 70+ hours a week, and is a single dad - my choices are either get it mostly through shakes or say screw it and eat pizza all the time haha.
I'm as guilty as anyone over the years of letting other people's opinions of diet and training influence me to try different things and then be mad at myself for screwing up my own progress because of it. This time starting back, that was one major thing I vowed to myself - write out what I did when I was younger and in fantastic shape and do it again and do my own thing and not let anyone else's opinion of it influence what I'm doing.
You've had some awesome pictures of food you've been posting - besides my weekend cheat meals, my 'food' pics would be so boring because it would be pictures of different flavors of protein shakes all the time haha.

I am with you on this. I kind of get tired of people who talk like they are somehow superior because they get all of their nutrients from whole foods. It's awesome that you can do that, and are comfortable with it. However it doesn't mean your diet is healthier, or better for you than me supplementing up to half of my daily protein requirements via whey. It has higher bioavailability than any other protein in nature. Very easily digested, and leaves more room for fibrous fruits, and veggies. Plus it is far cheaper gram per gram than almost any other protein source. Most importantly it fosters adherence through convenience, which makes it far easier to do what I am supposed to be doing for my goals.

at first I was thinking, well I really like food so I do prefer to get my calories from food. and then I thought, "don't you have a protein shake every single session intra workout?" and I was like "you know, I do. I do have a protein shake, always ready in my gym bag, for every session"I am with you on this. Oh I definitely love food, but I am ADHD, and not awesome about doing tedious things regularly. Consistency in the tedium requires a huge effort for me. I often forget to prep food, or worse prepped the food but forgot it at home or work. That or forget to eat for so long that a solid food meal would put my workout off longer than if I just do a shake and some easy carbs an hour before the workout or whatever. Add to that the ease and convenience of not measuring protein that meal, and not needing anything but water and a carb source in a crunch. There are just too many positives for me to not keep included.at first I was thinking, well I really like food so I do prefer to get my calories from food. and then I thought, "don't you have a protein shake every single session intra workout?" and I was like "you know, I do. I get a really good feeling when I feel like I got every drop out. The word Value comes to mind. (I'm Cheap)Well not a very eventful post today. I woke up at left the house at 5:30 am and got home around 6:30 pm. The end lol
had to start earlier this morning so no gym time, did get 10k steps in on the job today and nutrition on point. Still having that nice full feeling and good energy!
Wanted to add I have not really rotated the Alpha gel application, I apply one pump each shoulder and rub shoulder trap inner arm some. No skin issues or any problems. Also the pump mechanism and dispenser has been flawless and looks like it’s going to use every last little bit in the container.
Dude I've been off PA for one week now since I ran out and I'm already feeling it.. ordering more tomorrow.Wish I was pushing some weights on my mesocycle so this log looked a lot more impressive. Instead I got 15 minutes of treadmill just went for speed and sweat, then out the door. 14 hr day pretty spent, looking forward to Alpha Gel and deep sleep!!

Have you tried other brands of PA? How does SNS PA XT stack up against them? I'm looking for a strong/reliable PA product
Thanks for your input. I have heard great things about SNS. I am going to order a couple bottles now.I'm sure that he will answer you when he has a chance.
But I wanted to answer as well - Phosphatidic Acid XT uses the clinically researched Mediator Phosphatidic Acid and provides 1,500 mg. of Mediator which supplies a full 750 mg. of active Phosphatidic Acid + Apigenin, Senactiv, & AstraGin.
Something in general to watch out for with PA supplements is that a lot of them try to trick people by providing 750 mg. total Mediator or parent material, and don't tell people that the actual amount of PA is 50% of that.

you didn't ask me, but; I was completely unfamiliar with it before SNS and I have loved it. (enough that 2 days after I ran out I opted to get another bottle on order ASAP cause I immediately could tell lol)Have you tried other brands of PA? How does SNS PA XT stack up against them? All input is welcome! Thanks man. Looks like everyone has helped out. This was my first time with PA Acid, having great results with other SNS products led me to trying it out. I don’t think you will be disappointed in it at all. Are you going to do 2 bottles for a 8 week run? That is how I’m going to run it next timeHave you tried other brands of PA? How does SNS PA XT stack up against them? All I can say is that I have never in all of my years on this board had an SNS product that didn't perform as advertised. Quality has never waivered, and I trust them implicitly. Pretty much all of my staple and health products come from SNS, or one of the other companies under his umbrella. Seeing everyone enjoy this I may end up adding it in sometime in the near future. Thanks for your input. I have heard great things about SNS. I am going to order a couple bottles now.

Thank you and everyone! Yeah I am picking up enough for a 2+ bottle run (8+ weeks). Anything stack well with it?Looks like everyone has helped out. The ultimate question!Thank you and everyone! Yeah I am picking up enough for a 2+ bottle run (8+ weeks). Anything stack well with it?
I'm stacking PA XT with Lean Edge, Anabolic Effect, Anabolic XT right now among some other things. The ultimate question!
I bet Steve @sns8778 might chime in but Anabolic Effect would be great or Anabolic XT, re comp 20, Alpha gel, Stano Plex, I’m sure plenty more those just came to mind first. Lots of options!
