Day 41: Woke up at 204lbs this morning and trained chest; didn’t have time to get in my full workout. Pretty much only did flat bench, but surprisingly I banged out a 365lb bench today raw. Received a few compliments today on my back width and even had a random guy telling me that I’m probably the strongest person he’s seen in my gym lb for lb. Also had a gym acquaintance of mine who is a cop tell me that my 365 bench didn’t count because I was arching my back and because I take steroids lmao. I just sarcastically replied “I’m all natural, you jealous bro?” Lmfao.
He's a idiot, go to any bench comp or powerlifting meet. Your back should have a arch so that your traps and shoulders are making contact with the bench. If your goal is to move maxium poundage then all that matters is safely moving the weight from point a to point b. Proper form is whatever position safely makes you the strongest for that particular lift. Ignore ignorant comments.

I am sure he knows that. The other guy is just jealous.

Day 42: Weighed in at 203lbs this morning and trained back/bis/traps. Workout today wasn’t the best, but was still decent overall. Wasn’t as amped up today and the pip from my last shot in the delt was making it hard to hit certain movements lol.

Day 43: Woke up at 204lbs this morning and trained legs. Workout today was alright. Worked up to 365 for a double on squats and was planning on doing some light triples with 315 after but my shoulders were cramping up on me. Focused more on higher reps for the rest of the movements.

Day 44: Woke up at 205lbs this morning and trained chest/tris/delts. Worked up to 315x4 on flat but dropped back down after because my left pec was way too tight. Hit a pr of 275x5 on incline (first time going over 225 on incline) although the spotter did touch part of the last rep. Also worked up to the 125 dumbbells for 2 sets of 12 on flat and the 105s for a set of 15. Overall strength is definitely still climbing steadily, although this tight pec might be an issue if it isn’t better soon.

Look up some mashing and stretching drills for your Pec, lat, and traps. If it’s tight it can take forever to work out on its own, or you can improve it in 30 minutes on your own.

So you are about 6 weeks into the cycle.
where i train guys say that there is a huge difference between tren a and tren e, how it hits you etc.

Common belief is that tren ace hits you like a truck and in week 2 you start seeing daily canges if you are lean enpugh while enanthate takes usual 4-6 weeks to fully kick in and then steady strength gains come.
I havent used tren so this is only what i hear from guys around me.

If that is to believe, you should be seeing really good strength gains in no time, and if you already are getting explosive strength gains, they should keep coming.

btw i remember when a guy here where i train said that he started tren and is not aggressive at all. Other guy just told him to wait and see what happens when he accidentally bumps into the counter hahahaha rage towards inaminate objects.

And when are we going to see physique update pics?

Day 47: Woke up at 207lbs this morning and also took today as a rest day. Was planning on lifting today, but just wasn’t feeling it by the time I got off work, so just decided I’d take another rest day.

Looks like Tren is treating you right from all angles. Gaining weight, strength, and hardly no sides. Keep killing it, and get all you can out of it. Your one of the lucky ones that can enjoy the best of it without going through the worst of it.

That is 21 lbs up from the beginning.

how is the bodyfat?
Bodyfat seems to be pretty similar, vascularity in arms has actually increased. Face seems a bit more puffy lately, but nothing too crazy.

Day 48: Woke up at 208lbs this morning and took today as another rest day. My work schedule lately has been a bit weird, and I’ve been sleeping in longer than anticipated lol, which is a big reason for all the rest days. Figured it might only benefit me though since I’ve been going so heavy lately. Tomorrow will be a push day, so hopefully I’ll be able to bring some prs to update you guys with.

Yea man, I’m surprised how few side effects I’ve had myself. Definitely a compound I plan on using again in future cycles.

Day 49: Woke up at 206lbs today and trained chest/tris/delts. Worked up to 375lbs on flat bench but failed it; was really really close, but messed up by saying “dont touch it” during the rep haha. Went back down to 315 for two sets of 6. Also hit 365x3 and 385x1 with a slingshot. Hit a tiny pr of 295 on incline barbell and 110lb dumbbells for 15 on incline. Definitely should be able to press the 375 next workout.

Yeah bro it’s hard not to make those jumps in weight too quick. I love bench, delts and arms. I hate leg day and deadlifts until I do it, then I feel like a beast.
Just be careful not to jump too quick...our muscles will handle it, but everything else may tap out. That’s how I got injured a few times.
Awesome progress though.

About how many calories do you think you’re getting daily?

I’d say a solid 5210, give or take. I’d estimate carbs to be around 800, protein 300 and fats around 90.

Day 51: Weighed in at 207lbs this morning and trained legs. Hit a pr on squats of 425lbs for a single with good depth. I was probably maxing 385lbs at the start, which I need to go back and edit. Dropped to 315 for two sets of 6 after which felt great. Aggression in the gym today was definitely up there; I was getting bothered by a lot of people for trying to talk to me and **** during my sets. The past few days I’ve been sleeping in more than intended, which might be from the mk677, assuming it’s legit. Sides still remain the same; lots of sweating, occasional night sweats, and difficulty breathing during intense workouts. Luckily, these sides are pretty manageable and I have become accustomed to them at this point.

I heard from multiple people that hgh can help with some sides from tren.
So mk677 may help a little.

I actually haven’t heard this myself. I wonder what it would do to help. Probably will look into it myself to see haha.

Nice job with your squat! That’s a lot of calories for such low fat. How many times are you eating per day? Must be like 6 meals!

It’s 5 meals normally. Honestly, most of them are giant shakes. They’re disgusting but I load them up with oats, berries, egg whites, whey, sweet potato powder, maltodextrin, etc.

Dropped down to 315x4 for two sets after, but just wasn’t feeling it too much after hitting the 375 which exhausted me and made my torn labrum in my left shoulder irritated. Pump was pretty good today, received a few compliments about how filled out I was looking. Strength on seated military presses felt pretty good too; hit 225lbs for a set of 12 easily (keep in mind that this is on a smith machine, so it’s not a true 225lbs lol) and 275lbs for 4. Arms were looking noticeably more filled out while doing heavy incline skullcrushers for easy sets of 15 with 110lbs.

That’s kinda why I brought the food up. I am eating 4500 calories per day right now and it’s almost all trash. Fast or restaurant food is part of my daily routine basically, or frozen junk like pizza and pot pies. It is extremely unhealthy. I know it’s temporary and I will drop that in 2 more weeks when the meet is over, but I think this shake method sounds much better longterm and still very doable.

I am not at a point appetite or discipline-wise to do 4k plus with just bro food. But I can’t eat this kind of sugar, trans fat and processed oils and not develop heart disease longterm. I think making a big blender of shake every morning makes a lot of sense.

Military press is a standing press with your feet together. He said he does military press, not seated barbell press.
Many people just use the term Military to express a strict overhead press of some fashion. Nobody really strong presses with their feet touching tho, btw. If they do, they will press more feet shoulder width and stable.

I used to train with a guy who would bring 3 shirts to training: the one he’d show up in, one for halfway thru, and a fresh change for the ride home so he didn’t soak his coat or car seat

Day 54: Woke up at 208lbs today and trained legs. Worked up to a small pr of 365x5 reps on squats. Whole body was pretty achey today, especially my shoulder with the torn labrum. Pumps in my legs were pretty damn good as well; sets of 20 on leg press were almost unbearable due to this.

I was literally thinking about doing the same after yesterday. It was so uncomfortable having a drenched shirt sticking to my body while I lifted.
