Agree seriously... the HCI in the nose spray starts fu*king up my neck muscles and sh*t if I use it to long.
Seems like everything has HCI in it now days.
Going thru this myself as we speak. 😑

I have a week off work so we're off on monday for a mini holiday in Germany.

My knees didn't like the last leg workout so decided to go lighter and with more reps.

sucks.....buy atleast I'm doing something.

Shoulder is getting better each week. Very happy with that.

It only bothers me at the end of the chest workout so that's alright.

The Netherlands is not in a full lockdown but the schools and gyms are closed.

So I'm working from home now for 2 weeks.

Haven't posted my last gym week and the last 2 weeks I've been training at home.

Basicly 3 day split.

Back workout
Ab rollouts 4 sets or hanging leg raises (feet to my hands)4 sets

Pull ups in the door opening. 4 sets

Dumbbel Row 4 sets +- 40kg dumbbel

Rear delt work with resistance bands

Biceps curls
3 sets
concentration curls
3 sets
hammer curl
3 sets


Legs:

Resistance band hip trust(use 2 bands for this) 3 sets

Lunges with resistance bands
3 sets

Dumbbell sumo squat

Bridge position leg curl with a towl
3 sets


Chest(I have a bench)

Incline dumbbell fly
3sets

Incline dumbbell press with resistance bands added
(3 sets) actually is very heavy this

Incline reverse grip dumbbell press
3 sets

Dips between chairs
3 sets

Hex press
3 sets

Some shoulder and triceps work with bands or dumbbells

Try to train 5 times a week now. To keep a bit of sanity...otherwise I go crazy...
