This was a crazy soaking wet workout, I never stopped. Not even for a 30 second break. Honestly I had just planned to do cardio this morning, I guess I took it to another level.

Picked up a new 58" TV for the garage gym area. Hope to have it mounted in the next few days.

Afternoon AM 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Not much to report on for training but worked like a dog Saturday. 7am-3pm. It was in the twenty degree range the first few hours and was still able to work up a good sweat.

We will call this my full body workout Saturday

20221121_120051.jpg

Shrubs, hedge trimmers, weed eating, leaves, mulch, had the walk behind beast out all day.

I slept until 830am yesterday, had a nice homemade breakfast, went back to sleep until 230pm, went to DQ for ice cream with my daughter, then my polish princess made stuffed shells for dinner.

No training today but hope to get back at it tomorrow. Father in law heading back to SC so I can make some noise.

Sounds like one hell of a GPP day! I bet you are excited to have your house back. Visitors are awesome but so is when they leave and you have your normalcy returned.

It is, my father n law have always butted heads hard. My wife and I bought his house so he could move and retire in SC so when he comes to visit he thinks the place is still his. Makes it very hard because he is getting older and he raised my wife by himself so he can't do anything wrong in her eyes.

I try to just stay away as much as possible to keep the tensions down.

I'll give you a perfect example. I have 13 acres of treated grass that i cut on 6" every 5 days with commercial mowers with perfect diamonds at all times.

I've done my leaves 4 times this year, I came home the other day and ge had cut the lawn with a 1988 42" cub cadet residential mower. Not only did he destroy the grass down to 3" cause thats the highest his old rider can go, it looked like two ten year old kids drank a pint of jack Daniel's and found a mower and went crazy.

When I got in the house he says "yard looks great doesn't it?"

Needless to say I stayed at the marina

I don't envy that at all. I had a very tenacious relationship with my first father in law. He hated me to the point he offered one of his goons a lot of money to break my legs. When I found out I went to his business (a butt naked club) and called him out into the parking lot and told him if he was such a big man to come outside and get some for himself. Was actually pretty brave of me, he was a world record holding power lifter who dealt steroids and guns and was basically pimping out his dancers.

However he didn't want any of me and his daughter made him call off his contract for the leg breaking if he ever wanted to speak to her again. It's funny his bouncers were the ones who told me about the contract and that he had originally offered them a couple grand each to beat me down and break my legs then when they declined he offered to one of the others who dealt coke in the club who said he would. So they wanted to warn me. I challenged that guy right there in the parking lot too. Told him if you are gonna do it lets dance fat boy! It got pretty wild and the police showed up. One irate guy trying to take on the world. LMAO. When I left the police told me to be careful he was known for some bad stuff and I shouldn't take his threats lightly. I told them well I didn't that's why I came and called him out in front of everyone. Now everyone knows and if something went down they had a suspect.

Anyway that somehow earned his respect a little then when I got more of my crap together it improved a little more but we never became friendly just civil to one another. So holidays or anywhere we had to be together was always strained.

Man your Father n law sounded like he was an OG but melted when you called him with the hands. That happens alot.

I've gotten physical with mine twice in the last twenty years but I can't be like that anymore. Unfortunately my kids had to see that crap and it made things very hard on my wife and I.

Besides the free grass cutting this wasn't a bad trip or stay. I try to make it as best as possible so him abd my wife can enjoy there time together

As it should be, that is exactly what happened with my situation. Had to behave better for the sake of those I loved around me.

My kids saw me get violent with someone once and they were afraid of me for a while. They were all proud at the time that I won the fight, but at the same time realized Daddy has some rage issues and is a dangerous man. So when I would get mad at them for a little while after that I saw a different type of fear than of just getting spanking or put on restriction and it crushed me.

You know as corny as it sounds, I have lived a very blessed life. I grew up dirt poor, but I had a mother that loved me very much and taught me a good work etheric, which has served me well.

I had a very blessed life. my parents got divorced when I was 2. they never bad mother each other. at least not in front of me and my older sister. My Dad was a very driven hard working person that loved his family. He raised me with work ethic & no one in the world cares about your feelings. He was pretty much a GOD, Family and country kind of guy. only time he dropped me like a bad habit I had it coming. lets just say that never happened again.
I even get along with all my in-laws.
I ran a pretty tight ship with my kids. they have all mentioned that they were glad the way I raised them. makes you feel pretty good as a parent.
One of my younger 1/2 sisters from my moms side has been living with me for about 6 months now. She had made some pretty bad decisions over the years. Mainly very bad choices in men. She has really got her crap together. its been good for her to see how a family filled with hard work and love operates. sad thing is that the government really owns her. she can only work part time or she losses all her gov't benefits. add up to over $1,200 a month. Pretty sad that the system keeps them on the planation. She would have to find a job that payed $27/Hr. full time to keep her standard of living. (She doesn't even have a high school diploma) just doesn't make sense.

Okay, Sorry to hog up your tread. I feel better now! 😁

Morning AM, nice lil stinky workout this morning. Finally got things back to normal. Have a 10 hour shift today, gwt off work and hit the armory to pick up my yearly two Firearms pickup 😈🤠🇺🇸 and then the holiday will start.

Got all the xmas decorations from the attic last night down to the first floor. Thats a workout.

We will be hosting Thanksgiving as usual at our house and my polish princess will be celebrating her bday on Saturday.

I do hope to work lawncare at some point over the break.

Let's all have a safe productive holiday season.💯🇺🇸💥

Take the time and give me two things you are thankful for. I'll start

1. I am so thankful to have a healthy stable family, 2022 has been a bitch but we as a family never gave up and kept fighting.

2. I am so thankful to still have my two parents. Everything I have put them through over the years and I can still call on them for anything.

Fukk it, ill keep going

3. I am so thankful to have such a beautiful young wife who still has old school country values.....

Ok yall take it from here.......

I am thankful for my family and how much we love each other.

I am thankful to have things in my life I never thought I would growing up from how I started out living my life.

For a bonus, I am thankful for all of my AM friends who have been around and involved enough in my life I can consider them like an extended family. Yep that's you guys!

I’m thankful for my wife and the life we have together. We were both married previously to bad spouses. I can truly say my wife is my best friend and who I want to grow old with (I’m almost 50 and she’s almost 49 so we’re not old yet!).

I’m thankful for my kids. They aren’t perfect but they’re mine and I love them dearly and just want the best for them.

I’m thankful for life and the air I breathe that God has provided for me.

I’m thankful that I haven’t been seriously hurt in my job. I’ve been a cop for 27 years and SWAT for 20.

Thanks brother! it was hard playing the tough love card with my sister. But waiting for her to hit rock bottom before helping her was a good decision. If I didn't, I think she would have used me like she did our Mom. "I made bad decisions, but Mom is hear to bail me out". I laid down the law and she has done very well at not breaking my rules. Not like there are a lot. lol

My son stroked a buck late last night with crossbow at Sundown. We tracked and tracked but it got dark quick.

Had plans to track this morning but its raining, bad news cause that will wash away the blood trail. Me and so homies will get back out there today and do some sniffing. We will find his buck!!!!
