Cool video. The case that using steroids causes your genetic potential to increase permanent.
Satellite cell proliferation at a minimum, plus fiber distribution remodeling, and bone growth. They have done biopsies showing gear changes you forever.

This is why trans women have to compete athletically with biological males.

So, been busy last few days. Kids. Work. Then this discouraging scan from Wednesday. Got to show the good, bad, and ugly. Says fat mass up, lean mass down, total weight down. I don't like that. That said, in the mirror, I look dryer and learner; margin of error in the scan? Probably.

Some pictures post pull day. Arms need more work, and will be a hypertrophy focus for remainder of cycle.

Pull day consisted of machine curls, standing barbell curls, lat pulls, no straps, and seated cable rows, no straps. Want to bring our the forearms and biceps more. Feel free to criticize or encourage, as both of those encourage.

Day 19 Ultra Hard

DHT levels high. I find my fuse is shorter than normally, and my jump to aggression is swift. Fortunately for everyone around me, I am chill and joyful normally, so the aggression gets put into check before I do or say anything I would regret, and I give thanks to God for that; back in military college, I was coined "Rage Knight".

Skin still had that dry, clay like look.

Well being is top notch.

Striations and vascularity are high, even on a high carb diet.

Joints dry, but not painful, or too dry.

Muscles are very dense.

Pull day was today, and bicep strength and endurance was up.

My body temperature feels higher. I feel warm overall. Thermogenisis.

It's the real deal! No doubt in my mind that Ultra Hard is what it claims to be, and does what it claims to do.

i agree...some people sell short the potency, effectiveness of andro's, imo.

for me the androsterone, epiandro combination works really well

My game plan going forward.
Already dropped creatine over a week ago.
Dropping MK starting next week. Excess water from creatine and MK should drop.

Will reintroduce creatine in PCT along with the Viking1 peptide combo (my GH receptors will be fresh). In theory, water weight and glycogen retention should go up again in PCT, and if ducks are in row, cortisol and prolactin in check, PCT should go more than "just okay". My desire is to progress from cycle, through PCT, and beyond. I'm an optimist.

I think you sold me on trying Ultra Hard. Is there a board sponsor that carries it preferably with a discount code?

Day 24 Ultra Hard

I have rested from Friday through Sunday. Hit legs today.

Woke up this morning looking more lean in the mirror than usual. Definitely a dryer look, especially when I first wake up. No bloat. Looks like water weight is lower. Appears as fat is decreasing on abdominal area. Great considering I'm not trying to be dry, and I'm not trying to lose fat. Aggression is top notch, and libido is especially too notch on day of Ultra Hard and HCG, and the day after HCG. Good report on joints, over the last few days, not as dry feeling. Yet experiencing other effects of the extra DHT; a visually and physically harder look. I do push day tomorrow, and will see about updated pictures, and updated scans.

As for DMZ!

Man I am really feeling toxic by this point in time. Waves of being tired come over me. I'm not a napping guy, and naps sound great now. If I was satisfied where I was now, I would stop the DMZ, but, feel a couple more weeks will add more lean mass, and solidify any true muscle that was added. The toxicity is making it more and more uncomfortable to eat. The HCG combined with Ultra Hard are keeping me afloat. I dropped MK677 as well. Really hoping for a positive scan come Wednesday, even though the mirror is the gague of all.

I did warn you 6 weeks of 60mg was going to be a test of your willingness to suffer.

Your appetite isn’t going to get better, so you may find yourself recomping more from here on even doing your best to keep the hammer down. White rice & cereals like fruity/cocoa pebbles are helpful. Adding fats gets more cals down but ultimately increases actual satiety, which makes it even harder to keep eating big. White fish like tilapia and cod can be good protein options, and blending chicken shakes can be a nifty trick as well.

I've come this far, to suffer more. I am out of Kratom now, so with that out of my system, appetite may not get worse.

I honestly found out through extreme trial and error that when you start feeling like sh1t from drugs its game over, better to step back and recover, and then do it again after a while, unelss we are talking show preparation of course.

Sometimes its hard to let go... but its the best course of action.

I'm weighing that option. Being off Kratom now, and not using DMAA/DMHA, I'm going to wait a couple days and see how my body feels. Lethargy better today than yesterday.

Being off DMAA helped you fight fatigue? It
gave me energy.

I get tolerant to compounds, especially stims quickly. Once that happens, the stim gives a decent effect for the gym, and then afterwards I am trucking along. Same with Kratom, it's relaxing and stimulating at the same time, after some times, you go through a similar withdrawal, so you feel fine while on, but can feel run down when the effects wear off. Weigh in is tomorrow.

I did flat bench press today as well. First time in a couple months now. No pain in shoulders fortunately (the reason I switched up to DB press), and to my surprise, the flat bench seemed to activate my pecs better than DB press (I know they are activated well when I can flex and make myself cramp up, which happened). Perhaps the shoulders will continue to play nice, and I can reintroduce it as my staple chest exercise.

How you considering adding Epindro or 1-andro to mitigate the side effects? Or any other form of testosterone for that matter.

Maybe consider tapping your ancillaries (TUDCA, nac, fish oil, doublilg up on your multivitamin, extra vit B or extra vit C etc...)

Also I find it for beneficial to take a greens product on and off cycle. All the extra antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, pre and probiotics. Just a simple product with all around feel good and removing some of the toxins you are talking about.

I'm on Ultra Hard (topical epiandro and Androsterone) coupled with HCG (test and estrogen). I take 1800mg NAC a day, and 3 caps of Follidrone (potent antioxidant) a day. I admit, I do need more fruits and veggies in my life, as I rarely have any. I also do not take a multi vitamin. The Ultra Hard overall has done a great job at promoting good libido and well being; only been recently that I have felt as bad as I have. I do know liver stress can promote lethargy and low appetite.

And funny enough, stim and Kratom withdrawal can provide similar negative side effects as extreme liver stress and toxicity, so weighing my options over a couple days.

curious---if you don't eat many fruits or veggies why don't you take a multi? do you use a greens supplement?

i know you are really interested in good health, this post truly surprised me.

I do not use a green supplement. I can get into a bad runt of prioritizing things incorrectly, including my health, with the attitude of "I'll fix it after". Also, I'm a pretty good procrastinator! Not my best couple of traits. Usually have to be at my end wits, to say enough is enough. Fortunately, other areas of my life I have matured. I do plan on getting a decent multi vitamin.

Adding in a wet compound like 4 andro would compliment those 2 dry ones you are running nicely by lubricating dry joints, reducing fatigue, and increasing test.

This run is almost done, so if there is a next time, I will definitely consider that. I'm also really hopeful that I will begin to feel a lot better within a couple days just because of the drop of kratom.

Okay, so you have your test base covered. I think re-adding your multivitamin, increasing tudca and a good greens product could go along ways.

maybe, just maybe adding in a quality multi might give you the boost you need and quite possibly help you to detoxify?
I'll look for one that includes TUDCA. I much prefer the feeling of being healthy as apposed to not.

You will definitely not find a multi that includes a meaningful dose of TUDCA. It is a very expensive ingredient.

Nor will 3-500mg even make you feel better at this point. You would need 900-1,000 to even hope to help. If you start pricing this you’ll probably be put off from trying it.

As someone who has used DMZ at least 4 times now, with a lot of support, I feel confident in saying you aren’t going to “out-support” it once you feel bleh, if it’s not the Kratom to blame. DMZ pretty much starts crushing my appetite by end of week 2. If I put my support list up it would probably blow some people’s minds - like 50 caps/day on a blast of various vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, health supplements. And that still doesn’t prevent this.

I’m pretty far up on the supports as well. Like you said the OP you can never over-support. Especially while on cycle.

Little update. No gym or scan today. The Kratom withdrawal insomnia last night. Was laying awake in bed till almost 5am. Wanting to fall asleep, but not made the time feel like only an hour flew by. Hitting the gym would not of been beneficial. Fortunately, that insomnia, and getting through it means I'm probably over the hill now, and should have a good sleep tonight.

Present scans

Lower total body weight
Lower skeletal muscle
Lower lean body mass
But significantly less total body water compared to the last two scans (which drives up artificially lean mass/skeletal mass)

Been off creatine about 2 weeks, off MK a few days, off CJC1295 about 2 weeks.
