Similarly, Silexan lavender oil would be a solid addition to the SNS line

Not derailing at all. This thread is for discussion of a lot of different ideas in general.

My overall thought on Silexan is that the studies seem better than the real world results on it. I think that it may be a good ingredient, but not great in the sense that the studies and some companies marketing of them may create unrealistic expectations of the ingredient and lead people to expect too much from it.

A good example of this is Natures Way CalmAid (Silexan). I'm a big fan of Nature's Way and their CalmAid product has been around for years and has never really seemed to take off for them the way some of their others have, and I read extensively on ingredients for stress, anxiety, and depression and it isn't something I see mentioned often.

I do think that some brands in general stay away from offering it bc it needing to be in softgels presents problems for using it with other ingredients, very high MOQ's, etc.

I think that Silexan may have some effect on estrogen but likely not to a large enough degree for it to really matter much for a male unless they are doing other things that could be aggravating estrogen as well or be especially predisposed to increased levels of it, but that's just my opinion.

Is Joint Support XT going to be in stock soon?
Yes, it should most likely be the next one to come back in stock.

The good side of branded ingredients is that many are clinically researched, consistent quality, etc. The downside is that when a branded ingredient company is out of their ingredient, you're screwed lol. And with the supply chain the way it has been, its been a nightmare - but Joint Support XT is such a great product I didn't want to change anything about the formula.

Everything is in process with it now and I think its already been capsulated or getting ready to be capsulated and waiting to be bottled; so it shouldn't be long at all. Finally :)

I think so. I had intended to post one today along with some of the upcoming products that people could expect, but my day honestly got ruined by some people on here making negative remarks about product eta's and launch dates for new products; and that made me wonder if its a good idea to even list out the things that we are hoping to release this year.

I love discussing ingredients, throwing around ideas with everyone, and interacting with people and trying to provide people with the products and types of products that they want, and I love and appreciate people's excitement about new and existing products - but I'm so burnt out and just mentally exhausted at how some people rather than appreciate all of it would rather make underhanded comments and complain about why product xyz isn't out yet or back in stock yet.

I'll try to get a 2023 version of this posted tonight or tomorrow and when I do, I look forward to hearing and discussing ideas with you. I appreciate your support and looking forward to the new products.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you remember that’s a small but unfortunately vocal minority. The products will definitely be worth the wait. And I haven’t even caught up to everything released last fall yet TBH!

Thank you. I really appreciate the encouragement.

I think its definitely a minority of people that complain about it, but you're absolutely right that they do it vocally and usually in a negative and just discouraging and hurtful way.

I appreciate people that love the products and genuinely look forward to them coming back in stock and I'm always glad to answer questions on when things will be back in stock; but I can only answer to the best of my ability and sometimes things get delayed for a variety of reasons - and its the people that make light of that and make mean and hurtful comments and give me a hard time about it that really bothers me.

Same here. I miss it too and doing everything we can do get it back in stock as soon as possible.

If you happen to need some, I do have some clumped bottles that I can sell super cheap. Quality wise they're fine, all anyone needs to do is break the clumps up with the scoop or they can dump the contents in a blender and blend the powder and put back in the container and put it in the refrigerator. Anyone interested in that can pm me.

We should start to have Focus XT flavors coming back in stock around the beginning of February I hope and they should steadily be coming back in stock after that.

Makes sense from the nostalgia side of things.

But I think it would create a lot of confusion on the consumer end of things.

I'm a weirdo when it comes to creatine. I always liked the different creatines because traditional creatine monohydrate gave me stomach issues. After experimenting with different kinds I've found my favorite to be di-creatine malate. Unfortunately, the only company I know that makes it is Bodybuilidng. com. The downside is that there probably isn't much of a market other than me (lol)... but the upside is that there isn't any competition either.

Check out Creatine magnesium chelate or Creatine HCI. Tends to alleviate the stomach issues that Creatine mono causes some people. Those are my two favorite designer creatines if I had to choose. I just stick with mono since I have zero issues with it, but definitely feel for y’all that can’t handle it.

SNS puts out both HCI and magnesium chelate Creatine. Think the MCC has been out of stock due to supplier issues. I buy the HCI caps from SNS when I have extended travel and want caps

Appreciate the comments. I haven't tried the HCl but I should. The small issue I have with it is that SNS makes it in capsules, which is fine but I already take plenty of capsules and prefer mixing it with my post workout drink. However, the powder that SNS does make is all flavors which don't blend with my protein powders. If it were flavorless I'd definitely pick it up.

Now I know that sounds stupid... why not just have the protein shake and then mix the creatine separately? Or just take the pills? The short answer is convenience. It's just more convenient to throw it all into my post workout shake rather than adding more pills or another drink to my routine.

That's not being a weirdo at all. I can't take Creatine Monohydrate myself without feeling like and looking like I swallowed a dang Volkswagen bc it bloats me so badly.

We offer Creatine HCI Caps and Powder and Magnesium Creatine Chelate powder, which are great options.

It's funny that you mentioned DiCreatine Malate because I was thinking about another source of Creatine to add to Daily Gains, the upcoming daily use ergogenic, and that was one of the ones that I was considering.

I know that we will be using Creatine Magnapower/Magnesium Creatine Chelate in it but I was thinking of adding another type to it and two of the ones I was considering were DiCreatine Malate and Creatine Anhydrous. The reason that I was considering Creatine Anhydrous was bc so many people ask us to do an Ergonine competitor, which Daily Gains basically will be that + more, and they used Anhydrous in Ergonine.

I would try it regardless of which creatine you use, although I am a fan of dicreatine malate. Out of curiosity, why doesn't your HCl powder come in flavorless form? Just seems more convenient that way to mix it with your protein shake.

Creatine HCI and Magnesium Creatine Chelate are both great options.

And you're correct, when creatine prices went up so drastically, Creatine Magnapower wasn't available for awhile and then when it was again, the price was originally over 5x what it was before - and we just stayed out of stock bc I don't think people would pay that. The price has come back down but its still expensive as compared to before, but we should have it back in stock within a month for two.

Creatine HCI Caps are very popular for us because most people love the convenience of popping a couple of capsules.

We also have Creatine HCI Powder getting ready to be back in stock and will be introducing a couple of new flavors in it. Blue Raspberry is changing to a Blue Raspberry Popsicle flavor, we'll still have Lemon Lime, and we're adding a Watermelon Breeze and a Pink Grapefruit.

Creatine HCI Caps have always greatly outsold the powder for us, I think mainly due to the convenience of being able to take a couple of capsules versus having to mix and drink a drink mix. I use a combination - if I'm in a hurry, the capsules are just such a better option. If I'm sitting and my desk and have the time, I'll make one to drink.

Creatine HCI powder will be back in stock next week and we're adding some new flavors. Blue Raspberry is changing to Blue Raspberry Popsicle, there will still be Lemon Lime, and then we are adding a Watermelon Breeze and a Pink Grapefruit flavor.

I had this one open to reply to when you posted the new one below, so I multi-quoted them both to answer everything for you in one post.

We offer Magnesium Creatine Chelate powder in an unflavored from, although we have been out of stock for reasons explained in an above post about the suppliers prices being through the roof for awhile; but we get asked constantly to offer a flavored powder form in it rather than an unflavored.

Creatine HCI caps have always outsold the powdered form for us because a lot of people consider it more convenient to be able to pop 1 or 2 capsules than have to make a a drink mix.

We do have Creatine HCI powder due back in stock this coming week and have added some new flavors.

I would try it regardless of which creatine you use, although I am a fan of dicreatine malate. Out of curiosity, why doesn't your HCl powder come in flavorless form? Just seems more convenient that way to mix it with your protein shake.
A lot of people consider capsules to be the most convenient way to take Creatine HCI because the dosage is so low, it doesn't require a lot of capsules and they can wash them down with their pre-workout or protein shake afterward or whatever/whenever else that they would like to.

I had thought about offering an unflavored Creatine HCI powder for years - I had even had label artwork designed for the label and was going to do one, but in one of these threads a few years ago, I had asked for opinions and everyone wanted new flavors and literally no one, not a single person, said anything positive about offering an unflavored powder, so I had shelved the idea.

I don't like the taste at all of Creatine HCI unflavored so its not one that I would ever use personally honestly; I would go with a flavored powder if I wanted powder or I'd go with the capsules if I wanted convenience.

I've thrown Lemon Lime over in my protein shakes a ton of times and the flavor is so feint I didn't even know it was in there.

Something else that has to be considered overall too is that most people use Creatine HCI either in the morning and then pre or post or they use it pre and post; so they may not always being doing a protein shake to mix unflavored into.

Sorry if overexplained, I just wanted to thoroughly answer your question and explain why we hadn't.

1.5 to 3 grams per day total.

Personally, if using it as the only creatine source, I would do 3 grams per day (1.5 grams twice per day) and split my dosage on workout days either morning and then pre or post workout or pre and post workout. On non-workout days, I would split my dosage morning and night.

Each capsule is 750 mg. so that is 1 to 2 capsules twice per day.

Each scoop of powder is 750 mg. so that is 1 to 2 scoops twice per day.

If you use fruit flavored protein you're probably going to love it then. You've got me thinking about trying some of the new flavors mixed with protein myself now.

The flavored powders will be in next week and will be:
  • Blue Raspberry is changing to Blue Raspberry Popsicle
  • Lemon Lime
  • Watermelon Breeze (new flavor)
  • Pink Grapefruit (new flavor)
So any of those flavors would likely go really well with a fruit flavored protein shake.

We'll likely do some multi-pack deal of some sort for people wanting to buy containers of more than one flavor to try some of them out, so if you want to click on my profile to 'follow' me on here, you'll see whenever we offer that. It should be by mid-week I'm hoping. I'll also try to remember to post it in this thread as soon as they come in.

I hesitate to give even guestimates because of how hard it is to give accurate ETA's now days, but the raw materials are in, have been tested, and its in the production lineup process.

My best guess would be a couple weeks - I'm on my last bottle for myself so I'm going to be quite pissed myself if it doesn't come in soon haha. I feel like the last few months KannaEase and Stress & Anxiety Support have been the biggest factor in keeping me from slapping people haha.

I don't know of anywhere that has any in stock; I wish that I did - but know that I'm rushing this as much as possible bc I definitely need it myself.

I had created a thread just the other day to help people keep up with back in stocks so check this out and subscribe to it:

I also made myself a note to shoot you a pm as soon as its back in too. I'll probably put together a multi-pack deal for people that want to buy a 6 month or year supply at a discounted price on it so they don't have to worry about running out.

Sweet! I subscribed to that thread. That would be awesome, thank you! It’s definitely a life saver for staying out of trouble with the law

I can definitely relate and feel that way myself too a lot of the time haha :ROFLMAO:😂

We're doing some website updates and implementing a new review system on the site - that would make for a great testimonial haha.

Yeah those might actually taste pretty good in my shake. I'll definitely give it a shot!

I'm currently taking Growth Factor XT and really like it. Are you still making it because I've noticed it's out of stock at my usual retailers?
Cool. Let me know what you think when you try it - I'm curious how it goes with your protein.

We are hoping to bring Growth Factor XT back within the next 2 months. I'm super picky on the formulation side of things - one of the ingredients is no longer available and most brands would have just took it out or did a quick substitute for it and kept on going, but I spent honestly probably way too much time trying to find the perfect replacement for that one ingredient and testing out some different ingredients and combos.

Everything is done now - formula finalized, new labels done, etc. so we're just waiting for all the raws to arrive and as soon as they do and go through testing, we'll have it back available. I'm super excited to get it back in myself.

Yeah stick to the formula - it works. I don't mind waiting if it's the same product! But if you can't get the ingredients I'll try the new formula.

Mind me asking what ingredient isn’t available? My assumption was 3-OH-GABA, but that’s just because I haven’t seen it anywhere but Growth Factor XT haha

It's a great formula and that is what took us awhile - testing out different ingredients and different ingredient combinations because I wanted to make sure that it was as good or better.

The new version will have all of the same ingredients of the original + a couple of new ones that I think people will like a lot.

The particular raw material that is no longer available is just literally no longer available - as in there were only a couple of legitimate raw material suppliers that made it and they all stopped during Covid and have no intention of starting back up because there just isn't enough demand for it. We had even looked into having some custom produced but the cost of doing that is so much that it just wouldn't be cost feasible at that point.

The new version will be just as good, if not better than the original. It's one that I'm actually very excited about.

Yes, it is the 3-OH GABA. The reason you didn't see it anywhere else is because it is such an expensive ingredient to use; and very few raw material suppliers offered it or could make it at a reasonable cost. No legit supplier makes it anymore and the cost of having it custom produced was over 4x the original cost and it was already a very expensive ingredient.

It all worked out though bc the new formula is as good, if not better.

Magnesium glycinate glutamine in bulk powder.
I'll check to see if this is still readily available.

Just curious - what's your thoughts on this and why you think its a good idea?

I'm not saying that it's not; I'm just asking because I'm curious to hear your or other peoples thoughts on it.
