My son is the same. gets those genetics from Mom.Not me, I definitely grow some serious glutes when squatting and deadlifting regularly.
My son plays all his summer league games at this high school every weekend for the last eight weeks. All the kids have played there asses off to get to the playoffs. Of course its exciting to see LeBrons son come to town and play, why not enjoy it and maybe my sin could have played against him and made a memory. NOPE some young punks had to ruin it all for all the teams.Good stuff except of course the gun being pulled at the game. Just ridiculous.

My heaviest bench was 365 in 2009. Was going to an old school gym and I was the smallest but one of the strongest. I'm pretty sure I was an enhanced guinea pig for them guys. Old school CEL products. I do remember eating alot of cycle assist

Man it just kind of happened. For some just looking at it on paper may not think so much, I say have at it!!! Had my ass sweating, huffing , and puffing.Man this looks like an awesome conditioning workout! Definitely like the look of it for sure. I need to hang my heavy bag back up and work on some conditioning but will wait until released to do so since the jarring will be sent into my shoulders I want to make sure I am ready.
Yes but do not jam the shoulder on heavy bag!!! I have had that happen and I swear it took a year to heal.I need to start jumping rope again, that is brutal work. I can't wait to start doing pushups again either!

Morning AM, I had a homemade chicken pot pie and straight up had no idea how to log it so I just didn't log it. Also had some fruit I didn't log . I would say I probably came in under in all categories yesterday.
No training this morning, just worn out . Between dayjob and lawncare I have close to 60 hours as of this morning and still have today,tomorrow, and possibly Sunday to go. So I slept in. Lots of leave clean ups so I'm getting double workouts. I use the big walk behind blowers and pushing and pulling them around for a few hours will separate the men from the boys very quick.
All in all feeling decent, gonna make the best of the weather this weekend.

All manual brother!!!! Absolutely beast of a workoutKilling it as usual and that blower looks like a beast are the wheels motorized in any way or all you pushing and pulling.
