My son is the same. gets those genetics from Mom.
Unfortunately my youngest daughter has my butt. She squats 2-3 times a week and does other butt work and still cant hardly grow a butt.
 
Morning AM, man what a weekend!!!!

Got to spend time with the whole family. Thursday night had dinner with my oldest son amd hung at the campground. He out started me to get out of the squats and bench press we had planned for Friday morning. He snuck downstairs into the gym 35 minutes before I did and did his shoulder and Biceps routine.

I still got in my squats and was able to throw around so decent weight in bench cause I had him as a spot. Was throwing around 285 for several sets. Felt really good.

Funeral ceremony was a roman catholic ceremony, it was beautiful and his grandmother deserved it.

Did lawncare Friday evening with another dinner Friday night at campground.

Saturday was more lawncare with my youngest son and Halloween with my daughter at the campground.
.Sunday we celebrated my youngest sons 18th bday.

His bball game was canceled due to this booshit

Yesterday was 10 hour shift with lawncare and back at it today.

No training since Friday but lots of labor removing leaves.

Down 12 lbs since 9/15 so something is working.

I ate tons of good food this weekend and definitely made good carb decisions.

Back in the gym tomorrow morning, I need some sleep

My son plays all his summer league games at this high school every weekend for the last eight weeks. All the kids have played there asses off to get to the playoffs. Of course its exciting to see LeBrons son come to town and play, why not enjoy it and maybe my sin could have played against him and made a memory. NOPE some young punks had to ruin it all for all the teams.

I will find out today if the playoffs will start again this coming weekend.

Country boy strong man, I could and should do it more often but never have a partner and 100% can't afford any injuries or set backs.

My heaviest bench was 365 in 2009. Was going to an old school gym and I was the smallest but one of the strongest. I'm pretty sure I was an enhanced guinea pig for them guys. Old school CEL products. I do remember eating alot of cycle assist

That's beastin Baby! My best was 385 way back when but I got 358 at my meet pretty easily then failed an attempt at 396 on my 3rd. I was definitely on gear then!

Morning AM, not sure were this workout came from but man did it get some heavy heart rate and sweating going.

Got in a 10 hour shift yesterday, cut two big lawns, and worked on my leaves again.

Trying to finish all the leftovers from the weekend, everything is so dam good but messing up my numbers. Not too worried about it, feeling good again today.

Man this looks like an awesome conditioning workout! Definitely like the look of it for sure. I need to hang my heavy bag back up and work on some conditioning but will wait until released to do so since the jarring will be sent into my shoulders I want to make sure I am ready.

Man it just kind of happened. For some just looking at it on paper may not think so much, I say have at it!!! Had my ass sweating, huffing , and puffing.

I really enjoy jump rope especially once I catch the groove I can really get groovey 🤠

Push ups were solid as hell, could have easily did sets of 30.

Yes but do not jam the shoulder on heavy bag!!! I have had that happen and I swear it took a year to heal.

Yeah, I am definitely not there yet. I will probably be able to do some shouldering, carrying and slamming with it before i can beat on it.

Morning AM, was really looking for a nasty workout this morning and I don't know if I was just to anxious,drank my pwo to fast, or just nausea but once I got to Barbell squat sets I was done. Had to go to controlled breathing to keep myself for throwing up unfortunately.

Finished off with the sauna suit and worked up a good sweat while walking.

My youngest son has been sick since homecoming which will be two weeks ago this Saturday. 300 kids from his homecoming have missed school since. He has been toughen it out, has only missed two days and has till been at work and bball. Pretty sure he is going to the doc again today and I hope I'm not catching anything from him.

Up and at it again for another 10 hour shift and lawncare this evening. Gotta get it while I can. I think time savings is next week and it will be dark by the time I get off day job.

No training this morning, just worn out . Between dayjob and lawncare I have close to 60 hours as of this morning and still have today,tomorrow, and possibly Sunday to go. So I slept in. Lots of leave clean ups so I'm getting double workouts. I use the big walk behind blowers and pushing and pulling them around for a few hours will separate the men from the boys very quick.

All in all feeling decent, gonna make the best of the weather this weekend.

I'm up .8 from last Saturday. Not discouraged at all. Only trained twice this week, tons of labor, nutrition was out of wack, and had a buffalo chicken Calzone for dinner last night didn't have one ounce of guilt mashing it up!!!

Off to lawncare this morning as it is supposed to be near 80 degrees today. The plan is to leave the dock by noon and do some fishing.

All manual brother!!!! Absolutely beast of a workout

I did a yard Saturday on soft ground with my son. I did the whole yard by myself with the push blower while he used the back pack to get the leaves away from structures. Usually we take turns but I was cooking, he kept asking if I need a break.

I had this lil voice in my head saying " if you quit your a lil bitch" I suffered but never quit.

And for my son i got his ass, he had to spread all the seed,fertilizer, and lime while I cleaned up 🤠

They do have a hydrostatic option for an additional 1200$ or so. It would be a cool feature but I can see it being a hassle also cause this thing is very top heavy and on slopes you could lose it pretty quick.

Thats pretty cool, I always wondered if other people had that voice talking to them when there is a challenge.

I asked my dad about it one time when we were dragging deer. He said he had the voices 💀

Shoulder workout last night, big full grown trees and shrubs are no joke on the shoulders, up on a 24 foot A frame ladder .


Morning AM, another solid workout this morning. Really enjoying were im at, at the moment. Workouts are non typical but productive. If anything I could tighten up on nutrition as I haven't logged food since last Friday but making good decisions throughout the day.

Lawncare is still very busy and pretty much all labor this time of year. I do feel as thought I could use some more rest in the weekends but in all honesty besides working thats really the only time I have with my family so I just have to keep on rocking.

This will all slow down eventually with daylight savings and holidays. I will probably keep rolling with the routines I have for now as I am losing weight, getting stronger, staying healthy, clothing is getting very loose, gaining comments, and building a solid frame.

When my day schedule cuts me back to a 2pm shutdown I will ramp things up quite a bit. Thats when I can everyday, push big weight in the morning, cardio in the evenings, and rest isn't an issue.

Starting to get an itch for one of the many new products SnS has out.

I believe I'm out of the Lymes protocol, I need to do a follow up.
