I have many many times. It’s hard to find high stim products without it. So I do my best to tolerate a small amount of it. I can do 0.75mg of AY without getting the shaky/anxious/cold sweat sides, but it still dirties the experience for me. I like clean/smooth energy and Y and AY doesn’t deliver that.
