Notes: Fantastic workout this morning, I think the extra calories yesterday and the fact that I had a meal before the workout today really help with power, endurance and a great pump. My chest and arms felt full and looked pretty darn good in the mirror. I just started to try and gear my arm exercises to help grow my arms a bit so they look wider from the front. Thank you
@MrKleen73 for the video you sent me that really helped! I up my Semaglutide yesterday to .375mg a week, it definitely helps me fell fuller longer after a meal. If anyone want to read a good article on Semaglutide T-Nation has a very good write up on it. It was great to have the day off work today and get a second work out in. I managed to get three cardio workouts in in the last three day! Life Is Good.
