ZOO Grows Into The Show (Show Day)

Based on what you have said and handled before, I expect you to be just fine on 10mg in the picture. I also expect you to be lean enough anyway that the extra muscle fullness it will add will outweigh the drier/harder look the winny would have given. Size is a harder thing for you to come by at the minute than leaning.
 
UPDATE (4 Weeks Out)

Fasted weight: 203.2 lbs

Hand is starting to feel better. It’s super tight and crisp but I was able to grip dumbbells today with it to get a nice pump going.

Yesterday I got a great massage from a place in town who is open on weekends and in the morning. This legit Thai lady was able to break up some problem areas in my back, legs, and shoulders. My whole body felt like bubble wrap popping lol. Booked a second appointment for this coming Sunday and hope to make it a regular thing if my wallet can manage it haha.

Got some solid ass sleep last night which was much needed after the sleepless night prior.

All in all I am feeling much more rested and ready for the week.

I’m really starting to ramp things up to finish out prep. It’ll be a close race to the finish line but I think I’m still in the running to make a decent physique from a doughy start. I’m adding in clen at 40mcg to start and increasing T3 to 50mcg. This is in addition to the anabolic doses bump.

13k steps daily. 8k steps on Sunday.

I’m glad you decided to finish what you started. Obviously it’s not optimal with your injury, but you’re dealing with the cards you got dealt and doing the best you can with it. I think that’s enough for anyone to feel proud regardless of their placing.

Wooooo!!! No lie I feel a bit stronger too. If not for my back strain coming and going I am confident I could be pulling 500+ without much difficulty.

Not sure but I feel like I woke up looking tighter today. Lower back has a lot of fat to get rid of.

A minute detail but I am taking a break from Dihydroberberine (GlucoVantage) for this week and next (with exception of Saturday). My understanding is that berberine is most effective when incorporating periodic breaks and since I’m essentially no carbs then now would be a good time to “upregulate” my body’s response to it.

Gah! You still got that merry fucking christmas tree back! Got that bicep popping too… I remember when you had to work so hard to get them so 3d and shapely just because shoulder dominance and such. Glad to see through injury, it is still there!

Thanks man! I’m surprised it’s held up since all I’ve done for it is harness deadlifts and reverse hyper with conservative weight. I’m actually training that right now lmao XD

Strength has notably increased. Like by a lot lol. I trained upper body and reps/weight increased substantially on the exercises I’m able to do. Still, I’m only doing 5 lbs for dumbbell curls with my right arm. Strictly for rehab purposes and will not be increasing it.

In other exciting news, the samples for Juice Daddy arrived yesterday. I will be testing Peach 🍑 flavor tomorrow and Blue Razz on Saturday. Greatly looking forward to it. Bostin will be trying his in the next few days as well. If we both give the okay then Juice Daddy will move into production.

Daft Pump samples are en route 💪🏻😎

I’m getting bloods drawn this morning and will be trying to get an x ray on my arm too. The x ray is strictly to move forward with a referral for seeing a specialist. I will be interested to see what my lipids are now that I’m on a fairly hard cycle.

That’s awesome man! Glad you’re seeing strength increases despite your arm being all jacked up. I think you’re playing it right keeping the weight low for curls as well instead of trying to push it. Good news on your supplements too man! I’m looking forward to giving Daft Pump a whirl once it’s released.

Goddamn the Tren sweats are kicking in now lol. Definitely making sleep a bit more difficult. On the upside the **** is going to work there's no doubt about that. This is particularly important now that my weight is starting to make a substantial drop, which is needed. Ideally, I should be around 185-190 lbs for the show after depletion, water/sodium manipulation, and carb up.

Do you have any thoughts to bump T4 slightly based on the 0.8 value?

Seriously, right? I’m quite happy overall. Especially with the Ezetimibe proving itself. Granted my diet also helps. Actually, yes, I am. I use Bitiron which is a combination of of T3/T4 but I have a limited supply so I’m looking to get more. Currently I’m using 2 tabs of Bitiron (25mcg/100mcg) and 1 tab of Tiromel (T3 25mcg) to get my current dose. Once I secure more Bitiron I will replace the Tiromel and increase T4 dose. More than likely I will maintain a higher T3/T4 dose even after the show as it appears that is most beneficial.
 
Back is looking great, once you get some tan on it should really pop !!
 
UPDATE (2 Weeks Out)

Well, folks, it's down to the wire. A lot of progress has been made thus far, but, again, I am uncertain as to what the final outcome will yield. It’s hard to tell exactly where I’m at as I’m rather flat but I’d say I’m a little more behind than I’d like to be despite being aware this whole prep was kind of a last minute decision. Nonetheless, I am remaining optimistic overall based on how things are going. In regards to continuing steadily paced progress, the fork in the road I face is whether to increase output and/or decrease intake (calories); however, not wanting to forfeit any (of the little remaining) muscle I have, I am leaning towards the former in combination with a step up in PEDs - perhaps even continue to recomp. A small dietary change to note is reducing my max diet soda intake from 6 to 4 cans per day (+1 energy drink). Also, I will no longer have my weekend English muffins and calorie boost until the carb-up phase.

While I'm not feeling terrible, the prep effects are becoming more notable with a general lack of spare energy/motivation to spare. Sleep is a chore most of the time but I am managing it fairly well with a combination of items such as Superhuman Sleep, GABA, Theanine, and 50mg Diphenhydramine. I likely won't post much from now until the show but I will make small updates noting the changes leading into it over the next 2 weeks as compounds are pulled, added, adjusted, etc. as well as changes to the diet (depletion/carb-up). Bostin has given me a good outline of what needs to be done so I will record them as I go rather than posting ahead of time.

One gamble I'm taking is my choice of attire for the show. If I recall correctly, the rules stipulate that the shorts in the physique division must be knee-length. Instead, I ordered a slightly shorter pair of shorts that will better show leg development, but not so short that I might not be able to get away with it. They're pretty lax/chill at Venice so it may pan out as I feel it could give me a slight (and needed) edge considering my underwhelming upper body. This is humorous in a sad sense as previously my situation was the reverse lol.

Daily steps increased to 15k M-Sat with 10k steps on Sunday.

I think it is a great idea to increase output some and perhaps fine tune compounds instead of decreasing calories a bunch more. Seems to be working as is, plus it’s good to think about what you have rolling for after the show too💪🏼

It will lighten up over time but should still remain fairly visible even then. Either way I’m pretty stoked. I’m going to get a command seal on the other hand 💪🏻

Definitely! Looking good @ZOO No expert here, but since you're still ramping things up into the show, a little more lat width i think will help you nail the show!
I don’t think my lats will grow between now and then but they aren’t opened up in the photo. My back is more pulled back in the pic so on stage I’ll spread them in the pose.
