any muscle building benefit? has anyone noticed any difference in strength in the gym?
I believe it does .. could be mainly due to NO benefits / elevated test levels im sure contributes to it as well.any muscle building benefit? has anyone noticed any difference in strength in the gym?
thanks, appreciatedI believe it does .. could be mainly due to NO benefits / elevated test levels im sure contributes to it as well.
Spilanthes is cool in that it has natural testosterone and nitric oxide enhancing properties - so it should help with performance in the gym and the bedroom.I posted in another thread for feedback, but how is everyone liking this product right now? Like performance wise in the gym(not in the bedroom) similar to citrulline/arginine?? Just seeing if there are any benefits taking spilanthes gym wise.
oh thats tough .. i have tested spilanthes more so i am going to go with that for myselfSo this vs Furosap, which one you think is better for libido?
I think this is one of those where the answer may be different for different people type of things and depend on how they respond to them.So this vs Furosap, which one you think is better for libido?
You def can .. it was designed to be stacked with Mtest which offers tongkat + boron + more .. so Viron would be okay imo.Can you use Spilanthes with BLR Viron? cheers..
Would you stack this or Optimize T with m test ?It would make a great stack with M-Test for sure.
Yes, you can stack Optimize-T with M-Test.Would you stack this or Optimize T with m test ?
i see on examine that you need 100mg/kg (acmella) to see any results on fsh and lh. any opinion?Yes, you can stack Optimize-T with M-Test.
My first opinion would be to fact check your sources and don't believe everything that examine.com says. A lot of times when it comes to herbs, they give out dosages with no regard to what the herb is standardized for or the concentration of the standardization.i see on examine that you need 100mg/kg (acmella) to see any results on fsh and lh. any opinion?
im not educated about this herb (not my job, def not my study) so i was just wondering. i cant wait for m test to arrive...and if i like it, to stack it with this one or (probably) optimize t.My first opinion would be to fact check your sources and don't believe everything that examine.com says. When it comes to herbs, what's important is the active constituent and standardization. In this case, of Spilanthes. But other examples include Milk Thistle, Curcumin, and many more. For example, if you want liver support benefits, its not how much Milk Thistle you take, its how much Silymarin is in the Milk Thistle you take, so the dosage required of an 80% to be effective would be completely different than of a 5%. Or Tongkat Ali, the type we use in Optimize-T is std. to a min 2% Eurycomanone whereas many types are .1 or .2 percent - meaning the the 2% is literally 10 to 20 times higher % of Eurycomanone than the lower ones so of course the dosage needed would be lower.
In the Spilanthes XT write up, which is included in the first posts in this thread, we specifically address the importance of standardization of Spilanthes which is why we use a branded ingredient type.
In this thread alone, there is a lot of great feedback on Spilanthes XT.
No problem at all. I'm glad to answer questions. I always try to cover things like that in the product write ups.im not educated about this herb (not my job, def not my study) so i was just wondering. i cant wait for m test to arrive...and if i like it, to stack it with this one or (probably) optimize t.
I'm really glad to hear that you're enjoying itOptimize-T is nice. I am enjoying it. Kudos.

150mg per day per kilos...am i wrong?@sns8778 - have you read this study ..
Researchers have also noted an increase in sexual frequency, ejaculation and penile erection index (PEI). In fact, 150mg per day saw a 300% increase in PEI and Viagra saw a 400% increase. Therefore, Spilanthes extract isn’t far off Viagra for erection quality and frequency.
It is important to note that some of these Viagra-like benefits that come from Spilanthes acmella, actually come from its ability to increase Nitric Oxide (NO2). This is exciting news for athletes looking to use Spilanthes prior to exercise and increase testosterone and blood flow to skeletal muscles.
.. bro if i have a 2nd child its gonna be because of this, first one i thanked M-test for it lol
i dont remember to be honest .. been a while since i read that aus study150mg per day per kilos...am i wrong?
Not as simple as that because it would vary by the % of active ingredient per material.150mg per day per kilos...am i wrong?
Spilanthes has been shown to increase nitric oxide. That has been stated in the studies but they didn't go in depth as to how it does so if I remember correctly, but the focal point of the study was whether it actually did, not how it did it.does it boost NO like beet root or does it work as something that inhibit the thing that brake NO production?
I’ve used it in Optimize T and I can’t say I’ve noticed a diuretic effect. Just my personal feedback thoughDoes this extract have a diuretic effect?
Strangely enough I notice if I dose it too close to bed.Does this extract have a diuretic effect?
None that I've noticed personally and haven't had any feedback on it having diuretic properties to it.Does this extract have a diuretic effect?
We should have Spilanthes XT back in stock within the next couple of weeks.Seems to be out of stock at a few places. I even checked out the SNS site and no stock.
Yes, that one should be back in stock within the next 2 weeks as far as I know.Does Anacyclus comming back in stock soon also?
We should have Spilanthes XT back in stock within the next 3 weeks I'm hoping. Will this ever be back in stock?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience of this and any out of stocks.
We do our best to keep products in stock to the best of our ability.
I know that it can be frustrating to consumers, but its also very frustrating to us as a company because we depend on products being in stock for our sales and to exist as a company and pay our bills.
A lot of the out of stocks that we've had have been because of the well-known issues that this industry has had with the supply chain within the last year. We offer over 70 sku's, so we're going to have more out of stocks than most companies because we offer so many more products than other companies.
Also, some of the out of stocks have been caused by our commitment to great quality products and cost effective prices.
We are very specific and picky about raw material quality and we also use a lot of branded ingredients in our products.
So, if a branded ingredient is out of stock, we have no choice but to wait.
Also, if we can't get an ingredient to the spec we want, we wind up out of stock. Probably a bad business decision and that's why a lot of brands would just substitute whatever spec they could get at the time to stay in stock, but I'm just not comfortable with that because we have a lot of people that depend on our products to deliver on their desired results and its important to me personally that they do so as well.
I hope all of that makes sense and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
I have a lot of allergies myself and I wonder if your allergy is to a particular type/constituent of Fenugreek or overall Fenugreek itself. The reason that I ponder that is because Furosap is a extracted a particular way to have high concentrations of particular actives whereas regular Fenugreek can have properties that cause flushing and redness, particularly in males but that do not pertain to Furosap at all. Basically, there's a lot to Fenugreek and I do a lot of allergy research so its a subject I'm fascinated by.Thank you for the reply! I appreciate it.
I did see it's in Optimize T.
Unfortunately, I seem to have an allergic reaction to fenugreek.
Shilajit is a little too acetylcholine boosting for me as well.
Appreciate the response. That's an interesting idea...I have a lot of allergies myself and I wonder if your allergy is to a particular type/constituent of Fenugreek or overall Fenugreek itself. For Shilajit, its not particularly acetylcholine boosting. I'm not saying that it may not be for you, but just wanted to clarify that for anyone else reading this thread. I'm a big fan of the ingredient itself and think its wonderful for a lot of things, but I wouldn't promote it as an acetyl choline booster, although I've seen that some brands do.
I'm glad that you like Spilanthes though and we should have it back in stock within a couple weeks.
Also, if you want to, you can click follow on my profile and follow my posts and you'll see another product come out very soon that will have Spilanthes as part of a great overall formula that will not have Shilajit or Furosap in it that you may like as well
What's the allergic reaction you get with Fenugreek? I feel when I take too much it breaks me out.Thank you for the reply! I appreciate it.

Mainly fatigue and stuffy nose. What's the allergic reaction you get with Fenugreek? I feel when I take too much it breaks me out.
I'm not going to derail this thread by discussing an ingredient that it has nothing to do with.Appreciate the response. That's an interesting idea...
I have to disagree with you though. Shilajit is a pretty potent acetylcholine boosting supplement in my experience via it acting as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. Specifically, the humid and fulvic acids.
I'm also sensitive to high acetylcholine resulting in depression...and every time I've taken shilajit alone it leads to a decrease in mood. I will say...I am the exception, not the rule...but do a quick search in the reddit r/nootropics and you will see there a quite a few people who also experience mood lowering effects from acetylcholine promoting compounds.
INVESTIGATION OF INHIBITORY EFFECT OF HUMIC ACID ON ACETYLCHOLINESTERASE AND BUTYRYLCHOLINESTERASE ENZYME
Systemic administration of defined extracts from Withania somnifera (Indian Ginseng) and Shilajit differentially affects cholinergic but not glutamatergic and GABAergic markers in rat brain
"Administration of Shilajit led to reduced acetylcholinesterase staining, restricted to the basal forebrain nuclei including medial septum and the vertical limb of the diagonal band."
Inhibitory Activity of the Extract, Fractions, and Compounds 1-6 of Mongolian Shilajit on AChE, BChE, and BACE1 Activity and AGE Formation
"The Shilajit extract and n-BuOH fraction inhibited AChE activity (IC50 422.83 ± 6.11 and 240.28 ± 8.58 µg/mL, respectively, whereas the n-BuOH fraction and extract showed greater inhibition of BChE activity (IC50 55.85 ± 1.01, 59.36 ± 0.76 µg/mL, respectively) than the other fractions. "
Again, I am the exception here and most people probably love shilajit. I love SNS products. Just wanted to give a heads up to people who may be sensitive and didn't realize shilajit contains acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.
