Lads, sorry, another question.
Loving Han Swolo, really am, but my workouts are usually 7am before I go to work, (Have my own home/barn gym) and basically I used to wake up at 0530, stumble into the kitchen, try to find my own mouth and shove 2xGlycophase or Slin Max in there, wait 15/20 mins and then have a shake consisting of 50g carbs, hemavol, glycerol or Vaso 6 and then go workout about 45 mins later.
So the question is, while obviously dropping the Hemavol and Vaso6, would it be worthwhile taking the GDA and Carbs with the Swolo?
