I attacked a new jar of Skippy Super Crunch Peanut Butter with a spoon last night.
Notes; This mornings work out was a tough one, I did not sleep well last night and I was dragging a bit, but I did manage to best all the previous workout. But I am paying a price, I injured my knee slightly and my lower back is really sore.
