TPP/NPP/MP dimethandrostenol blast

So I am getting a little bit of aggravation in the ol nipples. I don’t wanna go wild with the AI use so maybe I’ll just toss in proviron to see if that helps at all. I have mast and can increase that dose as well. I’m not overly worried I just don’t wanna crush my estrogen in a panic. I have a little caber on hand but I don’t wanna waste it if it’s not necessary.
 
Had a shitty push workout yesterday. Super exhausted and just had nothing in me. Kinda feeling the same today but we will see how it goes
 
So pretty exhausted again today but got in a decent workout. Pull day. Focused on getting a good pump. Still haven’t been as hungry.
 
I’m already considering stretching this out beyond the 8 weeks. I was thinking of doing 2 mo on/off/on but that will run into my TRT bloods

Yeah either just keep going with the blend for about that or switch over to tren a/e/h blend I have a low dose for 8 Weeks or less and take off until after my bloodwork.
It’s a blend of 60mg each ester so I’d just run an ml a week with some mast and low test added in. No orals or anything.

So my...ex I guess... is moving out Friday. It’s gonna be tough now trying to make a schedule for our daughter and having it jive with my schedule with my older daughter I have with my ex wife. I have two ways I can go with this. One being my usual self destructive method and the other is just diving face first hard into this cycle. I’m gonna for sure stretch this cycle out now. I’m hoping I can manage to stick with the latter rather than the former. I know a lot of us have struggled with the same **** so it’s not a new story.

I would like to discuss dosage and stuff for the last 8 weeks of my cycle. I’m gonna finish the planned 8 weeks I have laid out and then I wanna give tren another try for 6-8 weeks however long I can last. All I have in my head is 1ml/wk which is 180mg tren a/e/h. Prob keep test lowish and no idea about mast. @Alchemist11 i know you like parabolan
 
The fact you posited examples of coping means you already understand, at least subconsciously, that you have a choice in how you let all of this affect you. You do not get to always decide what happens to you, but you DO get to decide how you handle things, how you react and what emotions you allow yourself to feel as well as express.

I would recommend focusing on your training, something you enjoy and believe in that let’s you train fairly frequently. Think shorter sessions more often, if that can work with your schedule.

I work out daily on my lunch break at work. I’m thinking getting some extra cardio sessions in on evenings I don’t have my kids now or sandbag training or some hikes. Whatever to keep it moving

And yeah my counselor at the VA likes to point out that I’m very self aware of these things...but still struggle with them

Man situations like that always suck, sorry to hear that...
In my opinion, blend like that will give a smooth ride, no peaks and drops, just steady and calm. As far as Parabolan-Tren H goes, I can tell you that I feel really good on it (I have short fuse naturally), to be honest, now, on 230 mg of Tren H WITH Anadrol, I feel more calm, I somehow just don't give a shyt about stress or anything else besides my goals. If I have work to do, no problem, just like in the gym. So Tren Hex wouldn't make you nervous or something like that.
My friend actually started with same blend, only higher mg per ml and he also says that he feels good, and confirmes my statemend about focus on thing that matter.

It’s not easy controlling reactions, by any stretch of the imagination. Some things just make you want to break stuff, or give up. But the self awareness is still powerful and important to possess.

Evening cardio sounds like a good idea.
 
I did order some Ralox to start since I’m getting some growth/agitation. This is the last week of the dbol tho I think so that may help too. I’m hoping it’s not from the 19nor

I'm keeping my dbol at 25mg because I will be adding another oral
 
I might just end the dnol and dbol a few days early. The nausea I’ve been feeling A. Just sucks a ton and B. Makes it hard for me to eat. I’m hoping that’s what’s causing me to feel this way
 
Man I was SO ready to finish my month of DMZ & Methylclostebol (40/75mg) last week. By day 10 appetite was taking a nosedive. And heart rate in training was exhausting. I stuck it out, but I am enjoying the break. On Mk677 & Rad140 right now (and test and mast still) and it’s nice to be able to feel some semblance of hunger on this bulk.

resonates with me, Literally a month ago I found out my wife has been shagging my best mate (and business partner) behind my back for a year. I’ve got two kids with her so complicates things a lot.

I agree with the above though. Training is a good focus and helps keep us mentally tough as well as physically.

if I can offer one piece of advice, don’t make the mistake of training bench, near your max with no spotter and love songs on the speaker. It was just after I found out and I started crying on my third rep 😂 had to grind the **** outta that situation

Same boat. I finally dove in and added 200 mg of test to my trest run and boom! Right nip agitated. I knew I preferred trest alone lol. If you do end up using caber just remember it takes a few weeks get results due to a molasses like titration.
 
I’m already starting to feel a bit better after stopping the orals. I didn’t take them last night or this morning. Not quite 100% but improving already

I am seeing more and more why guys just take orals for a couple weeks here and there when they want a boost. They don’t often make sense for weeks on end unless cutting, the way they can disrupt appetite.

hadn’t ever heard any of their stuff, just listened to separation. Like it. Reminds me of a hard core red hot chilli peppers. Might have to use that instead next time, no chance of getting pinned then 🤣

I normally go for bounce tracks tbh. Fast beat, intense euphoria etc. Hangover from my HIIT training days

How do you like the rad? Looking at sth anabolic to add to trt dose of test, thought about anavar but i am not sure if i want to take my chances, i really dont want to run winstrol.

All the horror stories about sarms put me off a bit, but then i stumble upon few good experiences.

I mean, of course a sarm is going to be weakrr than a steroid because a sarm only works thorugh the receptor while aas have non receptor mediated action.

I have used it totally solo and now with test, mast and Mk. I do not experience any lethargy now due to not lacking an androgen base. The only side at 30mg is a greater disposition to cramp, and it’s slightly easier to be aggressive in training when I need to turn it on. The big benefits are strength, muscle hardening, and a slightly better utilization of nutrients. When I used it solo as I recall I gained maybe 3-4lbs in a month and my overhead press went up maybe 10lbs. I did get a couple random nosebleeds around week 3-4, which has never happened on anything else. Others have reported that as well.

There’s chimpanzee studies showing that based on kg of bodyweight, the ideal RAD dose for men is likely about 12-15mg for optimal muscle growth. 100mg equivalent produced very little more muscle, just enhanced fatloss. But obviously much cheaper and less side potential at the low dose. I’m only using 30mg because I tolerate it well and am just trying to burn up this bottle to bridge me to M1A in a couple weeks.
 
I did start Ralox yesterday and that combined with no more dbol and the nips are already improving

I like most orals but for a feel good dbol has a separate place for me it's just like Hulk Smash
 
So I took the week off from the gym. First week of an empty house so I’ve been spending time hitting the bottle and going out with some ladies. I think I’m gonna drop the deca while I’m on the NPP bc while spending time with one of them last night well it was just not as it sometimes is. I know booze and my PTSD and depression meds can add to this but I’m just gonna try to remove another possibility. Have the kids a little more this week so gonna be less time fucking off and more time getting my **** right.
 
So apparently I’m super sensitive to prolactin bc the nipples aren’t getting any better. Ralox and aromasin isn’t helping. Started taking caber last week but that’ll take time. I’ve been taking P5P the whole cycle. So I’m a little hesitant to move over to tren from the NPP as I had planned. Really not sure what I’m gonna so from here
 
I also have very little caber and no local source for it. I really try to avoid ordering from overseas. I’m a little bummed about all this

I dont know whether tren and nand actually increase prolactin, that comes from increased e2. However they are progestins and will bind to progesterone receptor.

Tren also has some binding affinity for the e2 receptor if i remember correctly so that may be where the nipple sides come from. Direct action at the female hormone receptor.

I think the best thing with progestins is to run a strong dht like mast and keep e2 from going wild. Perhaps you will need to lower the test and increase the mast.

Because a dht will bind to those same receptors but wont induce any expression, so its pure antagonism.

I did consider this as well. With the low dose of tren I was planning on using i don’t know that it would cause issues. I will not be using a blend either so I could adjust everything as needed

The 19-Nors binding to the PR and stimulation of prolactin release go hand in hand.

Myself, hairygrandpa, and others on here have used different 19-Nors and no amount of AI, SERM, and DHT use (concurrently!) would fix what a simple dose of Caber would almost immediately.

Why kill all your estrogen, and therefore IGF1, when you can retain your gains, cholesterol profile, joint comfort, sleep, libido just by controlling prolactin?

Yes you will be much better off if you can’t get a dopamine agonist to use ralox/tamox along with plenty of AI and proviron or mast, vs growing titties. BUT it’s not optimal for growing either.

But thats the thing, proviron and mast wont hinder igf or estrogens beneficial effects

I am not a believer in driving the estrogen into the ground if sides appear, it merely means you need to choose a different stack.

Nolvadex or a similar serm will help however they also hinder igf 1.



Many people unfortunately dont have access to pharma caber, myself included since my old trusty source got busted.

Unfortunately i find stuff like inhibit p inadequate even when dealing with mk677, it can obly be worse with 19 nors.
 
Agree with Hyde. Caber will probably be your new best friend during blasts like these. Just need to be proactive with it.

So again, using the DHTs to increase antagonism is the next best thing, but it’s still not necessarily the optimal path.

What about seeking out what you need before you start the cycle? I wouldn’t take test without my AI present. I am not going to use a 19-nor without a DA.
