Bloodwork after 2 years on cycle

Okay since April of 2021 I have been on 500 mg of test and 400 mg of Primo straight. The only time I wasn't on that was in the summer of 2022 when I increased my testosterone to 1000 mg my primo to 600mg and added 400 mg of masteron and then three tabs of Dianabol a day that I didn't even know what they were dose that but I just took them anyway. Then after about 4 months of doing that I dropped back down to 500 test 400 Primo and ran it like that all up until recently about a month and a half ago when I decided to add 1 IU of growth hormone daily. I finally decided to do Labs after 2 years and here are my results:

Long story short the CBC was normal hematocrit in the mid 40s hemoglobin was 15.5 I believe. BUN creatinine egfr all within normal limits. Liver enzymes were in the 30s fasting glucose blah blah blah literally everything was fine and normal. Now cholesterol which is an interesting one.

Total cholesterol: 116
Triglycerides: 45
HDL: 29
VLDL: 11
LDL: 76

I think that's not bad at all considering what I've been doing lmao. My supplements currently are

Lipid stabil cholesterol support
NAC
milk thistle
Probiotic
Vitamin E D and C
Cranberry extract
Omegalyze fish oil
Choline Inositol
Cialis 5mg daily
Organic India liver kidney support
Apple cider vinegar with lemon juice olive oil and honey shake empty stomach

So that's all the supplements I've been taking on top of eating a very clean diet basically egg whites lean meat lean beef brown rice lots of broccoli and one cheat meal a week.

The worst thing I see is that my HDL is a little bit low but the other bad cholesterol markers are nice and low as well. I think all I really need to do is maybe eat some more salmon and avocado and do a little more cardio I bet I can bump that HDL back up. I don't plan on lowering my dose if anything I want to jack it up now lmao. But first I'm going to go a month or two and incorporate more healthy fats into my diet and do more cardio and see if I can get that HDL a little higher without doing anything else different. Whaddya think fellas?

Yep, it does look good! Liver AST/ALT in the 30s is proof you're doing it well. Keeping orals low is the key, and the NAC and Vitamin C your using don't hurt either.

As far as blood lipids, I'd add some Coconut oil to increase HDL. It's shown to work better than fish or any other veg oil (even high mono Saff) but some Avocado is never a bad idea either.

Just keep in mind, the HPTA suppression will be a b!tch to reverse after 5-6 years (on average) with no breaks, but you can likely still get most of it back if you don't take it too much farther.

Great bro! I'm actually not concerned with the hpta. I've been on trt for almost 10 years now but for the past 2 years I lost my health insurance because I became a tattoo artist and since I'm doing trt on my own now and doing a lot of other high risk behaviors that I won't get into on here LOL I figured running 500 mg of test year round is nothing lol. But yeah I'm going to go and grab some coconut oil then and I'm going to add some more cardio to my routine I really want to see if I can get my HDL in a healthy range while simultaneously being on 500 mgs of test and 400 of primo year round. That'd be awesome haha

Well your numbers really don't look too bad IMO, and I've seen A LOT of blood work over the years, lol. You could maybe double your HDL, but I wouldn't even sweat it if those were my numbers. Its elevated BP that usually starts to become a legitimate long-term concern with my labs!

But your cals look efficient, with a lean metabolism and good over-all health. Whatever your high risk behavior is, you appear to be managing it well. ;)

This is proof right here that you can stay "on" for as long as you choose to if you manage it correctly and are responsible with it

Yeah it's mainly doing 170+ on my motorcycle 🤣🤣
I figure if I do that I might as well juice a bunch. One wrong move and SPLAT 😅

@DR.D, I love it when you post up. Learning something new here. Increasing HDL is always a goal of mine!

Its all individual. Some peoples bloods would be in the tank, no matter what health-supps they took.
Your body handles it well, which is great. Ive seen folks on 150mg of test and bloods in the shitter, bad anxiety, etc.
Purely genetic response. Some have it, some do not...

Agreed.

New guys .... Don't try this.
It could end badly.

Agreed!!!! My lipids would be insane if I did this.

I can't believe his crit is so low!

The lipids look good because he's not on non-aromatizable orals. That's what always trashed my lipids the fastest. A moderate dose of Primo is basically all he has to consider with lipids, and he's handling that pretty well.

You and Renew are correct though, it's 90% genetics more than likely. One size does not fit all.

My crit is good because I just donated last week. When I went to the donation center my hemoglobin was 19 so I decided that it's about time I start getting labs done. But to be honest for the two years I've been doing this my crit was always fine because I would donate every like 6 months. Once I added the growth hormone is when my hematocrit started getting crazy so I'm pretty sure the GH is what's jacking up the crit. And yeah, the Primo started having me wondering if I was nuking my lipids so I decided to finally get blood work.

Just remember fellas, just because your bloodwork is ok doesn't mean you ain't chipping away years of your life; Or that other things aren't happening inside your body that bloodwork doesn't show

Also boosts gains but I think you have that covered with the AAS

I would also look into citrus bergamot.

Now that the sensible talk is out of the way when are you going to swap in the tren in place of the primo and see if these labs hold up? lol

I have not been around here for a bit but bro: HOW HAVE THE GAINS BEEN?

Bro.... 4x the muscle mass? LMAO come on let's be credible here. Also omega 3 supplementation can negatively affect your heart health in many instances, so let's not go YOLOing it

Sounds better than 5mg anavar...
I mean sure LOL if you want to believe the absolute dog **** study done funded by the maker of a krill oil supplement, and they specifically gave them their krill oil in the study. I'd take 5mg of bar over 3g of fish oil any day. I'm not keen on increasing my risks of prostate cancer and Afib

Hahaha no tren for me bro. I'm already nuts I don't need anything adding to it. Gains are slow and steady but my coach got me on the right path 😎

Oh yea I forgot you have a coach now. How's that going? Is he doing your diet as well?

Yeah he does everything for me. My workout routine and my diet and supplementation. When I told him my blood test results he was impressed and happy everything is working out. Also in the month I been working with him im down 4 pounds and looking more muscular and my lifts have gone up

Thanks for sharing this!

As mentioned, 1g Citrus Bergamot taken with 2 meals a day (so 2g daily) should help HDL some, gets me about 4 points (but a very relevant 10% or more).

Other than that, the coconut & avocado are probably great ideas and there’s not much risk swapping your current fish oil for some krill besides a few extra bucks.

HIT cardio will always help HDL, but I don’t care that much. It’s all LISS for me - I would rather enjoy my time & take longer walks outside when it’s nice, or watch Youtube while I cycle in my basement focusing on nasal breathing. But if you enjoy the training challenge of HIT, it’s the best way to be a real athlete.
