Great boxing training workout yesterday and today I lifted a little and did some grappling with the MMA guys, one of them is fighting in December so I'm gonna train with him to get my cardio up and give him a extra body to train with.
Wide chins 9,9,8
Neutral chins 8,7,6
Squat 225x8,8,8
Reverse grip bent row 190x8,8,8
Grappling/wrestling at about 50%
Last night I fucked up. I ate 3mint chip protein bars, 3 chocolate peanut butter high protein granola bars, and three devil dogs. All after dinner. Plus a bunch of chocolate milk and it took my calories for the day from 3100 to a little over 5600
I know, I know, I'm not proud of me either.
Today
Protein bar in a coffee
A 200 calorie wrap with deli0turkey, grilled chicken, a bunch of lentils and hummus and roasted peppers and stuff like that.
Then I had the same thing again for lunch but this time with a couple of dates
Then I had a protein shake on the way to the gym and a coffee
And then I just had two servings of this

I'm a little over 3500 calories today.
In my defense tho I'm not gaining weight, just staying at 202-204.
I think all the cardio is driving up my appetite lol, hopefully it levels off soon.
I'm back to trt and there's probably some residual EQ still in my system but I feel really good, much better then I did after 4 weeks on winstrol.
Maybe my age is making things change a little bit cuz I never had any issues in the past with winstrol and I wouldn't say I had an issue, I felt okay while I was on it but now being off of it I realize how much better I feel.
My entire cycle was not very long, only like 9 weeks total I think, but I guess that last 4 weeks was where I started getting lethargic, never lost my appetite or got any kind of acid reflux or anything weird like that just lethargic feeling.
