I should have clarified, my PM dose is actually early afternoon. So roughly I'll be dosing at 6 AM pre-WO, fasted, then again probably around 11 AM or 12 before lunch, and then mid afternoon around 3 or 4 PM pre-snack.
Just take .02mg/kg first thing upon waking. It would be the most ideal way to dose it, and best bang for your buck. Especially doing fasted cardio.

Keep in mind that insulin negates the effects of yohimbine on alpha 2-receptor inhibition. Always take it in the fasted state and never between meals. Considering the half-life of yohimbine is very short (30 min),

Monday morning motivation!

Didn't sleep all that great last night, had some strange dreams, but woke up ready to tackle this week anyways. Back on the bike this AM. Body was a bit achy yesterday, so I'm hoping I'm not coming down with another cold.

Looking to get rid of this spare tire (or the baby in my belly as my 2.5 year old thinks) so I've been adjusting food intake down. Dropped my pre-bed fats, will just be sticking to a multi-source protein shake in almond milk. No PB or MCTs. Will be working on overall portion control as well, as this weekend I went ham on the baked ziti and carbs at the italian restaurant. Hey, every day is a new day to make better choices! Dropped intra carbs since Wed for the time being to kickstart the weight loss, but will be incorporating again when the weights start up this week.

In terms of supps, I'm starting back up with the DCY stack which has been successful for me in the past. Last time I ran it was maybe 2015? Early posts in this log in case anyone wants to look at results. Will look like this when I'm up to full speed:

AM, pre-WO: 20 mg DMAA, 200 mg caffeine, 5 g yohimbine HCl
Mid-day: 20 mg DMAA, 200 mg caffeine, 5 g yohimbine HCl
PM: 0 mg DMAA, 0 mg caffeine, 5 g yohimbine HCl

Will probably run for 6 weeks as per last time around.

This morning popped 20 mg DMAA, 200 mg caffeine and 2.5 g yohimbine to ease into it. Will dose tomorrow same but up the yohimbine, and by Wed I should be firing on all cylinders!

Also started up Nutrex EAA Hydration intra. Flavor is nice and light, aminos are fluffy and don't seem to leave residue.
Hoping that’s suppose to be 5mg Yohimbine :)

Haha, yes! I'll go back and edit that post. If I use the 0.2 mg/kg rule, I'd actually need closer to 16.6 mgs and my caps are 2.5 mgs SNS caps. So I'll probably stick with 15 mgs unless I'm feeling bold.

This is the other consideration. I may try going 10 mg plus my DC first and see how I tolerate that.

This AM did 5 mg with DC pre-WO.

Today was my first weight workout after a week off (cardio only). Rib feels better, maybe just a hint of noticing it's still there. But lying back on the bench didn't cause me to wince, so that's a good sign.

Correct
Yohimbine HCl's effects work the best in the absence of insulin, and its effects start to diminish the more insulin is present. Dosing it multiple times a day is not necessary. I would just work your way up and assess as you add another 2.5 mg

Plus you workout first thing in the AM so the addition with caffeine is only providing an extra boost.

Moved up to 10 mg Y this AM pre-WO with my DC dose.

Snoozed my 2 alarms this morning. Major fail. But managed to not skip the WO. Did arms today since I could tell that I still want ready for pulling movements. Hate how weak I'm feeling, but I know this is part of my fate while cutting too.

Quick supersets to win the day. As long as you can get blood moving and a good challenge then I know your good to go. Sometimes its really not about the quantity but the quality.

— not enough sleep
— too stressed
— dropped calories too quick
Etc

it’s pretty clear your sleep is not consistent which is one of your biggest underlying factors.

You're spot on here. Right now all of the above are factors, some of which are in my control, many of which are not.

Sleep quality lately had been good as I have added a high quality CBD extract pre bed and saw my overall sleep quality and ability to stay asleep at night increase significantly.

But unfortunately now between work, including evenings, and some unfortunate recent family health news, stress level has been way up.

I also did drop weight much faster than I had anticipated this past week. Weighed in at 178.4# (-5.8#) so am looking to increase cals again to compensate. This is obviously the part I can control.

On a side note, 10 mg Y HCl is the max right now I can do in one sitting with my DC combo.

Exactly why I told you don't cut your throat with calories
Don't make so many changes.

It is about keeping calories as high as possible, cardio as low as possible, and OPTIMIZING your performance in the gym.
You should still be taking notes on the food sources and meals you eat because your digestion is always a double edge sword with what sits right and what is causing GI Distress and bloating.

Been saying these things over and over to you for a long time man. Buckel down and make the changes and your best progress is ahead.

You know me, I'm all about the show & bro muscles brah! Haha. In all seriousness, I've been having to lay off going hard and heavy recently because of injury, but starting to work my way back into it. I actually can't wait to start going heavier on lifts like squats and rack pulls, now that I just got some new equipment for the home gym. But apparently I should've splurged for the set up, because right now it's in about a million pieces. Why are there so many pieces?!

Short-term goal is trim down to a manageable, respectable dad bod. I let myself get too fat around the middle, but upper body is looking decent right now, even seeing improvements from this past week of cutting. Probably hover around 175 all told and just try to maintain through the birth of baby #2 until I can emerge from the other side of that sleepless haze, sometime in June/July. Will re-evaluate after all of that.

Well, here's that lower body WO @TheMovement

Still haven't time to complete my squat rack, so I had to keep with what I had. Worked my way back up to 200# on squats which felt tiring, but not problematic. Will post up a video soon for form and so you can see the ghetto set up i have. It's just an awkward lift and placement back on the rack right now because of the posts/bench.

TRX squats 3x15
TRX alt lunges 3x12
BB squats 160x10, 180x10, 200x10
SLDLs 100x10,10

Time 38:11, 304 cals

Sweat myself right out of my sweatshirt. Still a bit out of breath working my way back into these lifts, but all in all a good session.

Have people experimented with different bar thickness for pressing movements? Most gyms have olympic bars, but the bars I have at home are all thinner circumference. I feel like I would benefit from a slightly fatter grip bar for benching. Am I crazy?

Tested the rack out yesterday. Log didn't save, but did BB rows and Rack Pulls as my major movements. Worked up to 200# on rows and 240# on rack pulls, supplemented with pull ups.

Hitting arms today. Still working on bringing back my strength.

Thanks man, still getting readjusted to working with legitimate weight again. Having the right equipment is huge. My home gym set up still isn't ideal as i just have a ton of clutter that I need to get rid of to make some real space to maneuver, but we're getting there!

It has taken me 5 years to accumulate what I have. At some point you just have to say to yourself " I'm buying this today" and do it.

I want to get a couple different bars and some bigger dbs and should be set. After that I will start spicing it up with wall mount tv, mirrors, and posters.

Just tried C4 Smart Can Electric Sour flavor and this was my least favorite of the 3. With the other C4 RTDs I've had to date, I'd rate them as follows:

1) Peach Mango, Smart Can
2) Cotton Candy, Smart Can
3) Freedom Ice, Smart Can
4) Midnight Cherry, Original
5) Frozen Bombsicle, Original
6) Arctic Blast, Ultimate
7) Electric Sour, Smart Can

Peach mango was delicious and juicy. Freedom ice was very much like the old snow cones you used to get at fairs as a kid. Electric sour had a soapy aftertaste for me.

I've got a can of Raze Sour Gummy Worms that I'm planning to use next.

Weighed in at 177.4# on Saturday, so weight loss is stabilizing roughly at 1# per week. Ran out of yohimbine HCl, so will have to see how that affects things. Plan to continue with Neogenix Velocity XT (OG version) which has 100 mg caffeine and 20 mg DMAA per cap.

Got my Redcon1 order in and yesterday my tshirt that was missing from the order arrived. Not gonna lie, I'm loving the apparel. Been living in the sweatshirt the past week after I get home. Also, really been enjoying Green Beret. Taste is a nice change, not overly strong on the plant protein flavors, and feel light in my stomach.

Can't believe Arnold Expo was cancelled, definitely feel for all the companies and folks out of money and the time to plan all of it...

Just realized that all along I've been listing the wrong Steel Supps pre. I actually have CHARGED-AF not Amped-AF. And specifically I chose Charged-AF for two reasons when I bought it:

1) It has J. Regia in it, so IMO has a stronger stim than Amped-AF.
2) It does not have arecoline in it, which has been reported to be toxic.

Anyways, thought I'd just make that statement rather than trying to go back and adjust all of my posts.

Had a day off today and found out I don't have to travel next week, so life is good!

Worked my way up to 180# x 10 on front squats and 160# x 10 on SLDLs. Finished off with some TRX squats/calf raise supersets.

Forgot to start my fitbit. Weighed in Sat at 178.6# even after some pizza, cake,and beer over the weekend. Going to clean it up again this week, but have dropped BF from 17.6% to 16.8%.

Weighed in at 176.0# on Saturday, so hit my goal weight. Still not happy with the level of BF I have, so will continue to put in the work. Still on Velocity XT at 1-2 caps per day depending. Ran out of Green Beret and am definitely missing it in the evenings, back on Dymatize PM and using Perfect Sports Diesel Whey in the AM. Just started Redcon1 GI Juice for greens and digestive enzymes. The flavor and texture leaves a little something to be desired.

Fell off the wagon a bit this past week while being holed up at home. But only ended up 0.8# this week even so. Hit arms on Friday with drag curls as the major lift. Back at it this morning with a shoulder workout. Did something to my left foot, so flexion is bothering me, so may not hit legs for a bit.

Last scoop of Adabolic. Will likely switch my pre up a bit as well, still have half a tub of Charged-AF.

Quick chest pump WO. Switched pre's to C&P Titan + 1 scoop EVL PumpMode. 1 scoop Nutrex EAA Hydration + 1 scoop Universal Carbo Plus intra. It was time to take a hiatus from the high stims as yesterday I felt it hit me negatively.

Yeah, pretty good. Flavoring is a hair light for me. But as @BOSSMAN said, the deals on this have been really good lately. Thanks!
My last jug was pear and something, cant remember. It was banging, now I'm using apple....she strong, different, but still tasty. I like it, plus the deal I got on them was untouchable
That's the flavor I have now, apple pear. I'm interested in the blood orange next time around. But honestly, I'm pretty stocked on aminos for quite a while.

That's what I had first, blood orange. Now on apple pear. 8-10oz h20 was the sweet spot.

Probably 8-10 oz. Maybe a little less today and flavor was more pronounced.

Shoulder superset WO:
DB laterals x DB front raises 20x10,10,10

Weighed in at 177.0# yesterday after a weekend celebrating my daughter's birthday. Hit chest today and got in a good pump.

Pre: 1 scoop Titan, 1 scoop Pump Mode

Figured I'd throw in a post-WO pic to show some progress. Just felt good and really pumped after my chest workout earlier in the week. Been a bit off schedule the remainder of the week due to work and trying to entertain a toddler, but hoping to get back at it tomorrow. Thankfully the weekend is coming up.
