Had to drop a couple glucose tabs towards the end of the session to finish the tempo trapbar legpressing, but I was working very hard for a long session so I certainly can’t blame the BLR supps for needing that. A good day of training where you can tell you’re improving.

I have been dialing back the carbs on off-days and away from training this past week or so, trying to recomp vs just gain. Blood sugar and hunger has felt very well managed so I think my body is getting used to this stack. Everything feels like it’s playing nicely together.

IMG_3365.JPG

Today ends the first month of the sponsored BLR Anabolic Stack log. Over the month my morning weight rose from 243lbs to as high as 250lbs when bloated, but probably an average of 4lbs gained in 3wks, before reigning things in some this last week to undo some of the fat. In that time I also definitely noticed some minor improvements in high-rep strength endurance.

I received the next month’s supply, as well as a mystery natural anabolic blend (notice the black un-marked canister) I agreed to test for the remainder of this performance stack.

All I know about it is that I am to take 2 per day, it’s safe, non-toxic, natural, multi-ingredient, will probably raise my test to a minor degree, and is being used here for anabolic potential.

03/10/20 - Day 37
BW 243.2

Getting caught back up finally from the Arnold, which definitely threw off my normal training by a large degree. Diet as well, but as active as I was and generally making good decisions through the daytime I was able to avoid any weight gain.

Trained with a different gym Sunday and Floorpressed 175+170lbs of chains for a max effort triple, which was a first for me. But then I squatted finally last night, and while everything felt great during warmups when I got to my work weight of 415 it almost stapled me, twice. Backed the weight down to 315 so I could get some quality technical work in and will try to get some more in tomorrow.

So I don’t know what my strength is doing, but it doesn’t seem great. However, my physique doesn’t seem any worse for this stack at all. Pumps still seeming pretty good and very light volume I am noticing more endurance.

I THINK my physique may have improved slightly. And my strength has improved over high volume movements for sure, but “strength” ranges like 6 or less reps aren’t improved, if that makes sense. Its only been 5 weeks too, so we will see. Nudes will be done at the end to show any honest changes.

Well, I spoke too soon. Woke up Tuesday and felt like my throat was scratchy from some sinus drainage. Woke up yesterday, Wednesday, and my throat was very soar from breathing through my mouth all night - definitely had a cold. Wife has it too, turns out. Nose has been stuffy/runny and just more tired/achey, some sneezing. We’ve been taking temps but if anything we’ve been cold, definitely no fevers or coughing fits.

So I have officially stopped training for a few days - need to kick this cold so I can be healthy when flying at end of next week for a very important work project the next weekend. Not trying to bring home the Kung Flu

Man did it feel good to get some proper training in, back at our gym! Autoregulated the weight used, and left one in the tank on the AMRAP, but it all still felt & moved pretty well. Even with a Bronkaid I was sucking some wind and deconditioned to train, but I feel pretty healthy and like my strength is returned.

Since the second day of adding Pantherdrol I have noticed it has been bugging one of the nodes in the gyno on my left side (the more sensitive side to hormonal fluctuations). Took some AI a couple days before the Arnold and was good for a week, then just had to do it again. Definitely something anabolic in there fiddling with my hormone levels! I also think it’s having some positive visual impact.

Just for comparison, I can NOT take tribulus without it jacking my estrogen up and bugging my gyno. Been like that forever. So this can absolutely happen with natural ingredients for me. I’ve always had some gyno since puberty and always been a heavy aromatizer, plus I am carrying plenty of bodyfat remember.

The first set of 12 took me out for like 15 minutes. I was so fed up with feeling exhausted I think my own outrage propelled me through the set of 20 - it wasn’t planned; I was just pissed that I knew I didn’t have another set in me!

Feeling pretty sore today, especially in my lats, so it was productive enough.

Skipping my BLR stack today and tomorrow for sure as I’m traveling for work Airports were pretty dead, and if I make it back home unscathed I should be able to stay home from here on out.

Got back from Orlando yesterday early evening, after driving 1,100 miles in less than 24 hours. Nothing but drivethrus and gas station food was open due to the virus Thursday-Sunday while traveling, so that’s about how I feel right now lol. Still, could be much worse & I think I avoided the Kung Flu for now!

Bench felt weak today, but with all the traveling I’ve been forced to do the last month or so as well as getting that cold I am not surprised. Hit some higher volume to help begin rebuilding by base.

Restarted the Anabolic Stack yesterday after 3 days off for work travel. Did not restart the Pantherdrol however- it definitely aggravated my gyno in only 2 weeks, and have added 10mg Tamoxifen nightly the last 6 days to chill that out. Might test it out solo after this stack ends in a couple weeks, but it’s not working with me for now.

Moved all of my Vector doses to post training over the day so blood sugar isn’t impacted in training. Follidrone at 2 caps preWO still seems to be great on no carbs.

Looks like plenty if you were pushing hard. You only need a lot of volume when intensity is lower. I can only do so much if once I have reached max effort or close with those type of movements.
