I'm looking to get into some better joint support supps. I'm 40 and 6'7", so I'm pretty prone to joint pain.

I ran through "Innoflex" and "Iron Bros." so far. Does anyone have a great go to that they use? Thanks.

i honestly believe its the best in the market .. you can even stack this with SNS Cissus powder which has been a great stack for joints .. but alone works pretty well.

Another vote for SNS Joint Support and Cissus. Actually have a couple of each headed to my house as we speak. I'm using both along with Apex Alchemy Helios (topical curcumin) and feel great.

Contact Body Shock. I know for sure they have the new version of Joint Support XT. They are in the process of listing things, but I know they have it, just unsure if listed yet.

Powermyself
They are OOS on the old formula of Joint Support XT and haven't ordered the new version yet. They haven't ordered in really any of the new stuff. I like Powermyself and have enjoyed working with them for years, but I honestly feel like they hate me sometimes as hard as it is to get them to offer any of the new products.

Had to double check and you are right. Didn't notest it's OOS at the first quick check I did or that it's the old formula, lol.

Bodyshock don't have it yet up on their site as they don't have almost any of the new releases. I just made an order from them couple days ago and was looking to get many of the new SNS releases, but could only get Pine Pollen of the ones I was looking for. Well next time..

I just take curcumin and it seems to help...
Oral? What dosage? I've been thinking about trying out an oral curc if for no other reason than I'm using 4 topicals right now, ha ha.

Joint Support XT has C3 Curcumin in it now.

And if you're looking for an additional Curcumin and want something really unique, give me a few weeks and you'll be very pleased :)

i think it’s around 800-1000 mg a day...
500mg caps are really ideal IMO because that’s a good dose and if you want to use 1,000 it’s still convenient. You also want to really add Bioperine if using orally, up to 20mg has been shown to further enhance absorption.

Personally the Vitamin Shoppe I take have 5mg added, I dose with my Coq10 and DIM which each have 5mg added and/or add a cap of Bioperine. I also take my TUDCA then to capitalize on the absorption.

800-1,000mg daily is the oral dose range for LVH reversal.

If you strength train, you likely have LVH. If you strength train and use exogenous androgens, you definitely are going to develop some LVH. While this is a natural adaptation, too much of anything can become an issue. Looking at harm reduction for the enhanced male here.

DIM is for healthier estrogen management. I can run less AI with it on board and it’s dirt cheap.

Got ya. I know all about lvh just didn’t put left ventricular hypertrophy and lvh together for some reason. But yes taking exogenous hormones will make that worse...

I am dealing with plantar fasciitis and a lot of other pain and inflammation (knees, low back, shoulder). I just bought Joint Support and Cissus powder. This combination helped me A LOT when I had some issues earlier this year.

Would it make sense to increase the dosage on one or both of these for a bit until I get things more under control?

The way you’re presenting can be indicative of an autoimmune condition called ankylosing spondylitis. Have you had labs done? Check your CRP

I'm glad to hear that Joint Support XT helped you a lot in the past when you were going thru this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're having to go thru it though.

As for increasing the dosages:
Joint Support XT - I can't ever officially say to increase anything past the suggested use dose, but personally if it were me, I don't see any harm in doing so. If I were to do that, I would be looking at 3 or 4 caps twice per day. I wouldn't go over that.
Cissus XT - I have seen some people go to 6 caps per day during periods of intense inflammation.

So maybe 3 caps each twice per day; or 4 caps Joint Support XT and 3 Cissus XT twice per day.

In the past, I had some issues with that in my heels and I thought it was coming from my autoimmune condition bc I frequently have swelling and issues with other joints. As it turns out (and not recommending this, but its what helped me), if that I now do cardio and leg workouts either barefoot or in flip flops (or in Reebok force flex shoes; the first generation was like being barefoot; but the ones now are nowhere near as good). I know that sounds crazy, but it was apparently the restriction of the shoes positioning me certain ways. I'm not recommending this bc obviously its a bit unsafe in the sense of plates and things dropping and being barefoot or in flip flops, but it worked for me. I've never had the issue since except when I do go on long hikes or something bc of the terrain wear hiking boots.

Just purchased the SNS stack and was $5 cheaper on Amazon. We will see if it helps my torn medial meniscus and super inflamed ac joint. No looking for miracles. Just a slight reduction in inflammation/pain. NPP was a miracle and trying to find a substitute

It’s brutal. Some days it’s ok and other it’s super painful
I hope Joint Support XT helps and I hope the issue for you improves soon. Physical therapy helped mine a lot; I had to even adjust the way I stand because of it.

Thanks for the advice! I have gone to the doctor in the past (and had blood work done) because I was worried about a potential autoimmune problem due to joint pain. I was diagnosed with garden variety arthritis. The rheumatologist was surprised it was so bad when I was relatively young, but didn’t find any evidence of an autoimmune issue. I do have loose joints which probably accelerated the arthritis.
The plantar fasciitis is new but I probably upped cardio faster than I should have. I will see the doctor if things don’t ease up soon.

Thank you for the detailed advice! I upped the Cissus XT dose yesterday and will evaluate for a couple of days and then up the Joint Support XT dose.
That is interesting about the barefoot training. I would never have considered that. Do you jog/run barefoot as well?

On the treadmill, I do either barefoot or flip flops (sounds crazy but I have found some Sperry's that give me basically perfect comfort on that; so much so that I bought several backup pairs). Outside I'll job in the real flex shoes just bc of worries of stepping on stuff. I like the 1st generation of the Reebok Real Flex and Adidas shoes that were supposed to be like running barefoot because they really did feel like it but it seems like every version since goes backwards and feels less and less like it.

I'm sorry to hear that. Overall feedback on it has been great and it has multiple clinically researched ingredients; but different things work differently for different people. I'm surprised with the # of things in it and the different mechanisms of action that you feel it didn't work at all for you though.
