I don't get the 350mg of theanine. The Defiant Unleashed version is better.

Did you actually try it though? I don’t even believe a lot of the labels. Lol One pre might list more dmha, and other stims yet one that has way less feels stronger.

I used the Gold Crack early this morning at 70% of the serving size. I had a hella good workout! It’s damn good! Strong long lasting feel good energy. No euphoria or crash (at least so far). At this dose the AY is only at 0.7mg so I didn’t get the typical dirty stim feeling from that and none of the other sides from it. Need to add pump ingredients to this pre for sure. This shouldn’t be an everyday pre just once or twice a week. I will probably go with it once every other week.

Used it enough now to try and compare. Really it hits about the same as regular crack for me. I actually got a better deal on crack gold then I did on crack. If you want a complete pre with great pumps get the regular. If you don’t care about that then go with crack gold. You get 25 full servings instead of 20. Both are super strong at full dose. I usually use 3/4 a serving. So can’t go wrong with either. Crack/crack gold is my favorite pre so far.

i like 1/2 scoop somatomax with a scoop of all out-sweat....i put pink floyd pulse in cd player and go for really long runs, the euphoria usually kicks in strong at about the half hour mark.

So you take Somatomax the sleep supplement prior to running? It doesn't make you drowsy?

yup, not when taken with stims...when combined with stims it has a energized yet mellow effect.

Flame is suppose to give good euphoria but I haven’t tried it myself yet. Lots of research chems you can buy and mix to make something better then excelsior and at least you will know what’s in it.

Mine definitely has a different consistency than the normal powdery type, but I just shook it well and kind of broke it up with a fork. It was semi solid when I first got it but now it’s just kind of “sticky”. I just kind of pack it in the scoop and it seems to work ok.

Never got to try Vicaine, but if I were to guess, Vicaine had more relaxation and euphoria, while the pre workout has great focus, energy , motivation, with some euphoria.

I could not really feel the Y, I’m sensitive to Y, so I assume it’s low. So this pre workout is fine for Y sensitive people.

The clumpiness is probably from the GlycerSize. Not sure why companies have to include that in pre-workouts when it's known to clump.
