Absolutely … 230 pounds which I have watched slowly rise … so I’ve never been small it’s been years since I remotely seen anything less than 200 however this is my heaviest weight this far. My last check up I tried convincing the doctor it was my medication causing my weight weighing in then at 224pds. I do train 7 days a week 2 hours a day. I’ve hit the cardio big time in the last month straight and weight continues to climb! Suggestions? Or just continue the cardio or

wow, I mean just being honest you have a nice shape to you. It looks like your ‘thic’ (I think that’s how the kids say it - it’s a compliment ) and obvious that you lift and have strength but never in a million years would I put you anywhere near that weight. I wouldn’t put you over 180 tbh

if the weight is still going up then diet has to be the obvious thing to look at. Thing is I’d be surprised if that was miles out as you’ve been around her for years.

medication or a medical condition seems like the next most likely imho. I’m assuming you have really high bone density?

So haven’t posted for awhile. Just now hitting the weights again. I received a flu vaccine around November 1st which ended up being injected into my Bursa … long story short cortisone injections and now a noticeable difference in arm strength

Well my car is doing well, luckily transmission wasn't jacked. All the torque from the tune just broke the axle link at the transfer case so it is running back at 100%. The project car with my son is kind of on a bit of hold while he is changing jobs.

He just got a bad ass job with bitcoin.com making a killing, very proud of him for being self made, self educated and haveing a base pay 40g's over mine at his first actual job where he is not doing self contracted programming. Had to brag, but anyway he is in between the last pay of the contract work and first of his new job so it will probably be another month before he can put more money into it and make it a toy.

Question… Looking for some advice in supplements. Currently taking no supplements minus daily vitamin, fish oil, collagen, zinc, vit D, Calcium, Vit E. Recommendations? Goals: muscle.

I hit the gym everyday 2 hours. Routine has changed a bit with the shoulder issue but getting better lost a ton of strength in the right arm but working on it.

Remember I’m a squirrel I get bored with routine.

Gym is more than fitness it’s mental clarity and a couples hours of my time. It’s life.
