A Day In The Life Of Rocket

4 weeks at .25mg (I just started week 3) it is working very well so I may keep it the same or move up to .375 and see what happens ?? Max dose is 2.4mg but I see no reason to go over 1.0mg. At the cost I will keep it on the low side.

I never had water retention with the OG Cardarine, but looks like some do. So I guess it could be a side in the new one as well……

The GW-0742 is the new Super Cardarine, that most people that I’ve seen that’s used it, seems to get the same benefits on lipids and cardio as the original GW-501516 but at half the dose. So it seems 10 mg of 0742 is about the same as
20 mg of 501516, which sounds great.
I’ve only used the OG on a cycle or an aggressive cut, but it absolutely helps with lipids and cardio.

Notes: My protein intake was a bit lower than I would have liked, I guess I should have had a little cottage cheese with my diner. I do believe I am progressing nicely, I can see I am getting leaner but my weight is not moving a lot so it is possible I am gaining a small amount of muscle and burning a little fat. It seems as thought things are moving a lot slower than in years gone by, but I'm not getting any younger either! I am convinced that the GW-0742 is allowing me to push a little harder on my workouts and get a few more reps than I could have gotten with out it. Todays workout was really good I felt like when I was done I had given it 100% !!

This is what I was expecting, that as you got closer to your all time low of 175 you would notice you were leaner and more full than you were last time. I bet if you did a comparison pic you would be as lean now as you were at 175 a few years ago without TRT.

The wife and I had the two grandkids for the weekend it was my daughters and her husbands companies Christmas Party. So we went out to eat Saturday evening. Sunday we went for about a 40 minute walk, it was pretty cold so we came home and all got in the hot tub to warm up (they really like getting in) than the kids and Grammie made Christmas cookies and Pop helped to eat a few!

Notes: Great workout this morning, my arms and chest felt full and pumped. I tried to hit the part of my tricep that makes the arm look wide from the front.
 
If your wrist can handle close grip bench! that has always worked the best for me hitting that outer head of the tri.
plus I always get a great pump.

I use the EZ Curl bar, No Problem and Yes a Great Pump !!
 
I found this video interesting, I like this guy he is funny and entertaining while giving out some great training info. He has a series where he uses an EMG to measure contraction level and figure out what targets what parts of the muscle. This is the one he did for triceps where he goes into what makes the different heads fire best. Pretty interesting stuff.

We had a half day at work today and than at lunch time we had lunch catered by Redd's Smokehouse BBG, so I did not keep track of my food intake, but I should have because I did not over eat and did very well even though I told my self I was going to enjoy the meal and have a good time. (Which I did)

Notes: I had a very nice leg workout today, hack squats still kill my knees so I just do them light and slow. I'm off work for the next three days so I plan on getting my workouts in and a little extra cardio. Every one have a great holiday !!

It is kind of difficult t hold these in place while strapping up, I think in the overhead position they will be much easier.

Notes: Fantastic workout this morning, I think the extra calories yesterday and the fact that I had a meal before the workout today really help with power, endurance and a great pump. My chest and arms felt full and looked pretty darn good in the mirror. I just started to try and gear my arm exercises to help grow my arms a bit so they look wider from the front. Thank you @MrKleen73 for the video you sent me that really helped! I up my Semaglutide yesterday to .375mg a week, it definitely helps me fell fuller longer after a meal. If anyone want to read a good article on Semaglutide T-Nation has a very good write up on it. It was great to have the day off work today and get a second work out in. I managed to get three cardio workouts in in the last three day! Life Is Good.

You should invest in some versa grips you may never use wrist straps again. I have had mine for probably 8 years, a freinds dog even chewed a part on them and they are still working and holding together extremely well! You wouldn't have much problem using them on anything and they also offer support for pushing if used the opposite way. Excellent accessory!
