I would drop the Superdrol or any orals in light of the virus potentially coming through soon. Like you said Sdrol will be there.
You don’t need to go high volume for everything.
At home you can deadlift or do deficit deads or RDLs if 345 is too light for regular deads. Also Zercher squats, cleans & presses (strict, push, jerks), high pulls, lighter front squats, and good mornings (limited by what you can push over your head onto shoulders). Plus barbell rows, curls, skullcrushers, floorpress, Glute Bridges, suitcase carries. With the dbs you can do all your delt work/raises, overhead snatch, maybe some Arnold Presses, pec flyes w exaggerated tension. You can take the weights into the yard while training if height of ceiling is limiting. Easier on plates anyway.
At PF you can do any weight smith pressing from any angle, smith squats which feel awesome, and pinch dbs between your legs for heavy weighted chin-ups. Plus all the various machines and db work.
Both places should offer you ways to get big and strong AF if you just focus on what you have. Basically the only thing you don’t have is a way to test heavy squats, bench, and deadlift. But you can easily build all of those things.
And if you are worried about food in a quarantine, grab a couple giant bags of rice & beans now. Eat enough carbs constantly and you only need half the protein you think to bulk.
